    Shrimp salad.

I went last night for dinner. Food and service was OK. However, also order Shrimp Salad To Go for lunch today. So upset when I opened the to go box, just now to see the salad. It was a complete disappointment. There were hardly any shrimp and the shrimp there were sliced in half lengthwise to make it appear like a full shrimp. There was maybe two shrimp in the entire order. Complete rip off. They should call this a cabbage salad with a sad shrimp accent.

Personally loved this this experience . My pho was good and I enjoyed the fried calamari, I will say the egg noodle soup wasn't as great as the other dishes . The inside is more of a hole in the wall vibe & the star was my server Ethan who was attentive and very sweet .

So so good! I came here for lunch by myself while I was on the phone for work and everything was amazing. I was able to be seated right away and got to perusing the menu--I had a very hard time choosing. All the food tasted really fresh and the layers of flavor in all of them are so evident. The sauces for each of the dishes complimented them greatly. Any sort of ethnic food is a huge welcome to the Island and the area, especially when it's as great as Pho Saigon. Would highly recommend!

We were so glad to have found this restaurant. The weather called for soup and this restaurant has a ton of options. The hot and sour was pretty good but much sweeter than I am used to. It was still quite good. It comes with the lunch specials as well as a spring roll. The goi con here is pretty amazing. I ordered 3 on my second visit. It would be great to have just a few more greens and possibly a little less noodles. The sauce to dip them in was perfect! They also have an appetizer called Tiger Shrimp. Ohhhhhh my those things were so good. You could order 2 or 3 of those and call it a lunch. If you remotely like shrimp do yourself a favor and get these. There is a well seasoned onion that is cooked in with it. Crispy and delicious The other dishes we tried were all well seasoned. The portions were also nice sized for the price. I ordered my curry extra spicy and it had a decent kick. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Non-traditional, I would describe it as Vietnamese inspired with fusion that works and misses on certain dishes. The lunch menu is reasonably priced, with a spring or fresh roll and soup. I had the lemongrass chicken, which was tasty but spicier and saucier than the typical version. The chicken was sliced thin in odd rectangular pieces. It had the texture of chicken but not much flavor other than absorbing the sauce. I am guessing it is run through a meat slicer when frozen. This is the first time I wanted more rice from an Asian restaurant. It came with barely half a cup. The fresh roll lacked greens and herbs although the accompanying dipping sauce was fine albeit on the sweet side. The hot and sour soup was where fusion went wrong. It tasted more like sweet and sour egg drop soup. Not a version I would recommend. Located adjacent to the Verizon plaza. As with most businesses in the Hilton Head area, it is recessed from the main road so look out for the small signage. For take out, everything including the soup was well packaged to avoid spillage.

Update: We came back here and we had a same menu. This time my pho was good but my husband crispy chicken was not fresh some reason. Outside is too crunchy and that's taste like recooked fried chicken. Meat was very dry.

Great lunch options. Delicious and great service. Little gem in Bluffton. The wonton soup broth was perfectly balanced.

Looking for something different. Try Saigon Cafe. Vietnamese are more than pho. Not fancy mostly takeout but good food.

As a Jewish family looking for a traditional Christmas meal, we were warmly welcomed and treated like royalty. The ambiance was cozy and festive, making it feel like the perfect spot for a holiday dinner. The staff were attentive and friendly, and the food was absolutely outstanding. We ordered a variety of dishes--everything from boneless pork ribs and sweet and sour pork to egg rolls and wonton soup. Each dish was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The standout for us was the seseame chicken--it was the perfect balance of crispy and tender with just the right amount of sauce. The restaurant was bustling with fellow diners, many of whom we could tell were also enjoying their own holiday meals. It was such a heartwarming, community-driven atmosphere, and the food was the star of the show. If you're in the Bluffton area and looking for a festive, delicious, and comforting meal on Christmas Eve--or any day--Hong Kong Chinese Restaurant is the place to go. We'll definitely be back next year! Don't mind the old boomers complaining that this small town Chinese restaurant can't keep up with the demand of orders on their busiest day of the year. First impression as you enter; the place is dirty, surprisingly dirty. The door had cobwebs and mold growth on the door itself. How hard is it to wipe down a door? Zero customers anywhere. Bathroom was bad - yikes bad. Next, there were 2 young children literally laying about on the floor in a corner resting on a makeshift bed with pillows and blankets watching videos on a tablet at full volume while the adults are ignoring the kids and any basic cleaning efforts. My gut say leave. I'm here and hungry, I choose to ignore my instincts and order chicken fried rice. How do you screw up chicken fried rice? I walk next door to check into an adjacent hotel, come back 10 minutes later and the employee gives me a bag. I fail to inspect the bag and assume he gave me my order - wrong. I walk back from the hotel and he gives me a different bag. Ok, no problem - simple /honest mistake - I'm a reasonable guy and choose not to comment or complain. Back to the hotel, open the chicken fried rice order and settle in for a well deserved meal. After a couple bites, I don't see any chicken - at all. No eggs. Zero peas and carrots. No scallions. Couple more bites - no protein, only TINY minuscule slivers of a chicken-like substance. Not sure why, but I call the restaurant to inquire about the order and he says bring it back. So now I'm back in this dirty, poorly managed, code violation worthy restaurant to show them there is no meat or vegetables in the order he just prepared 15 minutes ago. He begins yelling at me, saying: "what do you expect " and; "do you want a whole chicken!" in broken English. I decide to make a joke to bring some levity to the conflict and say; "you need a microscope to see the chicken". I smile. He does not find the humor in my comment. His face is now red and he's surprisingly overly angry at me for complaining. I suddenly realize the real reason he's so upset is because he knows his food is low-grade, his family is miserable, he has no customers, and his restaurant is failing. He continues yelling at me so I accept my defeat and depart quietly taking care not to touch the mold growth on the door as I leave.
