Fortunately the staff was thorough in explaining everything we needed to know before ordering. I got the traditional "P2" which is the thin sliced steak with broth. For bodybuilding reasons, I had to eat least 6oz of steak, so the chef was helpful to weigh out 6oz for an extra charge to ensure I got the right amount of protein. The broth was very clean, not oily at all and the meat was tender. A little towards the pricier side, but for the overall experience, I loved it. To add to my high impression of their customer service, the staff saw I got a phone call mid meal and lowered the music playing. That is next level situational awareness and hospitality. Highly recommend trying this new location out. I certainly will be back.

Other local spots give you sad unseasoned and undercooked tofu and it's disgusting. Not the case here! I'm not a huge fan of tofu but Pho 81's tofu was fried and SEASONED, praise the Lord. They weren't stingy with the toppings, sauces, and seasonings. We got our food to go but the restaurant looked nice and they had lots of friendly staff. This is definitely our new favorite pho place in the CSRA!
