I love Pizza Hut pizza better than their competitor by far, especially anything from your grocer's freezer. Unfortunately this Pizza Hut fails in just about every category from the condition of the facility to the food served. This pizza hut is located at the east end of a strip mall anchored by Winn Dixie grocery store. Location places it amongst other fast food retailers like Taco Bell, KFC, Tropical Smoothie, McDonald's, Subways and El Patron which gives hungry customers a wide array of choices within walking distance. This Pizza Hut is outdated and has a perpetual sticky film covering it's tables making it feel grimy and unpleasant for an eating establishment. A refresh of the facility is desperately needed. Their inventory system can also do with an update. The first time they ran out of dough for the personal pan pizza but they upgraded us to dough they did have. The next visit they were out of my soda on the fountain and did not get restocked before I left. Tonight, not only did they run out of dough, but failed to provide refunds to the kids making them wait 30 minutes while others smartly chose another food establishment. But worse yet, my son noticed one of the workers drop a chicken wing and pick it back up and throw it into the saucing bowl for some unsuspecting customer. Can you say yuck!!! Unless, of course, you like your wing a bit crunchier and full of minerals straight from the kitchen floor. Like I said love Pizza Hut, but I don't think we will be coming to this one again. I would advise others do so as well unless you like surprises in your food or like to see if you...as Clint Eastwood would say...are you feeling lucky...well are you? read more

This review has nothing to do with the food. Even though I'm waiting 15 minutes past my order time for pick up with other customers waiting over a hour for their order! I'm writing this review to to a serious safety concern with there flooring. This place is LITERALLY lawsuit waiting to happen. So we usually order for delivery but did carry out this time. Went to pick up and our cashier Lexi was really friendly and nice. Got back to the car and realized our order was wrong. I guess they are doing orders through a call center rather than on location now and the call center guy repeated the correct order back to me. But he made a mistake and gave them a different order. They didn't tell me "oh well, that's the order we got from the call center" even though that is the order they got from the call center. They fixed it free of charge right away, no hassle. read more

I love this Pizza Hut, we have always had really great pizza here. We always carry out & it's always on time when I'm there to pick it up . The staff is really nice too , they have never ever been rude . I'd recommend this location to anyone who enjoys the deep dish taste and the fresh ingredients on their pie. Ordered large pizza and garlic sticks. Picked them up and when I got home I opened the garlic sticks and to my surprise there was 4 slices of French bread , toasted. I usually enjoy Pizza Hut but this has been one of the worst experiences! I order two medium pizzas online. It said it would be 50 mins. Well, it took about an hour and twenty minutes!! One of the pizzas was an Alfredo type. Spinach was one of the ingredients, but when I opened the box the spinach looked like it was thrown in top like they forgot to put it on. This was the worst Pizza Hut that I have been to. Stopped in to get the $4.99 lunch buffet. Not much to the buffet here. They only had a selection of 6 pizzas and a salad bar that lacked salad for the first 20 minutes we were there. The staff was also very slow at putting out fresh pizza when the buffet ran out. Worse yet, they ran out of personal pan pizzas so your options on food were very limited if you didn't want the buffet. The restaurant wasn't that busy when I was there so there wasn't a reason for the poor service. Next time I crave pizza, I will drive down to one of the other pizza huts in the neighboring cities and hope their buffet isn't as pathetic as this one was. read more

I wish it could be a negative star. I got an email from corporate Pizza Hut claiming that I received a free pizza because my pizza took over two hours to get to my house. It was raining I don't want to go anywhere and I want to use that free pizza when I had someone coming over my house for a girls night. However, apparently I could not use that coupon with the same order I put another order on. So I couldn't place that free pizza order and pay for another pizza in the same order. And if I had to do two separate orders I would have to pay to delivery fees and I would have to make sure that that was over $10. And that includes the subtotal. Has to be more than that. So I just gave up and paid $40 for a girls night when I should've got something that they promoted. I emailed corporate about it and they told me that someone from the store or contact me to see if they could fix any issues. No one ever contacted me. The only reason why I'm so mad with that is because the attitude I got from the store manager and the fact that I try to resolve something and they basically told me oh well. And they didn't promote something that they offered. I will stick to Papa John's. read more
