Updating my review from one star to three. After sending an email complaining of my experience, the service director did call me to have me bring my car back in. I did, and unfortunately the communication issues persisted, and I was again told there would be a diagnostic fee. After getting them on the phone to talk, I was able to get them to prioritize the work without the diag fee. They fixed my brakes and I did pay for the repair. The interior lights turned out to be a mistake made during hail damage repair I had done at another place. The service rep I ultimately worked with, Jacob, was very helpful and took the time to ride in my vehicle before and after the repair. This, and the fact, that they ultimately fixed the problem is why I've updated my review to three stars. The fact that it took so long to get to fixed and the shop's communication practices caused me a lot of stress is why I gave the shop 3 stars. read more

Bought a 2018 Silverado work truck. Was the last day of the month, made sure that the deal got done for the salesman. The truck was never serviced and was most likely a recent trade. The Transmission went out in the truck. I took it to Nyle Maxwell in killeen. I was sold a warranty and it's being replaced. The problem is no one except a gentleman named Roger even attempted to at least help with anything. I have had to come out of pocket for over $600 for a rental. I feel like this particular store does not care about service after the sale. No communication from anyone in this store, nor does anyone care. I will be sure to tell anyone I know to shop elsewhere as this is not a very good place to buy a vehicle from in my opinion. Just a shame that no one even attempted 5o reach out to say anything. Horrible sales manager! Rude and racist. I visited this place this morning to look at their Grand Cherokee, a loaner with a marketed price of $42,853 and 3,000 miles on it. We had been waiting for it to be returned and had informed the salesperson that this was the price we were willing to pay. After making an appointment and test-driving it, we decided to proceed with the purchase. When I inquired about adding a hitch and whether the cost was negotiable, she estimated it at about $2,000, took some notes, and said she needed to consult with the sales manager. Five minutes later, she returned with a new price on a piece of paper: the car's price had increased to approximately $52,000, while the hitch was "reduced" to $1,200. I reminded her that we had agreed on a price of $42,835 and questioned how it could have escalated to $52,000 before tax. We decided against having the hitch installed there and requested the price be reverted to the original agreement. She consulted again with the sales manager, who then approached us, and that's when the nightmare started. With a noticeably hostile demeanor, he claimed the advertised price was not to be honored and suggested we consider the MSRP instead. I reiterated our agreement on the original price before coming in, highlighting that our only query was regarding a possible discount on the hitch installation, not expecting a reduction from $2,000 to $1,200 to result in the car's price increasing from $42,835 to approximately $52,000. Upon suggesting we should start negotiations at $42,835, he dismissively told us we were not welcome, refusing to sell to "you people," and demanded that my husband and I leave. His unwarranted hostility left me shake. I felt even more humiliated by the indifference of the dealership staff, who seemed all too familiar with such incidents, given their distant chatter and laughter. When we demanded an apology from the sales manager, Chris, he arrogantly dismissed us, insisting we leave immediately. As we were leaving, the salesperson suggested we speak with the GM, described as 'the sweetest person ever,' implying he could potentially salvage the situation. Escorted to a lavishly decorated room with ceiling tall shelves filled with fake books and signed footballs, the GM adopted a gentle tone but similarly dismissed the advertised price as inaccurate. I said that is the price we agreed on or otherwise we would not have made the appointment. Then he suggested that among the four good people of us four, a deal could still be arranged. When I mentioned if he heard the shouting of his sale manager and his directive for us to leave, the GM seemed one second pause but remained focused on finalizing the sale. I was shaking all the time and couldn't think, I felt sick And wish I had never been to this place ever. What a horrible nightmare, not only the deceptive pricing tactics and manipulative sales strategies but also the outright hostility and discriminatory remarks from the sales manager, Chris, particularly targeting my Asian heritage. It was disgusting, distressing, and I will tell as many people as possible about this dealership's reprehensible behavior, the way you treat your customers is unacceptable and your racism towards Asian people is disgusting! read more

I am beyond disappointed with this dealership as a whole. More so the service/repair department. I have paid thousands of dollars here and probably should request some of it back for unnecessary things that I was charged for. The service department hasn't met any expectations of mine more times than I can count. My 2019 Jeep wrangler continues to be taken here more often than I'll would like. I really don't have a choice as it has warranty and hard to find a dealership capable of repairing my jeep's needed repairs. The service department is certified and should know what they are doing, but most times it appears they do not. Anyway, it's become a nightmare from stalling issues on 183 all summer long to things being half way repaired or just patched up in my opinion and then a few weeks later stall issues again, to a burning smell, oil leaking, a knock/rattle coming from the engine and much much more, I could probably write a book about my experiences here with no end in sight. I'm frustrated and want someone to take initiative and get the jeep repaired properly and within a timely manner. My profession isn't a mechanic, rather a different one not even remotely close. I trust in you Nyle Maxwell to repair my jeep to the fullest and with the up most trust & not tell me that you can't find the problem that I continue to have have on paper for so many months now just because it would be an Inconvenience or take much longer because of the labor work involved. I also don't want to pay for repairs or maintenance if it wasn't done. I need customer relations to reach out and need all hands involved mostly those of the manager and foreman because it's gotten to be extremely ridiculous of how much wasted time and repair issues I've experienced here. read more

If you're looking for high quality customer service, you may want to look elsewhere. I took my car to this shop at 8 AM on Wednesday, April 26, 2023 for a diagnostic and oil change and was told it would take 48-72 hours for them to complete a diagnostic. However, later afternoon Friday, April 28, 2023, I received a text from the service advisor saying it would not be completed until sometime next week without providing any specific date. Had I been notified earlier, I could have arranged to pick up my car and use it for the weekend. I asked for a courtesy car, but was told they didn't have any available. When I went to the dealership on Saturday afternoon, another service advisor said they only do express services (oil changes, etc) on Saturdays, yet of course my oil had not been changed - I was told that the diagnostic would be completed Monday morning. Unfortunately I had to go the entire weekend without a my car and had to use rideshare services for travel despite my car being 100% drivable, only held up by Nyle Maxwell's delayed communication and low quality customer service. Finally, on Monday, May 1, 2023, I got a text at 9 AM saying that the diagnostic was complete. It turns out it only took 1-2 hours to complete the diagnostic, but I had to wait 5 days to learn that lesson. Therefore my car sat completely untouched from Wednesday morning until Monday morning. In my opinion, the customer service at this dealership was terrible. I've taken my vehicle here since 2016 and have not had a problem to this degree - perhaps there's been a big change in management. They didn't communicate well, they didn't have any courtesy cars, and they didn't seem to care about my inconvenience. Their form of compensation for the inconvenience was giving a "discount" of $300, to bring the recommended service cost down to $1265. This would have been acceptable if 3 other highly rated shops had not quoted me approximately $650 for the same exact service. So if you enjoy having your time wasted, spending money for no reason on rideshares, your kids missing after school activities, your vehicle sitting untouched for days on end, then Nyle Maxwell SuperCenter is the perfect car repair shop and dealership for you! I would NOT recommend this dealership/service center to anyone who wants high quality customer service for their vehicle. read more

I did speak to a "Wrangler specialist" who explained to me that they had some on order that were 2-3 weeks out and I was welcome to check back. Uh huh. When I purchased my vehicle here, I had ZERO buyers remorse. I absolutely love my car and wouldn't change it with any other vehicle. I got my very first 2018 Jeep Wrangler last year in October and it has been my baby ever since. I take good care of my car and I worry about anything and everything that happens to my car. I took my vehicle in this past Friday the 13th (totally unlucky) and got my oil changed. I was told that I would have an expected wait if 3-4 hours (very long wait time, but that's not the issue). I took the shuttle that the service department offered and went home since I had no other way of getting around. I waited a total of 7 hours to get my vehicle back. I am not exaggerating. I took my car in at 11AM and I didn't get it back until 6PM (AFTER SERVICE HOURS). This is absolutely ridiculous! I received a notification from the person who was handling my car and I texted her asking the update of my car, and received nothing in return. I had to call the dealership at 5:30 to figure out what happened! I get on the phone with someone and they inform me that there was a recall on my car and this is why it took longer than expected. That's great information, but I would've loved to know that when I asked an update. Instead IM getting rushed to pick up my car when I have NO CAR TO DRIVE IN, and the person who was dealing with my car never told me this information. Instead I had to beg their shuttle driver to pick me up just so I can get my car back! RIDICULOUS!!! The lack of communication is awful. If someone could've just told me what was happening with my car, I would've understood. Instead I was stuck at home waiting and waiting and waiting until I had to contact someone. I had plans to handle a couple of things for the day, but instead It was wasted due to lack of communication from the dealership. Whitney was the representative who helped me and she was very nice but her lack of communication was abysmal. I honestly think Nyle Maxwell needs a better system for their service department and should implement appointments. First let me say that I was interested in a 2021 Chrysler 300 so on a cold wet morning I drove out to Nyle Maxwell in my 2001 old paint faded ugly looking truck with the intention of buying a vehicle I had seen advertised. I drove out their and parked right in front of the dealership. As I sat in my truck I waited for some one to walk out and ask me if I needed help. Nobody came out. As I sat In My truck a vehicle pulled up it was rather nice and a gentleman walked out to greet them. I decided to go inside and get help but everyone was busy and a meeting was going on but no one seemed interested In Helping me. I waited and walked inside the showroom for a minute the receptionist asked if I needed help and I said I needed a salesman. She advised they were in a meeting. I then went outside and walked the lot still no person came out to assist me. Again raining slowly and cold. Oh I forgot this was my second visit. The first I showed up and walked the lot but no help.. maybe I was profiled I was Hispanic and driving an old ugly truck? To make a long story short I didn't buy anything and was just upset feeling like crap. Maybe it was my ride and maybe it was cause I didn't look normal and Hispanic.$$$ I'm glad I didn't buy anything from this dealership. I went down to covert Chrysler on 183 and was met at the door by a salesman named Chuck who helped me find what I was looking for and within 30 min I had me a new Chrysler 300S. I have a 2023 wrangler with 26k miles, still under warranty. For the second time in a months span- I was driving 70 and dangerously dropped to 20 mph. I had it towed to a dealership the first time and they replaced a chip in the battery as a fix. It then happens a month later again. It has now sat at the dealership for four weeks leaving me stranded without any vehicle unless I keep fronting the cost of a rental out of pocket. I have been told there is nothing they can do to expedite and they have some vehicles that have sat for several months without being worked on. Jeep refuses to provide a rental to me and refuses to make any effort to get this part allegedly sitting in dallas. They are blaming workers strikes that ended two months ago and short resources, but have no problem at all continuing my monthly lease payment even though I don't have the vehicle in my possession. Even though the Jeep is STILL UNDER WARRANTY I have been left either stranded or paying hundreds of dollars for a rental with absolutely zero eta on a fix, and a potential several month timeline before it's resolved. read more

This dealership is the worst dealership I have experienced in my 30 years of buying cars. They lied to me when I bought my new car, telling me I would receive an accessories discount, then walked it back after I bought the car, saying it was only on very specific things like ceramic tint. Then after two months and the car had issues (yea two months), their service department took two full days before they even looked at the car. Yea 48 hours just to diagnose the car, where I had to sit on my thumbs with no car. Then it took them longer just to fix a thermostat issue. Damn, I can even change a thermostat in 30min in my old car. But this dealership could give a crap... and it shows. If I could give them negative stars I would. They do not take responsibility for things that happen in their service area. NEVER leave your car with them. My son tried to get them to see if the warranty would cover what was wrong with his car. Not only wasn't it covered (of course) but they kept it for 3 days. When he drove it home the tire went flat, there was a 3 finger sized slice in the tire! Nyle Maxwell TOLD him to have it towed back to them and they would figure it out ....which meant ....they would claim NO responsibility and wouldn't even look at their security cameras. AVOID SERVICE DEPARTMENT at all costs. The service writer Misty is nice enough but other service writers have a smart mouth, unhelpful and rude. I took my truck in for a scheduled appointment and it sat in the lot for 5 days before it was even looked at. They supposedly have loaners but they are all "grounded for safety recalls" all 30+ of them! Kind of fishy if you ask me. On top of everything else, they left my vehicle unlocked in a unsecured area. Luckily none of my tools were stolen. These guys do not respect your schedule or property and again are very rude and unapologetic for this. I have tried to contact the service manager to speak about the issues with no return calls for him. I will not be returning to the Maxwell family of dealerships. At first I was excited to get my New Jeep Grand Cherokee. The wait for financing was a long process but I chalked that up to being the end of the year. With that said, I paid 40,000.00 on it and you would think the service would be better then most if you had a problem. Well I was dead wrong. I went in to the parts department to get help with a fuse. Not once but twice. After about an hour the first time I was told that the part needed to be ordered. I waited a week and after not getting a call I went in a second time. After about 45 minutes I was told it was a micro fuse and I was charged 2.00. Seriously you would think that after all my time and frustration they would give it to me. WRONG and to boot it was the wrong fuse. I just received a call that the part that was ordered 2 weeks ago was in but it was not the correct. I also ordered the little fuse remover because I accidentally dropped in the engine and could not get it. I was told that that part is still being ordered. I bypassed a Dodge dealer much closer to me in Georgetown to see if they had a better selection of accessories for my Dodge Challenger. Passed five employees on the way in to the counter....never greeted. The guy at the parts counter was borderline obnoxious. He told me three times that I had to print an online dealership coupon from my cell phone while at the counter....wtf? I STILL bought the part because I was tired, but this dealer, whom I had purchased a vehicle from recently, will never get my business or money again. read more

Because my Jeep Cherokee was still under warranty, I decided to get my vehicle towed into the Nyle Maxwell super center when my vehicle failed to start. That was a huge mistake on my part. I had my car towed in on a Tuesday. I called the service center and notified them, and they let me know they were backed up. For this reason, it would take 2-3 days MAX to get my car looked at. Friday comes around (3 days later) and still no update from anyone. My car hasn't even been diagnosed yet. And because it was Friday, they weren't even going to have a chance to get a look at it until Monday. On Monday, I reach out again and ask if my car has been looked at. Again, nothing has been even looked at on their end and now I'm being told I would have to wait TWO weeks to get it diagnosed. All for them to replace a dead battery. I took my car out of there on Tuesday (7 days after it had been towed in and without having a car to go to work) and sent it to Lamb's Automobile. They took care of it in 2 hours. I've never dealt with a dealership with such AWFUL customer service and little such empathy for their customers at a service center. From the other reviews here, I see purchasing a vehicle from them is also a bad call. Stay away if you want to save yourself a headache and a giant inconvenience. read more

I had a fair experience here. I did get the car I wanted which was a Jeep SRT. The sales guy was fine. I did have a few issues here though. They offered me significantly less for my trade in than other facilities were offering. I even showed them KBB and emails from other dealerships with prices but they weren't able to match so that was disappointing. I purchased a certified pre owned Jeep SRT and within two weeks I heard an awful squealing noise when I hit the brakes. Keep in mind I've only put a few hundred miles on the car. I take it the service department and they tell me that its normal wear and tear and I'd owe a few thousand dollars to get this fixed. Wow! I just purchased a certified pre owned car and they are telling me that I have to buy new brakes and rotors already. The good part - I was able to call the sales department and express my concerns and they did end up covering the cost of the repairs for me. Annoying that the vehicle needed repairs already and annoying they tried to charge me but at least they ended up making it right in the end. read more

First time I dropped off my new Compass for service I received poor service. They have a sign that says to pull up and wait in your vehicle. They will never come out so ignore the sign. I let them know of broken seat anchors, transmission slipping between gear shifts and rough shift, lane sense not working, radio turns off and won't turn back on, service tire system warnings etc. They keep the car for a few days and give it back with nothing fixed. They said all the issues were known issues and there are no fixes. They said new seat brackets would be in, in a few days. Never got the brackets even after calling multiple times. Went in again for an oil change a few months later. I called to make an appointment, they said they do not do appointments for the Fast Lane. I show up, sign says to wait in your car.....and.......no one. I go in, the rude service employees are having a personal conversation. I tell them I am there for an oil change. "Do you have an appointment?" I tell them how I was told I don't need one and they don't do them for Fast Lane. Here is a copy and paste from their own website "No appointment necessary. Our Mopar® Express Lane has a dedicated service bay for quick oil changes and vehicle checkups. We know your time is important and we've set up our facilities to get you back on the road quickly. Mopar® Express Lane service is available for most makes and models. Not true. They said I needed an appointment and could accommodate me in about three weeks. Sold me an extended warranty that was supposed to be lifetime and now are denying this saying the warranty I paid for has expired. was told it ran concurrently with my factory warranty and its my fault for not paying attention even though I was told it took over when my factory warranty ended and that it was lifetime. Why in the heck would I buy an extended warranty that ran concurrent with the factory warranty!! Absolutely terrible. All of it - the work, the customer service, and the experience. Take your vehicle anywhere else and you will be better off. Where to start? Brought my vehicle in and asked them to take a look at three items and call me back with an estimate. They kept my vehicle 4 days before they contacted me to tell me 1. they couldn't fix one item, 2. they completely ignored item 2 and focused on a completely different item, 3. They could fix item 3, but it would take 3 days to get the parts. I think I called for status on the vehicle 5 times. I was never able to speak to Anthony, my service advisor on the phone. I left at least two messages that were never returned. Two of the times I called, it took whoever answered the phone 10 minutes to decide weather they even had my vehicle. They told me they didn't' at one point. Item 3 was replacing motor mounts. Let me ask. If you are replacing motor mounts on a 21 year old vehicle, do you think the bolts might be rusted out and need to be replaced with the mounts??? Not these jokers - Car had to stay in the shop two more days until two $5 bolts could be overnighted. I think I was supposed to be impressed that they had them sent overnight. Was their original plan to save $10 and use the original 21 year old bolts----SMH?! If your master plan is to put 21 year old parts back in a vehicle, at least have the foresight to have the $5 parts on hand if it doesn't work out. GEEZ! The cherry on top. When I disputed a $100 labor fee for an item I didn't even ask them to look at, Anthony pulled the old, "Your wife didn't understand....." trope. I bought my Chrysler Pacifica minivan from here. They took me over to the service department, convinced me that I needed to get my service done there. I decided for my first oil change and tire rotation I would try it out. Louis was my service advisor, he promised my oil change and tire rotation would be done that day. Around 5 o'clock I text him to ask him if it was done yet, I got no response. We drove up there around 5:30 because they closed at six. My service advisor had gone home. I needed my car done so I could go out of town to a funeral on Saturday. Thankfully a young man named Chris assured me he would get it done first thing in the morning. We picked my car up on Saturday in a hurry. I forgot to use my coupon. I called later to see if I could get a credit for the coupon. The cashier I spoke with was really nice and trying to help me, but the service advisor told her no. I was really hoping I would like going there for my oil changes and service, but unfortunately they lacking in customer service, so I will be going elsewhere. also should note the service department workers were not very friendly other than the young man that came out to greet me and tell me they would be with me shortly and Chris, the one who actually got it done. Being during the pandemic, was highly unimpressed by the lack of proper mask wearing by the employees here. I would say around 50% of employees were not wearing masks right. I was certain I would be buying my 3rd Challenger from Nyle Supercenter until my most recent service experience earlier this year. It was such a long, drawn out, frustrating and costly ordeal that I've actually taken the time to write a review about it. It's been a few months now and I'm still getting the run around from Chrysler warranty regarding rental reimbursement and the only real follow up I've received from multiple people at Nyle Supercenter has been asking if I'm ready to buy another vehicle from them. I've purchased 2 Challengers from Nyle Supercenter over the past five years. While the quality of service has declined in recent visits, I still had faith that the premium warranty I was paying for would alleviate most of the trouble people experience with servicing vehicles. I know better now. My 2012 RT started showing signs of transmission issues in February. I was already thinking about trading in for a new vehicle so I set an appointment to see what was on the lot. During the appointment the service tech confirmed there was some sort of transmission issue and the consensus was to get my vehicle serviced prior to proceeding with buying. Sooo... - I called to set up service and was told that even with my warranty it would be 3 weeks before I could get my car in. It would be 5 weeks if I was needing a rental while my car was at the dealership. I explained that my car was showing signs of transmission problems, it was getting worse the more I was driving and the issue had been confirmed by a Nyle service tech. But nothing could be done for me so I caught rides to work for 3 weeks. - I took my car in and the service guy assigned to me (Tim I believe) confirmed immediately that it was something with the transmission. He knew I had coverage for a rental so he said he would call later in the day when a rental was available. The next day he called to inform that it was the differential mount and would be fixed within a couple of days. I reminded him that he was going to look into a rental for me and he said he'd call back. He didn't. I waited a couple more days and finally just rented a vehicle myself. - I called several times over the next few days for an update on the delay and left several messages and never heard back. The one time I got through was when I called from my work number rather than my cell. I'll chalk that up to coincidence. He informed that there was a delay on parts. OK. At this point it was nearing a week of being at the shop and I'd been told 2 days. The next time I heard from Nyle was when my car was ready. - Two recalls were done, one was for the alternator I'd had serviced the year prior that wasn't covered at that time. No refund on the previous deductible but that's expected. - I paid $300 out of pocket for a rental that should have been covered by my warranty. Attempts at reimbursement from the warranty company have been ridiculously unsuccessful. They have been obvious in their disinterest in going through the process on multiple occasions, even going so far as to close the request without so much as a call. When asked as to the reason, they haven't been able to give me one and just start me through the process again. - Multiple followups from salesmen, customer desk and one of the internet contacts followed after the service to ask if my vehicle had been fixed and if I was ready to proceed with buying another car. I guess that's just lack of communication between departments. But none have shown any interest beyond the possible sale. All in all, the service took 5 weeks and $400 (rental and deductible). Thanks I guess. I've never taken the time to write something like this because I know it's just a waste of time. But I have a pretty low opinion of this last experience and feel that I have to look elsewhere, anywhere else, for my next car. read more

What else can I say...the service department was amazing. I brought my truck in on a Monday and desperately needed it looked at, as I was supposed to pick up my new RV that Friday. They were so busy but Anthony said he would do the best they could to try and get it done as they were down several service people as well. They went over my truck with a fine-tooth comb, and they did an amazing job telling me exactly what was happening. They completed everything by Thursday the day before and got me out the door. After reading the countless negative reviews of the Nyle Maxwell service department, I get the impression that mine isn't going to make much of a difference. But here goes... After purchasing a used 2016 Jeep Wrangler, it had a battery failure and another issue that I needed to have checked under its warranty. What should have been relatively simple fix took two weeks and required my own follow up with the service advisor for status updates. It was like pulling teeth to get any kind of an update. And the only time the advisor reached out to me proactively was to try to sell me an additional service that I didn't really need. On the day it was done, I arrived and was asked my name. The gentleman then left (I assumed) to let them know I was there to pick up my vehicle. After waiting about 20 minutes he came back out again to ask what my vehicle was... then disappeared again. I wanted a bit longer, then texted my advisor to let he know I was there. Her response? "I told you I would call you when it was ready." Lie. You told me I could come get it. So they wrapped up my paperwork and brought my Jeep around. The first thing I noticed when I got in it was that my cell phone mount was gone. Thinking maybe they took it down and placed it somewhere in the Jeep, I searched at least 3 times inside to make sure it was gone before letting the advisor know. She was clearly busy and I hated to waste her time. But when I let her know, she begrudgingly followed me to my vehicle and half-assed looked trough the Jeep that I already searched multiple times. When she was done with that, she had the audacity to say "are you SURE you didn't take it out before you left it with us?" First of all, I had no clue how to take it off. Secondly, I've been frustrated for 2 weeks without it... so I'm pretty sure I'd have been using it if I had it. There's also the fact that whoever removed it left greasy finger prints all over my windshield... something I'm pretty sure I wouldn't have done. Most importantly, I have photos of the Jeep on the tow truck with the mount clearly still affixed to the windshield. So yeah, turn it back on the customer all you want. The VERY least she could have done was said "Oh man, that sucks... I am so sorry.... let me see what I can do for you." Instead, she responded with a defensive tone and promised a half-assed "I'll text you if we find it." Based on the level of customer service I'd received until that moment, I'm willing to bet she never even tried. I get that being a service advisor is probably highly stressful. But you can't treat every customer as if they're taking advantage or ripping you off. That's how you lose customers... especially the ones who give the best word of mouth. Buying a car is stressful, but even after 5 hours of waiting and finalizing all the requirements to drive home our new van, Coby was cheerfully,, engaging and professional to the end. As a 3X Honda owner, and months of researching the best vehicle for our family plus Our 2 travelling dogs, I went in on SAT afternoon. By 1700, we thought we were close to leaving, knot to discover that the van, and features, we thought were included, were not! The "Costco" member "expert" (carlos) was clearly annoyed about the mistake and tried to dismiss us by telling us to take van and he would call us MON with a solution, AFTER the parts manager came out only to say, "I can install the entertainment system." I asked if I had to pay for it, and he said yes. I told them all to give me my check back and I would return a different day, but I decided then, that my next dealership would be Toyota or Nissan. Thanks to Sony's perseverance, we finally left happy over 7 hours after shaking his hand. Our experience was good, then stressful and disappointing, to happy and satisfied. I returned a few months later to replace an INOP remote, and Coby, once again, saved the day! For those that haven't met him, he drives 90 miles ( if my memory serves me correctly) 6 days a week because he enjoys his work that much! I can't think of anyone that dedicated to any job! In that time the part they are waiting on has been pushed back 5 times. And each time I was not notified until the day after the previous ETA for the part and ONLY bc I called for an update myself. When told the Dec 12th date, I called about a loaner and was told "no loaners available" and that's it. When pushed back to the 26th I called and was told "there's no loaners available right now and we don't know when they will be again AND even if they were you could only have it for a couple days". Which didn't make a lick of sense -if they're only loaned a couple days why don't you know when they'll be back? so I went in person and was told the same thing and that there is a WAITLIST for loaners which I was only told about after over a MONTH of waiting and the 3rd ETA push back. Why wasn't I told when they knew my car would not be drivable for weeks? Who knows. First eta: Nov 23 Second eta: Dec 12 Third: Dec 26 Fourth: Jan 3 Fifth (just notified today): Jan 9 I have an active case with Jeep customer care started before Christmas for the part and am waiting for a call back after this news. For the record, my lease is up in Feb. I've already had to rent two vehicles for Thanksgiving and Christmas. The extended warranty covering the part only covers 5 days of rental PER BREAKDOWN. This part is failing in Jeeps all over the country and thousands are waiting on it yet it's not a "recall". Never buying a Jeep again and never using Nyle Maxwell's service center again. Do not use them unless you want to babysit the work on your own vehicle and constantly call for updates. They still wanted to blame the Chrysler for the backordered part which obviously they cannot help. I go to the dealer 1/18/21 to speak to Rob and he is busy so he gets a coworker to show us the challenger and keep truck , no test drive . He gets my truck evaluated which the truck is in brand new condition with 25000 miles on it , no wrecks , scratches , dents , perfectly clean and never smoked in and flawless , I was offered 15822 byCarvana , they offer 10300????. No sale price on the challenger ??? What a bunch of sleaze ball saleslizzards . I was told via text that a vehicle I was going to lease had a residual value of +/- 20K via text, confirmed after with a phone call, ended up being a 30K residual AFTER; hard credit pull W\waiting for and filling out all of the paperwork going to the dealershipTaking time off to sign the papers When i was in finance they apologized for the "mistake" and asked if there was anything they could do to make the deal work, What an absolute joke of a dealership and the managment had zero remorse making the fault completlety at the sales persons feet to blame. I would not buy a Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep or anyhting form this place as I have never been more embarrased. Even when I explained that this was a verbatim definition of Bait and Switch, they said that was never their intention, seriously?
