GO HERE!! Went to this place when in town for The Masters. Best vegan food I've ever had.

Spicy kale wrap and soup of the day

An amazing experience. I thought I'd be dropping in to a healthy spot for a quick bite. I was not expecting to be transported to a magical space full of delicious food, healing music, and majestic artwork. I ordered the spicy kale wrap and the soup of the day for my side. It was a delicious lentil, sweet potato, and kale soup...perfect for the rainy afternoon. Full of flavors and perfectly done veggies, it did not disappoint. And the wrap was fresh and flavorful. Highly recommend the spicy version. I had a golden monkey black iced tea and grabbed a ginger lemonade to go. Make sure to spend time admiring the work of owner and artist Baruti Tucker. He spent time with me sharing the stories behind his art. Each piece was a lesson and tribute of pain, compassion, healing, and humanity. You have to see his work! Awesome treasure in downtown Augusta!

I was in town for a job visit, and so my girlfriend and I went here for lunch. She's vegan, so we thought it would be a good way to see the downtown and get some lunch. It's definitely not a restaurant feel inside. Almost felt like a club/coffee house place. There's hand crafted jewelry for sale, local art, and a DJ playing music. My sandwich was decent, but the juice was great. I think the juices are the strength here. The owner of the place came by and asked how everything is and welcomed us to Humanitree. It's a cool spot, feels kind of out of sort with the country club feel that people normally associate with Augusta.

This place is awesome! The staff is so friendly and the food... so tasty and healthy! Great mix of soul music to jam out to while enjoying your meal too! Oh, and funky cool artwork everywhere! Definitely stop by for some vegan food, a juice or a smoothie!

My friends and I dropped by on a whim after doing the downtown mystery game. I enjoyed the vibes and how clean this place was. I would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a place to study or just enjoy some vegan food. I got the Matcha Maddness smoothie and it tasted pretty good. I hope to come back another day to try their other smoothies and food items.

What a amazing place in Downtown Augusta just to relax and chill. The atmosphere here is chill and peaceful and with enjoyable music while your there. It's not everyday that you find a great place like this one but definitely encourage you to try Humanitree House if you've haven't.

Just a sampling of the many delights! Quick, easy and I like the sterile juice setup. No noisy blender either !!!

This is still One of my favorite places in Augusta to dine on vegan! Their menu selection is broad and their ingredients are fresh always. The service is definitely done with a smile. Although it is a walk up to the counter and order place it offers plenty of seating and a variety of options from comfortable chill spots to a quick counter dining.

I really wanted an açaí bowl and they were out of granola. That made me sad. But I did get the chocolate goddess smoothie, 2 cold pressed juices, and a kale salad to go. So far, so good! I hope next time to be enjoying an açaí bowl. The staff was super friendly and the place had a really cozy and trendy vibe. Love the giant bean bags and the groovy flute music. One thing I wish they would do is have the decomposable straws. For a place that seems very "earthly" I'd like to see them be more earth friendly.

Their Spicy Kale Wrap is off the chain! When I called in my order, I was told that their most popular sandwiches were the Chicken Un-philly and the Burger. But I didn't have a taste for a meat substitute so I ordered a Spicy Kale Wrap and added avocado. When I first bite into this wrap, I was blown away! The dressing on the kale is MAGICAL and the addition of peppers, red onions, and carrots was perfect. Also, its SPICY but spicy is good. You have to be able to handle a lot of spice to order the "Spicy Kale." But the menu says you can order is not spicy/mild. The price (over $9) was a little higher than I expected for a wrap with no meat and no meat substitute. But they did add a nice portion avocado which was an additional cost. Anyways, the wrap was so good that I almost turned the car around and ordered another one for tomorrow.. but I exercised self-restraint. This was definitely the best wrap I've ever had. And I eat meat.. so this is not just a restaurant for vegetarians, but rather a restaurant for all ppl who enjoy fresh feel-good food. Needless to say I am definitely looking forward to going back to Humanitree.

Great friendly staff and good food! Try the "bean burger" and the kale salad. The spicy vegan burger is good also - fresh jalapeños!

Hanging plants give it a homey feel, very good use of space, just cute and comfy! Staff was pleasant (the one who greeted us and served us was nice and informative but greeted us while chewing food . Hubs got some wings and home fries, which he really enjoyed! I got the veggie empanadas. OMG!!! I wasn't expecting them to be so good. Again, I just wish there was more of them, including more filling, but I was full so didn't need any more! Lol The puff pastry is light and crispy! The filling, a delicious blend of veggies (not sure what lol). And the sauce that accompanied them was utterly outstanding! They should bottle and sell it!!! I would have bought premade/take home empanadas if I lived closer lol. And I would definitely go back next time we are in Augusta!!! LOVE!!!

Food was great as mentioned by all, we did have a long wait but once it arrived everyone went silent. Everyone ate and enjoyed their food. I went with the steak sandwich and home fries. A few people ordered wings but they had ran out due to the assault we placed on this quaint eatery. My sandwich did make up for the wait though, I must admit because it was seasoned to perfection and just about the right portion although I probably could've ate a few more bites, haha. Overall a good experience, only reason they're not a 5 is the wait.

The service was absolutely top-notch, the food was excellent, and the ambiance was certainly very mellow. Our server, Cassandra, was very friendly and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain the menu and made some great recommendations. Their menu is a southern American fusion for sure, putting unique spins on classic dishes. Here's what we had: Drinks: -Bottle of: Vitiani rosso Appetizer: -Charcuterie board (a la carte): -Bresaola (pork) -The drunken goat (Spanish cheese) -The red dragon cheddar cheese -Bacon Jam Dinner: -Pork loin chop -Confit duck pot pie -Beet carpaccio Salad The charcuterie board was very unique and delicious. Afterwards, my lady, and I split the beet salad, her dad had the pork loin, and her mom had the pot pie. Everything was absolutely delicious. After we finished, I met the owners, and told them how much we truly enjoyed it all. They were very appreciative of my compliments. We would certainly stop by here again.

I looked up steakhouses near the area on Yelp and Finch & Fifth had the best reviews. My fiancée and I looked at the menu and were sold. It was small and simple but all looked great. I made reservations for dinner on Black Friday. The inside and bar area is small, a bit dark yet inviting. Our server was Cassandra. Down to earth and very attentive. She told me that their menu changes. That's a good thing. It's always nice to try different meals. I would describe their menu- Southern American fusion. They serve appetizers, charcuterie boards, salads, entrees and dessert. They do have happy hour and specials. We ordered: Drinks: -Bottle of: Vitiani rosso Appetizer: -Charcuterie board (a la carte): -Bresaola -The drunken goat Spanish cheese -Red Dragon cheddar cheese -Bacon Jam Dinner: -Pork loin chop -Confit duck pot pie -Beet carpaccio Salad We started off with the charcuterie board and we all enjoyed it. The bacon jam went well with it. Then our entrees came out. My fiancée and I split the beet salad. So good! My dad demolished his plate. He really enjoyed his pork loin with the veggies. My mom raves about the duck pot pie. She's been telling her friends and family all about it. She had extra and took it home. We had a great experience that my fiancée wanted to meet the owner. Sarah was very sweet and nice to talk to. Everyone had a great time and loved the food! I can say we are fans and definitely coming back. Thanks for making our dining experience wonderful. Our waitress was so sweet and friendly, she really made it enjoyable. Definitely recommend the Butter Chicken, I got it medium and it was just the right amount of spice. Before we decided to head to the restaurant I had my wife call for wait times and availability. They made it clear that there wasn't any wait time and we would be seated soon after arriving. We arrived under 10 minutes from the phone call and had 2 parties that had already been waiting in front of us. I don't mind the wait just don't be dishonest when we ask. After 15-20 minutes we are finally seated. It's cozy and intimate location but enough space where you don't feel too close to anyone or can hear their conversations. We got the menus and noticed that there was a price increase of +$5 on EVERYTHING on the menu compared to their website menu. We chose this location with cost, reviews and distance in mind and if they had price increases they need to update their website. Either way we decided to order drinks and entrees at the same time in hopes to speed up the process. Sadly it didn't make a difference, we still waited over half an hour for our food to hit the table. I would've gave more of a pass on the wait time but half the restaurant was already eating and our food came out at the exact same time as 2 other tables. The workflow doesn't look to be efficient. The food was great, bold and packed with tons of flavor. The spice was about where you wanted for a medium level heat and I was very satisfied with it. My wife's dish on the other hand was very spicy for a mild. She's very sensitive to spice but after tasting it myself I believe they added more than what we ordered. The Naan was great, the butter and garlic was very balanced and was the highlight of the meal. The rice wasn't on par with the rest of the meal and wasn't worth the price (more on that later). After we finished we waited 10 or so minutes to get the tab and when we finally did we didn't get an itemized receipt on our meal. We thought it was strange considering that meal ended up being $54 and we knew there was no way it should've been for than $45 or so. They charged us a technology fee which we never had an option to pay cash? They just stuck the tap to pay in front of us.. but the worst part is that they charged $5.50 for medium rice. THERE IS NO LOCAL COMPETITION THAT CHARGES FOR RICE. I've been to other places and haven't had this issue, even in Aiken, SC. If you are going to charge for rice please say so. Transparency isn't their strong suit here and I can't imagine I can justify the cost of going again. To be clear, the staff is very nice and respectful when you talk to them and when they check on you BUT this is a real issue when it comes to customer service. Update your menu prices and be transparent on what you are charging people.
