Excellent spot! The food was absolutely delicious--we had the spring rolls, dumplings, and bun thit nuong cha gio. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and felt healthy without sacrificing taste. The presentation was beautiful, and the space itself was cute and thoughtfully decorated. Service was just as impressive--friendly and attentive. Our server happily made substitutions to accommodate our no-pork diet, which we really appreciated. I'll definitely be back!

Vegan/Vegetarian Pho (Small) made with Veggie broth

Best Pho broth in town! I stopped at Vn-Pho for lunch with a friend. The interior of the restaurant is cute - warm and inviting. My friend has vegan dietary preferences and I have Keto dietary preferences so we usually need a little menu customization. The menu has all types of noodle and rice dishes, but we both were in the mood for Pho. The owner waited on our table and accommodate both of us - my friend's Pho was veggie broth based, and I got the Beef Pho (minus the noodles, extra veggies). This is the best Pho broth!!! Absolutely delicious. My friend's veggie broth was excellent, too! There's hoisin and Siracha on the tables, plus my favorite hot chili paste. The pho comes with the side plate of Culantro (big leaf), Thai Basil, sliced jalapeno, lime wedge and fresh bean sprouts. I ordered the Large size Pho and took half of it home, while my friend ordered the Small. I have pictures of both the small / large sizes, but you can't tell the size difference - the Large is REALLY large - a big tall bowl. The service was excellent - nice cool water refills. Everything was great start to finish and the owner is very proud of her restaurant and making sure that customers enjoy their dishes. HIGHLY recommended!

Brand new restaurant that opened in the Publix plaza. Immediately greeted and served. However, they still didn't have their beer or wine license which was fine.. we ordered a couple appetizers which came out quickly and each ordered some Pho. The broth was delicious and the service just stayed great the entire time. Would definitely go back.

Always so fresh and amazing, the owners are so so sweet and never fail to give a good experience.

Outstanding quality of food, awesome flavors, fast service, friendly staff, generous portions, definitely a great restaurant and we will come here again.

The food here was excellent! Van and Nina were also incredibly sweet and welcoming. I highly recommend giving Vn Pho a try.

They cut the chicken into bite sized pieces - so welcome. Delicious pho. Balanced flavor and good service. Lower price for smaller portions.

The takeout was neatly packaged and deconstructed (I just got the pho tai), and you put it together at home. It was quite good! Fast forward when pandemic started to let up and the tables were out and you could eat in. Wow, well the eat-in experience was just way more enjoyable. But I really just enjoyed ordering food at sitting for a change. The workers are super nice and accommodating. It gets busy here at times! And no surprise... as the only pho business in town! Now is it the best pho I've ever had? No, but it is quite good and I'm not going to be picky! They have the basics plus some. Wish they had the coconut juice and smoothies, but I rather have the good food. We come here almost weekly, if not more! Warning however, don't expect big city cheaper prices. This is the only pho in town and they charge in line with it. What we order for 2 adults and a kid is *almost* twice what we'd pay even in CT. But it's good enough to warrant it. If there's ever another decent pho place that comes to Bluffton however, it might be beneficial competition for diners. A big draw... their pork dumplings are AMAZING!! My daughter and husband loves them so much, they insist on their own appetizer each. They are so well crisped all around and just so tasty. Definitely recommend! Also, I always end get their regular beef pho (pho tai) and we get my daughter the chicken on broken rice. (Oddly it's not actually on the menu, but they have it). It's like sliced up thin chicken in a delicious seasoning that's sweet but also a tiny bit of a kick. My daughter hates spicy but still eats this! It comes with a sweet sauce (one similar to the kind that you pour on a bun (noodle) salad dish), and my daughter likes to dip the chicken slices in it. I keep thinking I'd branch out to try other dishes, so maybe I will eventually! If you are hungry for pho, or some other great dishes, definitely come here!

I always get the Spicy Lemongrass Noodles (baseline usually not very spicy- you can add table side spices to your liking). They vary a little year to year but I always enjoy them. Cold air inside, waters stayed full, but it can be fairly noisy depending who you're sat next to and how busy the place is. Tables can be a bit tight for a couple as you'll only get a 2 top (they get busy and need to save the larger tables for bigger parties). We were able to order before the 10 top next to us, so our food came out super fast! (Yay!!) Could use two bathrooms though, the one they have is large but when they are packed it can be quite a wait. Lots of metered street parking on Broughton and nearby streets. We'll be back again!

Makes it fun to try dishes from different locations, especially for those unfamiliar with Asian cuisine. Very pricey menu. Pad Thai 2.5/5 could have had way more flavor and had zero spice, and they didn't ask if we wanted a spice level at all. Flavor came out once chili sauce was added. Red spicy noodles were spicy and yummy! 5 spice BBQ pork plate was super flavorful, loved this dish! Lychee sake martini just tasted like lychee juice which was great. They also add in 2 lychees to eat/garnish! A good spot, nothing to write home about. Probably wouldn't come back, there was nothing wrong with the place, just nothing exceptional.

We tried their PHO and PAD THAI dishes --- both excellent --- as were the Shrimp Spring Rolls. The offerings via the menu present a more diverse and broader range of foods --- more South East Asian overall. What we find odd is the ratings attributed to the former Saigon Bistro are attributed to this new restaurant. This is confusing. The good news is we find the offerings here, in our limited experience, to be excellent. Highly recommended.

I find it nice and comforting when it is clear that many other patrons to a small restaurant are obviously regulars. There wouldn't be regulars if a place wasn't good! That said, my meal was mostly kind of meh. I got the Vietnamese crepe, which is more like an omelet, and I think I just ordered something that didn't hit my palate right. My guy was happy with his meal (pho), but I found mine a little bland and wanting. I am sure other things would have been better, I just chose the wrong thing to order. Service was pretty good and I can see this as being a solid, every day lunch spot for folks in the area.

The staff are friendly and the food is fast and excellent. The best I have had in Charleston and surrounding areas. When you see Asian families going to enjoy this place and they aren't related to the owners, you know the food is authentic. My mom lives in Goose Creek. There's a Vietnamese restaurant in her town but the food in my opinion isn't that good. So expanding our area we found pho 79 with a ton of good reviews. It's in Otranto shopping center which is rundown but the restaurant itself is clean and bright. For appetizers we got spring rolls/summer rolls one with shrimp only and one with shrimp and pork. I didn't love the pork but the spring rolls were good. They add herbs and had the right ratio of filling. We both got the grilled chicken vermicelli bowl. It was tasty but I'm not used to getting peppers and onions in my noodle bowls but I liked it. I got a little extra salad dressing and added some sriracha. I like sambal but they didn't have any. Sriracha is a solid backup. For our meal with tip it was $62 and some change. I'll go back next time I'm in town but I'd like to try their pho next time. Portion sizes are big and we brought leftovers home for later.
