Came an hour ahead of pick up and shortened the wait to 30minutes. Seamless when you do all checklist prior to pick up. Clean area with coffee and water. Nothing fancy. Impersonal compared to actual other car dealerships. My worry is Tesla is all electronic and not much into "talking to people for customer service" I'm finding out. I struggle with technology, but embracing the change needed to make and the benefits. Hoping for a worthwhile experience with Tesla! Did I I mention the trade in experience was flawless? BTW went to the Domain location 4 days earlier to test drive a Tesla and look at the various options and models. This issue where we purchased the vehicle. The only hitch was related to properly configuring the Tesla application for the tax incentives. The staff were super helpful. I get it, it's a very different business model and experience then going to a dealer; mixing online, in person and in iPhone app (in my case) experiences, which are certainly unique the first time. I do believe, people want the best for each other, and do want to help. Parked in the Pink Garage BTW. Super easy to test drive a Tesla. You will sign an agreement, show your ID (takes pics) and you get 30 Minutes to test drive. Highly recommend test drive and buying one. However my biggest issue was with one employee who was not helpful. I had inquired about using a referral code to get 3 months of auto pilot. He said they no longer do that. I bought the car and signed up and said too bad I couldn't get the three months. He was like why didn't you tell me? Wtf?!? I did!! He claimed that they couldn't do anything now since I had already signed the paperwork. I spent 50k on a car and you can't do anything? Yeah okay. Your cameras would show I asked about it before signing. I even asked to speak to his manager and he told me his manager was aware and they can't help me. read more

For a car you use an app to buy the process to buy is ridiculous Loves: 1. They let me test drive a car I already bought. They love to let people test drive these things. Heard them saying they had "over 120" drives this week - which I guess is a KPI? They were impressed 2. The keurig machine in the waiting room that kept me occupied I waited 2 hours to sign my app and get a car a week ago. 3. How knowledge the 4 customer service people were when they weren't looking stressed out of their mind Cons: 1. Pricing here is weird - the car has a sticker price, car prices are the discounted based on previous milage, and then they estimate savings from incentives. I am going to be leasing a model 3 Tesla (with their insurance) for about $550/mo - 36 Mo. 2. Heaven help those who had to trade in their car... its crazy. It takes weeks. Dealers have forced Tesla to find work around with their laws. Tesla is a Texas company- stop being dicks. 3. I was scheduled to pickup my vehicle the very last day of the quarter, unknown to me, but the place was packed because of this (I didn't pick the date). Overall I waited an hour or so after my appointment time. There weren't enough chairs to sit in, so I sat in one of the showroom cars with the air blowing since it was hot inside the building. I get it, sales need to be met and cars need to move and they want to get them all out the door before midnight. However when I am spending a lot of money I expect the car to be clean and ready for pickup. The vehicle either wasn't vacuumed at all or they did a really poor job... There was also stains on the headliner. I was able to get these out once arriving home and detailing the car, but it's just annoying and takes a lot away from the car buying experience. You also inspect the car in a dimly lit building inside, in hindsight I would have asked for it to be moved outside before I signed off on the condition. I don't think they even cleaned the car inside, just quickly washed the outside, which to their credit was clean! The crew behind the scenes was ok to work with, however some messages went unanswered in which I had to check in with them a time or two. read more

Not sure where to start. I bought my brand new Model Y at the end of June 2024. While the process of signing the paperwork and getting into the car was a breeze, owning the vehicle itself has been anything but that. Right off the bat I noticed a series of rattles that as of 12/18/24 have yet to be resolved. They've had to fix the mirror housing on my driver side, replace the driver seat cushion as well as fix the driver side column. The electronics have been even worse. After the first software update, the car was unable to drive and needed to be towed to service, where they replaced the 12v battery and had to factory reset the electronics from their end. The 2nd time the software update happened, I was unable to drive the car more than 20 miles, and was at a snails pace the last couple miles getting to the service center. I was met with a lot of pushback given that I didn't have an appointment, but ultimately they were able to get my care into Service, where they ended up replacing the MAIN BATTERY. Mind you this is a brand new car. So between the weeks that my car has been in service, the lack of customer support, the numerous service logs now in my carfax in which some have been unresolved issues - it's been far below a standard experience with a new Tesla. Hoping to come to resolution shortly with support in hopes of them replacing my vehicle. Regardless, the amount of frustration from a peace of mind standpoint has been ridicuous. read more

Picked up 2 used teslas on Friday 11/29. A Model 3 and a Model Y (my wife and I's first teslas). Ordering and doing all of the paper work ahead of time on the app was easy and I had no issues. All of my issues are with this specific location. They really made us feel like they could not care any less that we were buying cars from them. 1. Cars were not clean. There were spots all over the seats of both cars that I had to clean my self. There were tons of crumbs in the consoles that had to be vacuumed out and when i pulled up the 3rd row seats of the Model Y, there was tons of dirt and old Costco receipts from the previous owner. I also got warnings that the washer fluid is low, and one of the cars had a pending update. It feels like they don't do the most basic prep work for customers. They just do a quick wipe down of the surfaces they can see and nothing else. 2. They did not put a temporary tag on my Model 3. Lucky for me the cops let me know when I got pulled over for driving with no plates. When I arrived home frustrated and told my wife what happened she let me know she had found a paper on the passenger floor of her Model Y and it turned out to be my tags. This is by far their worst part... 3. When I pulled out of the showroom in my Model 3 and onto the rode for the first drive I realized the car has a warning that the Autopilot features are unavailable because the cameras need to be realigned and that I need to book a service event. I turned around and drove immediately back to the showroom and I was told that "if that warning was there before I took delivery they would have taken care of it and to just book service through the app". I find this confusing because the alert was on the screen at the dealership...So i booked service through the app and the next appointment is January 2nd 2025. When I complained to one of the employees that this is unacceptable since I LITERALLY JUST TOOK DELIVERY! They were kind enough to send an email and ask if I can get help sooner but the service manager is out until Monday so I guess I will just wait and see. Hands down, the oddest test drive EVER! I went in for my scheduled test drive appointment today. Upon entering the showroom, there was one other walk-in prospect that was speaking to the salesperson, Joe and bouncy around the different models. I was there with a colleague of mine that was also interested in purchasing a Tesla. It took awhile for our presence to be acknowledged and then, we got an up close greeting from...JOE!! This individual looks like he crawled out from under a rock and we had the luck of meeting him between his biannual baths. Greasy hair, wrinkled shirt that was half way tucked into his pants . Made me cringe to shake his hand because from his appearance I'd surmise, hand washing isn't apart of his repertoire. It's evident, sales people at this location don't rely on commissions to supplement their income. There was an overwhelming amount of cheesy texts before I got there to test drive. The texts, emails and calls were tantamount to stalking me throughout the day about my upcoming test drive at Tesla. I literally had a message, no joke, verbatim, "What can I do to get you into a Tesla today?" Good gravy! I like a good eighties revival but, certainly not when it comes to "car sales". Then, after we arrived, we were treated like I discovered the magic of invisibility and used it to go to a Tesla showroom. Was I heard? No. Did the salesperson take time to answer my questions? No. Do I know more about this car's features after my test drive? No. Could an enthusiastic YUGO car salesman talked me into purchasing their vehicle after this? F@CK YEAH! Anyhow, I went to test drive the Model X. One of the most important reasons for my test drive (yeah I DID disclose this to JOE), was to experience first hand what it felt like in a "self driving car". Due to my recent and unfortunately life long disability, using both hands on the steering wheel is incredibly painful. I was thrilled that very soon I could afford this luxury. However, not sure if I'll be going down to Tesla to purchase one due to the insanely horrible customer service and overall lack of professionalism at this location and with Joe. To start off, Joe asked if I had ever driven a Tesla and I told him "no" but I was excited to experience the previously stated features. After about a three minute bombardment of barely audible, instructions, we embarked SOLO on the test drive. When we had left, there was not one person in the show room so if it was busy, I can understand if someone would have to resort to the means of having someone test drive a car by themselves.but that wasn't the case and I did have a lot of questions, especially while driving. I was very excited to learn about all the features and so was my colleague I had brought with me. What a huge letdown so awful. I am absolutely gob smacked and bewildered as to how this person was hired and what in the world just happened?How are they selling cars? By product name alone? I love this service center! Every time I've had to take my car in, they've taken great care of me and my car. The reps are professional and friendly. Kameron helped me out today and I couldn't ask for better service! I had to take my car in today without an appointment, and to my surprise, they were able to help me out immediately. It took a couple of hours, but they took care of it right away! They offered to give me Uber credits if I wanted to leave and come back, but it probably would have taken me longer to figure out how to use Uber credits than it took them to fix my car. It was a nice offer though. I've had mobile techs come out and fix my car too, and they were super helpful as well. I've never had an issue with any Tesla service. Maybe I've been lucky or maybe the happy people don't usually write reviews. Either way, shout out to all the great people who helped me today and previously. read more

Story time... I purchased my model y 11/7, Kevin (the manager) told me that there was a malfunction on their side of things and 2 of my tires did not get replaced as their system said they did. So I was told to go to my appointment 11/9 to replace the old tires that they said they would... I got to the service center and they told me they wouldn't cover it and all used cars are sold as is... I've been trying to get in contact with Kevin with no success... if this is how Tesla handles their service (by lying to customers) I don't want any part in it. I just got my 2020 Model 3 LR in Midnight Silver Metallic what's not to like? I ordered my vehicle online and the process from Tesla for me was seamless. Easy texts keeping me on track and even a call 2 days before pickup to ask if I'd like to receive it a day earlier! I received my vehicle at this location and my 6pm delivery was quite painless. We waited for about 15 minutes while they finished with another delivery - no big deal as I got to check out some of the other cars on the lot and see the facility. The process was very personal, they explained everything quite well (I had already learned much of this online earlier in my exuberance), and they even explained some details that I wouldn't have stumbled upon to round out the settings and experience of owning a Tesla. I cant say much for the Service Center for repairs and hopefully I wont need to but I can say that delivery to this location and receipt was a pleasant experience. I own one but there is always room for another! ;) read more

Terrible customer service. Not only were they rude on the phone. The deliberately told me they didn't agree with me and that I was being irrational. They called me at the exact delivery time for my car to inform me that it would not be there. Even though they knew for hours that there was an issue. I was then told that they have no idea that why this would be an issue after I waited for my car for months. That I should be happy because my car would be delivered tomorrow. I asked if my experience would be formally logged as an issue and everything fell on death ears. The problem with Tesla customer service is that they have absolutely zero accountability. They can be rude and speak to you any kind of way because there's no negative repercussions. Sn: I contacted the office the that Tesla said they couldn't get in touch with and was informed that no one from Tesla reached out and/or showed up to their location today. Tesla Pond Spring staff is not only unprofessional and incompetent, they are liars. These people and this company do not believe in customer service. I went to pick my Tesla model Y. After signing in, you sit in waiting area, and staff pretends if the didn't see you. When asked, my new car was sitting in parking lot to be picked. There was dust inside and out, but they insist that it's been "detailed", and they won't do it again. Their system to generate temporary license plate was not working, so they ask me to sign waiver and asked me to drive it home without plates, telling me lot of customers do it. When I insisted that I won't break the law by driving car without plates, they ask me to come "later". I told then that I had an appointment to pick the car, and they should have kept it ready, they asked me my address, and told me that they'll "drop" the car at my place. Liars. They didn't even take my keys. After no-one shows up to drop the car, I wrote a message to Tesla customer service - remember, no one will pick the phone, and you can't contact any staff. Text I sent was conveniently ignored. Tesla makes good cars, but this will be my last one. read more

So frustrated that a company that sells such luxurious cars could be so cheap when it comes to their customer service. Tesla made a mistake and put the wrong VIN number on our new car title which we discovered when we went to get the registration done at the government office. Of course we were charged with several late fees because registration was not done in time due to this mistake and we sent an email as well as called and spoke to this Tesla dealership for this mistake. Of course we get no response for several weeks and when the check finally comes, there is no notice explaining or apologizing for this mistake and they only cover just a portion of the several fees that we were charged, not only ignoring all of the time that was wasted because of their mistake. This is so frustrating for the amount of money that we paid for this car. This location could have done a much better job in helping us, since getting in touch with Tesla customer service has become so difficult due to automation. Our emails were not responded to and no one apologized for this mistake. We are now stuck with several fees that were not our fault to begin with. read more

The WORST service of any service center anywhere! After loving our 2021 Tesla Model Y Long Range, we waited 8 months for the identical car, but 2022. When it finally arrived at this service center for us to pick up, the car had badly misaligned panels and interior scratches, but we accepted it. After a week with the new car, we realized there was something very wrong with the ride, that it was noticeably worse than the identical car we just replaced. Service center said there was nothing wrong. We took it to two suspension shops, both said the ride was unusually harsh, and "wobbly"...they called it bobble head. We had photos and exact measurements of a professional suspension examination of the car, which showed that the springs and shocks could not work at all, as the car was riding on the shocks' bump stops. They were surprised that Tesla allowed a car out in this condition. Took photos and specs from the inspection to the Pond Springs Tesla service center, and were blown off again. They also said that since our 4-month-old car had been in twice for the same complaint, we would now always be charged for any supposed warranty visit. They lied about the manager's name when asked for that. When we refused to leave until they actually looked at the suspension, they said "but we would have to take the wheel off" to do that, and refused. We also brought it in because the a/c had suddenly begun not cooling properly. We have all glass heavily tinted and have a sun shade on top, and we have had two Teslas through record high summer temps, so we know how it should cool...also the car is garage kept and pre-cooled when used. They refused to do a/c diagnostics on it; just said it blows cool air, so no problem. For this fruitless battle on our 4-month-old Tesla, we were billed. While there, we saw them blow off another Tesla owner who said his car wasn't charging properly, and there were warning messages to that effect. They took the person's charger in back, and said that it worked, so again, no problem. The man had to insist that they try it on his car, as that was what didn't work. At first they refused, and only relented when he, too, continued insisting. They cannot be trusted to professionally diagnose or fix anything, in our experience. We will have to try the new St Elmo service center, but they are overloaded, and it is a 45-minute drive for us. This is our second Tesla, so we are not novices...and know when something is wrong. The fact that we had to pay for an outside professional evaluation and measurements (only to be STILL denied by the Tesla "techs") shows a disturbing pattern of very poor service and neglect, shedding new light on recent assertions that Tesla is hiring unqualified people just so it can make its record quarterly numbers. It should be making owners rethink the wisdom of a Tesla purchase. read more

I had some bizarre issues with Tesla service. First, Tesla rescheduled my appointment several times without contacting me. I had to take days off to take the car to service but in vain. Then they didn't add the fog light issue to the list even though I let them know weeks in advance. Now I need to take it to service yet again because of the staff negligence. Finally, after I picked up the car it turned out that the windshield was replaced without my authorization. I had a $300 tint installed. They have 0 care for their customers. read more

We had a minor glitch happen to my 2012 Tesla Signature Model (#767 of the first 1,000 ever made !) the passenger door handle would not stay out. My husband and I scheduled a service and they came out to our home !! JULIUS was the First Gentleman to come and work on the repair. Very nice, polite young man who was extremely knowledgeable and got the job done. Ron came just a few minutes later to calibrate the handle with our car and ALL FIXED !! They just really don't seem to care. Some of the individual people have been perfectly pleasant, but I have never had a good total experience. They seem to actively avoid responding to you quickly or offering direct lines of contact. Sometimes they are good about loaners, other times they gaslight you and tell you that almost no one gets loaners, but they'll get you a single Uber for your house 1hr away. I have asked for specific repairs more than 4 times without them ever addressing the issue. The log they keep for your requests feels more like a black hole, a pit of unattainable improvements, a to-not-do list of sorts. # A Christmas Story I finally decided to write a negative review after Tesla took my car 7 days before christmas (after pushing my original service date 3 weeks to wait for "parts") to fix my window[0]. I said if they couldn't fix it before christmas eve that that was fine, i just needed to be able to get my car back before christmas eve so I could use it to travel to see my family for the holiday. The agent happily added that requirement to my file and said it wouldn't be a problem and I assume no one ever looked at it again. Needless to say, I texted a few hours before they closed on the 23rd about picking up my car, fixed or unfixed, so I could use it for christmas. About 20 minutes before they closed they texted back and said they couldn't finish it in time and that they had the next two days off and so it wouldn't be available until 2 days after christmas. I reminded them of what they wrote in my file and offered to immediately go there to get my vehicle. They ignored me and I assume I won't hear back until after I need to be across the state with my kids and all their strollers and gifts. Tesla not being able to respond quickly or just give me back an unfixed car is the reason my holiday plans need to materially change. Cool. -- [0] For more fun, I have a model X and the falcon wing proximity sensors malfunctioned and the doors slammed themselves into the ceiling in a garage. That's why the window was broken before christmas. No big deal, it wasn't *my* fault. They ran tests and agreed! They said that the sensors were faulty and would be covered under warranty. But they also said that I was liable for the damage to the window. They linked me to a page in the manual for the car where it says that I'm supposed to be prepared to manually override the doors in case the sensors don't detect an obstacle. They said I'm liable for damage caused by sensors they have agreed were faulty. Cool. So if you own an X, make sure you exit the vehicle, and manually inspect the doors as they rise, one at a time. If you sense, via your killer intuition, that the velocity of the doors indicates a malfunction in the sensors, the jam your hands onto the door so it hits you instead of the obstacle. Do not, y'know, use the doors the way they advertise them or sell them. # Conclusion Not like y'all have an option to go anywhere else. So just look out for yourselves and be sure to rank them poorly on the surveys they spam you with afterwards if you aren't happy. Pretty disappointing after the cost of the vehicle (and the cost of the repairs). read more

Pretty terrible customer service. Our service appointment took over two months just to get the car repaired, which involved about a 15-minute fix. I tried calling the center numerous times, but no one ever answers the phone and the voicemail is always full, so the only way to get a hold of customer support is through the app. The support team, however, has taken on average 1 week for each response in the app. Our original appointment was also unilaterally rescheduled on us three different times, with zero notice (the app itself doesn't even tell you each time the appointment was changed - we just happened to notice that there was a new date). It blows my mind how bad this process is compared to taking any other car in existence in to a standard repair shop for repairs. read more

I know Tesla has a well known reputation of terrible customer service. I am not ignorant to that. I'm also fully aware that nobody looks at reviews before taking your car in to get fixed, I'm actually hopping that this review is seen by somebody who can reach out to me and hopefully make a change on their practices and customer services in the future. No one wants to get in an accident. Having to have your car fixed is already stressful. But with the amount that both I and my insurance pay, you'd think there would be better customer service. At the beginning, my journey to get my car fixed was fine. There were no rentals right away, but I only waited a few days and got Uber credits in the meantime.I was given no timeline for the repairs on my car, but because I got a rental car, I was content. It took under a month for the car to be finished and I got a message on the Tesla app saying my car is ready to be picked up and asking when can I come and pick it up. I was completely shocked at my car was ready because I had no updates throughout that month. There was a giant storm coming the next day which I didn't feel safe driving in so I mentioned that in order to get there before they closed I would have to sneak out of work and grab my car on my lunch break. As long as it was ready, I could come the . Tesla assured me that It take "no longer than 10 minutes and everything had been done already. It has even been submitted to my insurance". I got there and I made a comment about how I looked on the app and it appeared my car was almost dead and I had to go back to work and then after work I had to go home and I live very far away. He explained that he could put it on the supercharger and it would take about 10 to 15 minutes to charge. I said ok, because I didn't really have an option... can't get far with an almost dead car. Then he goes on to explain to me Tesla insurance is new and he's having trouble processing it (weird... because on the app he said he already did it). I then paid my deductible and then sat down to wait those 10 minutes for my car to get charged enough that I felt safe leaving. As I was waiting I saw I was charged three times for my deductible. I tesla guy said he didn't think the transaction was going through so he clicked it a couple more times... what the hell? Then they refunded me... I then set back down and I saw on my app that my doors and hood were opening and closing and it was not being charged. After being at Tesla for about an hour, I was then told that as they were doing the final check they noticed that the heater was not working and that they're going to need some more time. I was incredibly frustrated because I again, needed to get back to work!! But because of who I am, I did not make a fuss. I just left. Why in the world did they not do a final check or charge it before telling me to come?! Specially after I made it clear that I was coming on my lunch break and I wanted to make sure it was already ready... I drove away and just figured that all of that was just unlucky and I'm not gonna let it bother me. Couple days later I get a message on my app saying my car is ready I wrote back verifying that it truly was ready, the final check was done and that it was charged because I live far away. The guy said he'll throw it on the supercharger for me and it'll be charged for when I get there. I waited 30 minutes, still wasn't on the charged so I messaged again. This time he replied that it is "on the charger now" (so I thought my app must have been wrong then). I then drove to Tesla, got there, and was told that the super charger isn't available because it's being used. I then explained that he I understand if someone else was using the charger but I made it a point that I was coming and then I wanted it ready. If it couldn't be ready, I would've waited and came another time or another day. It being charged was important which is why I made it a point to say something this time around. If you say it's on the charger, it should be on the charger! If that's not possible, just say that. Overall, it should be standard practice to return a Tesla at least halfway if not fully charged. This is terrible customer service and standard practices. I get there's plenty of things out of their control like the timing for parts or maybe even availability of rental cars. But returning a car charged and telling the whole truth is something they have full control over. read more

I took my car to this service location to replace a bad tire. I got the vehicle back with pink stains on my door panels. Reported the issue immediately after receiving the vehicle with pictures through their app. When I requested to fix they outright denied asking me to exit the building. Wow! read more

We had heard some horror stories of Tesla deliveries, including my wives niece who got a model 3. This is our second Model S. Tesla's automated systems suck, and phone service can be challenging. But every Tesla employee we interacted with was professional and worked to make our delivery happen, even though we were on vacation when it was originally scheduled. One of the worst customer service. I got a delivery from Tesla but it seems they did not do any inspection on it. I ordered a Model S 75 but instead got a S 60. I called them at least 20 times before they updated it to 75. It has only been 4 days and I can feel a lot of vibration inside the car while driving on the highway. Seems they did not do any test drives of the vehicle before delivery. When I told them about the issue, they gave me an appointment after 10 days waiting period. I paid more than 50k on this car and this is the car I got. I asked them for a refund but they said refund is not possible nor any exchange. read more

The very worst ever.....I was the only customer standing there (almost 10 minutes) and was completely ignored even after saying excuse me. This is the second time this has happened. The four gigglers that sit behind the desks were too busy giggling and talking about cheeseburgers, their uncomfortable chairs etc and could care less if I was standing there on fire. Love our Model S and was contemplating getting a Model X in Dec. Not now, been trying to get the car serviced since Jan and Tesla simply refuses to even speak to you once you have purchased a car. My new car purchase hasn't been the best experience so far. I'm tied to my "valet keys" because the update I was promised over a week ago still hasn't been pushed. If I had an old fashioned key fob, it would be so much better and this is supposed to be a fancy car. I have to use these cards which are slow to lock/unlock, and inconvenient to need them every time I want to drive the car. I'm supposed to be able to just use my phone but when I picked the car up, there was a "strange problem" where my phone wouldn't pair to the car. We tried rebooting everything, reinstalling the app, and they just had me take the car and promised they'll update that overnight. It's been almost two weeks now and it hasn't happened. They implied it would be in the next couple days. If I try to schedule an appointment to get my ostensibly new car fixed, it's months out. I really feel misled. read more

Quick summary of the joke that is Tesla model 3 delivery in Austin. * Reservation holder from 2 years ago. Paid cash for model 3. Original delivery date was July 28th. Car arrives and needs a whole driver's side body panel fixed. I declined delivery and asked for a replacement. * They schedule me for delivery for the replacement vehicle about a month later. I arrive to take delivery and they tell me it's not there. They schedule me to come back 5 days later and after waiting hours in the show room tell me it needs a software update that will take overnight and I can't take the car. Also.... I'm not allowed to see it when I asked to at least look over the car. * Show up the 4th time to take delivery and the car has two large dents in the drivers side front panel, multiple scratches and paint chips. They say it needs to go to a third party body shop to get repaired. I explain that I don't want to buy a brand new $60,000 car that needs to go get body work done on it before I've even driven 1 mile in it. * The manager named Austin at the Austin,TX service center tells me either to take the car with dents and third party body repair done to it or take my money back and leave. What kind of company does that? Very disappointed in Tesla service center in Austin and Tesla as a company as a whole. Plus don't expect any email or call to be returned from your "delivery specialist" for at least a week. Oh and heres a pic of how model 3's were left waiting for customers to pick them up for an extra bonus. I love my 2019 Tesla, but I must say...Tesla has the WORST EVER service center of any and of all vehicle manufacturers hands down. No welcoming greeting, TV, but off, No water whatsoever...I understand "COVID" so water fountain was down...but really?? No water bottles or water whatsoever or anything to drink. Just a white wall to sit ams stare at. I really hope Elon does something about this, they can't expect to sell vehicles ranging from $50k to $150,000k and have that kind of service center. Boy do I miss BMW and Mercedes service. read more
