They have several small tables, 1 big table in the back, and they sell alkaline water. We ordered the vital shake, strawberry banana surprise, cool down, and the spinach and ricotta penne. They were all tasty and fresh. The food tasted clean, healthy, and wasn't bland. I loved my vital shake. It had the perfect amount of sweetness. I like their smoothies more than tropical smoothie. This is a hidden gem in Augusta. There are so many things to like about this place including the smoothies. I was in town visiting and needed a healthy and clean smoothie. I went here and got an almond smoothie that really brought me back to life. They have a vegan menu of hot food as well. I will definitely add this spot into my vegetarian and smoothie spot rotation. Tim took the time to educate me on the importance of nutrition while making my MLK Blvd smoothie. The pineapple, mango, spinach, ginger, and apple juice married well! It was so good! I saw the crew making dinner and the vegetarian "meat" loaf is on my to try list for when I return. After reading the reviews some co workers and I decided to check this place out! It is definitely not in the best part of town, but it's nice to see a local healthy place in that area. I ordered a tuna salad sandwich, and my friends got the chicken stir fry and black bean burger. Everything was fresh and homemade and was delicious! We all also ordered some smoothies which were very cheap compared to other places. They were good, but didn't have as much flavor as a normal smoothie because it had a lot of ice. Also, they have a very large menu for lunch, but that day were only making about 4 of the items so there wasn't much choice for what to order. Overall, the smoothies and food are worth a try if you're in the area, but know there aren't too many options for food. There were some great options available for breakfast. This is a pork free establishment and that was perfect for us. We went for the salmon croquettes and turkey bacon, with grits and eggs. The seating was limited, but everyone made sure that we enjoyed our breakfast experience. The food was well seasoned and very filling for the price. We were also able to get some great information about essential oils and how to use them from the owner.
