This is a hidden gem in Augusta. There are so many things to like about this place including the smoothies. I was in town visiting and needed a healthy and clean smoothie. I went here and got an almond smoothie that really brought me back to life. They have a vegan menu of hot food as well. I bought a smoothie, that the guy let me taste, as well as some organic lip balm and some organic black charcoal soap. The staff is funny and personal. The pineapple, mango, spinach, ginger, and apple juice married well! It was so good! I saw the crew making dinner and the vegetarian "meat" loaf is on my to try list for when I return. They highlight different vegetarian dishes daily (they also have meat, poultry and fish), so I'm sure I'll have to come a few times to try out everything. They have several small tables, 1 big table in the back, and they sell alkaline water. We ordered the vital shake, strawberry banana surprise, cool down, and the spinach and ricotta penne. They were all tasty and fresh. The food tasted clean, healthy, and wasn't bland. I loved my vital shake. It had the perfect amount of sweetness. I like their smoothies more than tropical smoothie. After reading the reviews some co workers and I decided to check this place out! It is definitely not in the best part of town, but it's nice to see a local healthy place in that area. I ordered a tuna salad sandwich, and my friends got the chicken stir fry and black bean burger. Everything was fresh and homemade and was delicious! We all also ordered some smoothies which were very cheap compared to other places. They were good, but didn't have as much flavor as a normal smoothie because it had a lot of ice. Also, they have a very large menu for lunch, but that day were only making about 4 of the items so there wasn't much choice for what to order.
