Ask for Kay for an Outstanding Car Buying Experience! I had an absolutely phenomenal experience at Nyle Maxwell Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of Austin! I bought a 2022 Dodge Challenger R/T, and from start to finish, Kay went above and beyond to make it happen. When I first found the Challenger online, there weren't any photos yet because it had just been listed. I'd been searching for months for the perfect car, and this one turned out to be the car of my dreams. I reached out to the dealership, and Kay immediately sent me photos and a walk-around video. She had the car ready for us when we arrived, stayed late to answer all our questions, and was honest and transparent through the entire process. Kay worked incredibly hard to get us to the payment and rate we wanted--even with a ton of negative equity and only fair credit. The finance manager and team were just as fantastic--professional, communicative, and easy to work with. One of the most impressive things Kay did was personally drive the car to my house to test if it could make it up our steep driveway before we finalized the deal. Who does that anymore? That kind of dedication blew us away! The paperwork with Kristin was quick and painless, and the extended warranties were impressive. When we finally drove home, the Challenger was spotless, detailed, and everything I'd hoped for. If you want a dealership that will jump through hoops to make your dream car a reality, go to Nyle Maxwell! And ask for Kay! She's a woman of action who gets things done. As a female buyer, it meant the world to work with such a knowledgeable, genuine, and empowering salesperson. Thank you, Kay and the entire Nyle Maxwell team, for an unforgettable experience.

We went in there to test drive a used Fiat that was advertised. It was a one owner vehicle that they had originally sold and then serviced throughout its life. Our salesman Isaac was friendly and no pressure, and the manager Bo immediately lowered the asking price by $500. We quickly received their best offer, and everyone was friendly and competent. No hours of back-and-forth ridiculousness, no added on "reconditioning fees", or making you sign on an X that you were going to buy the car that day - none of that terrible car dealership mumbo-jumbo that makes you want to scream. When we picked up the car, it was perfectly detailed and they didn't keep us there for hours trying to get us to buy extra things. All in all a very pleasant experience! Ask for Isaac, he was super low-key and knowledgeable salesman.

We recently visited Nyle Maxwell to see a 2020 Mazda CX-3 Sport (black) that looked well-maintained in the pictures. Unfortunately, the in-person experience was very different. The vehicle had several noticeable issues: * Strong cigarette odor inside the car. * Paint dots and marks on the doors. * Door fixtures stained with ash and scratches, which would take multiple deep cleanings to fix. * Trunk liner cover missing. * Car needed alignment (noticeable while test driving). * Rotors and wheels in major need of replacement/repairs, plus other mechanical fixes that would easily cost a buyer 2-3 months of expenses right after purchase. When we asked for the pre-conditioning report, the staff claimed they didn't have it--even though they're the same dealership that serviced it. Instead, the manager tried to justify the price by saying it was "the best deal" and blamed tariffs and sales trends for their aggressive pricing tactics. We also found out that their "best price" of $200-$300 less only applies if you finance through them. On top of that, they push a so-called "free lifetime warranty", but nothing is free. Their cars are priced above fair market value, and that "warranty" is simply built into the cost. And then there are the dealer fees. They presented a breakdown showing a Doc Fee ($225), License Fee ($108.50), Title Fee ($37.75), Road & Bridge Fee ($23), Inspection ($21.75), and Deputy Fee ($10). All of that was bundled into $426 total dealer fees. Other dealerships we visited charged around $250 total, so this was still inflated. The way it's presented also makes it look like you're paying a stack of mandatory government charges, when in reality it's just the dealership's internal fee package. To make matters worse, the manager demanded to see a comparable vehicle listing before even considering negotiation. By the time I found one, I realized just how overpriced this vehicle actually was compared to others on the market. The sales process felt pushy. Rather than addressing defects or negotiating fairly, the manager insisted it was already the best deal. Later, when another salesperson stepped in, she came across aggressive and unfriendly, which only made the experience worse trying to harshly sell their lifetime warranty. No girl. In the end, we didn't buy the CX-3. We found a better deal at another dealership, a 2021 model with 10k fewer miles, less damage, and a lower price. The difference in customer service was night and day. Nearby dealerships like Kia North Austin and Covert treated us with respect, were transparent, and actually listened. Takeaway: * Don't advertise a low price and then add inflated dealer fees on top. * Don't mislabel internal fees as government charges. * Don't sell cars with obvious defects and mechanical issues at inflated prices. * Don't fall for the "free lifetime warranty" pitch, it's baked into their inflated prices. * Don't make customers feel trapped by financing games. There's a reason this dealership has 2.5-star reviews and our visit confirmed it.

Broken truck useless engine needs to be replaced with just 851 on my ownership

"This is my Experience on this dealership Nyle Maxwell Super Center one of a kind read until the end if you appreciate your money time & efforts to earn it" I bought a truck on August 14th. At this dealership Nyle Maxwell Super Center, I must say I am a really nice gentleman myself good principal well educated & usually try to see the good on the people everywhere even if I have a relatively bad experience sometimes I do try to brush it out. But not this time I have to tell it like it is, I had a truly bad experience to the day I regret step in this dealership, as I wrote before I bought a truck RAM 2020 Lonestar with 163,838 miles on it on August 14th. At this dealership Nyle Maxwell Super Center, with barely 851 miles in just 57 days, the truck have a failure on the date of October 9th. 2025, I took it to the dealership because it displayed a check engine light, next thing I called the place and this Lady Samantha Melhado took good care of me very professional very kind the people of this area really treated me well even the Manager responsible of the area and rental I appreciate it much their help God Bless them all, Samantha explained to me the possible causes and the outcome was "Engine problems", they found shaved metal particles inside the engine & they reportedly told the warranty company about it, & I told them I do really need the truck back since I am losing business as we speak, for God's Sake I gave a downpayment of $7000 on the truck & now it was broken already, why they sold me a vehicle in those conditions "Why"?. They contemplated initially the possibility of me paying money for the dismantling of the vehicle to find the root of the problem but I spoke with the manager and Samantha and he said that I was right & he would take care of it for a minute I felt relief but when I found out that the might have to replace the whole engine, how much more time I have to waste to have the vehicle back then? And I took the hard decision of acquired another vehicle I tough they would actually offered me to swap it for other vehicle to make it right for the bad experience that I had with the first truck with Mr. Travis this guy is a great man, But this situation didn't help my experience, the same sales man who sold me the first truck & he offered me a RAM 2019 Lonestar with 99,701. The bad things about this vehicle had a hit on the back rear of the vehicle, dent on the left side chipped windshield two cracks to be precise, vehicle seems to be working in good condition and I got every single warranty they sold me & I still gave a downpayment of $2,000 for this vehicle in order to deflate the monthly payments a little, because for the RAM 2020 I was making payments of $368.58 now with this truck I am making payments of $584.20, they screwed me big time. I was trying of making honest business here and I found out myself with this Horrible experience and on top of that I told the sales man about the condition of the vehicle he was selling me and still joke about it like telling me, well that's the reason the vehicle is selling in that price and the Finance man joke about "well that's the reason you have to buy a warranty on the vehicle when I told him about the broken truck situation that I just had, is this a whole Joke or what is this, you think people that the money of us as a consumers grows on trees and just we spend it in places like this for amusement, We Consumers we want good business Good Ethics, that's how you grow business, now I am stuck with a inferior truck on my expectations & higher payments at least they have the decency of let me collect my stuff from the trashed truck on the parking lot, really upsetting situation I would not recommend this dealership not even to my enemies. Will definitely be filing a report with the BBB for shady and objectionable business tactics. I waste $7,000 first downpayment on a vehicle that broke down on me in 57 days with just 851 miles and I was giving a monthly payment of $368.58. Now I am paying $584.20 a month at least I was expecting honor my monthly payments of deduct me some of my money downpayment of my first transaction for my second vehicle that I truly Pray to God do not broke down on me. Even If you bough a vehicle AS IS NOT DEALERSHIP WARRANTY, it shouldn't not last this miserable longer, Completely Upset and Mad at myself for step in this place in the first place I shall get my vehicle in other random dealership probably I'd saved lots of money even the interest was higher on this vehicle, I let know the Lender about the broken truck when all this happen for the record, so you know bad practices are taken place here. Why I do not understand why to sell a useless vehicle, on top of that make jokes about it, for all out there, Do you think lose money in a transaction is funny?, Well is not for me but seems like for this people it is. Stay aware & away of this dealership if you appreciate your well earned money people.

About a month after driving it, the paint on the bumper and fender started peeling, which I found strange. When I reached out to them, their staff was extremely rude, evasive, and dismissive, insisting they had nothing to do with it and that it was my job to ask if the car had been wrecked -- which I actually did during the purchase. The salesman falsely claimed later that he told me. I took the vehicle to a trusted body shop, and that's when everything came to light. The entire front clip had clearly been repainted poorly, without proper primer, and that's why the paint is peeling. The bumper had glue and zip ties instead of proper clips, and worst of all -- the airbags had previously deployed and been repaired, something they absolutely knew when they sold it to me. They intentionally hid this major damage from me, banking on the fact that it wasn't reported to Carfax. It's a textbook example of how some dealers manipulate the "clean Carfax" label. I even tried filing a lawsuit, only to be told I couldn't because I unknowingly signed an arbitration agreement required to buy the car. This is not just shady -- it feels like fraud. They sold me what was advertised as a premium vehicle, fully aware of its condition. I still don't know if my airbags even work properly. Please be very careful if you're considering buying from them. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone.

However, I was surprised and dismayed when the exact same thing was said of my newer vehicle. I feel like I was scammed and this is just something your techs say of the cars. While possible, it is highly unlikely that both had this given the mileage. This makes me distrust their service department and feel taken advantage of. That's a shame as I live near them. Back in 2010, I wrote, "To be honest, I would rather have a tooth pulled than deal with a used car salesman." Well, at Apple, there is no tooth pulling! There's no high-pressure sales approach here. Every vehicle on their lot is high-end, clean, and mechanically sound. They offer fair trade-in values, include a free drivetrain warranty, and provide a very reasonably priced extended warranty plan. Best of all, they don't tack on any of those unnecessary add-ons you often see at other dealerships. On this most recent visit, I worked with Corey (sales) and Mike (sales manager), and it was by far the easiest car-buying experience I've ever had. I received a very fair offer for my trade-in and even secured a loan rate better than what my credit union offered, which surprised me. Bailey (finance) made the paperwork process smooth and stress-free, and she offered an extended warranty at a price I felt was more than fair. Pro tip: Check out their inventory, but be aware it tends to move quickly, so contact them online to verify that the new-to-you vehicle is still available.

From the moment I found the exact make and model I was dreaming of on their website, I knew I had to act fast. Calling them up, I was immediately greeted by Duane, whose friendliness and personable approach instantly put me at ease. This being my first time buying from a dealership, I had my reservations, but Duane made the entire process feel straightforward and honest. What heightened my sense of urgency was hearing through the grapevine that someone else was interested in the same vehicle but wasn't ready to make the purchase. Knowing this, I felt an immediate push to secure the vehicle that very day. This sense of competition added an extra layer of excitement and determination to my car buying journey. The excitement to see the car in person drove me to make a 40-minute trip north, and it was worth every second. Upon arrival, my decision was cemented - I had to have that car that day. What impressed me the most was the transparency with which Duane presented my financing options, a refreshing change from the usual sales tactics. During the inevitable wait for bank feedback, Janie's thoughtfulness in offering snacks and water was a small but significant gesture that made the experience more comfortable. Then, Juan took over to discuss the next steps, insurance, and warranty details with such clarity and openness, it reassured me I was making the right decision. Despite the dealership nearing closing time, and my needing to manage logistical hurdles to drop off my mom's car and return, Janie and Juan assured me they'd wait, no matter how long it took. This level of commitment and understanding from a dealership was unexpected and deeply appreciated. My mom, too, was delighted by the kindness and professionalism shown by Janie over the phone. Finalizing the paperwork was smooth, filled with friendly banter and laughter with Juan, marking a perfect end to the day. I can't express enough gratitude towards Apple Leasing for their genuine approach, making sure their customers are not only satisfied but also well-informed and comfortable throughout the entire process. Their willingness to go the extra mile, ensuring we didn't have to juggle multiple cars home, was the cherry on top of an already fantastic experience. This was by far the most comfortable and reassuring dealership experience I've ever had. It's why I've never made a purchase until now, as most dealerships in the past seemed shady. I highly recommend Apple Lease Returns to anyone looking for a seamless, honest car buying journey. Terry, my service advisor, asked if a tire alert light had come on. I've responded no. He checked my tire pressure and everything was fine. It's always better to be safe than sorry. Audi North Austin -- this feels shady, and customers deserve better…read more I purchased what was sold to me as a brand-new 2025 Audi SQ7 for my wife's 50th birthday. Paid cash. Drove it home thinking I had bought a brand-new, clean vehicle through the Audi dealer network. Later, when I took the SQ7 to a reputable Bay Area paint protection film / customization shop, they stopped work and showed me that the rear tailgate appeared to have been previously damaged and repainted. The car is metallic black, but the rear tailgate appears to have been painted in a completely different black finish. It does not match the rest of the vehicle. What makes this even more concerning is that the vehicle's MMI/head unit still shows Audi North Austin as the dealer wallpaper, the vehicle came from Audi North Austin before being dealer-swapped to Audi Palo Alto. Audi Palo Alto only kept the car in the showroom till they sold it to me. From what I can see, this vehicle appears to have had prior damage and poor repaint work before I ever purchased it -- and none of that was disclosed to me as the customer. That is unacceptable on any car, but especially on a brand-new luxury Audi. If Audi North Austin had knowledge of this damage, then they should have disclosed it. If they didn't know, then they need to explain how a damaged and mismatched vehicle moved through their store and into the Audi dealer network as "new." Either way, this is not how a premium brand dealership should operate. Now I'm left dealing with the fallout, while everyone points fingers and avoids ownership. That feels like a shady business trying to pull a fast one, pass the problem along, and run from accountability. Vehicle: 2025 Audi SQ7 Audi case number: 07488900 Audi North Austin, do better. Customers buying brand-new vehicles deserve transparency, disclosure, and accountability -- not a damaged product passed along like nothing happened.
