Good service and dependable . I am very satisfied with the service that is offered. I highly recommend the service,!

This company is shady. Paid for a recommendation for an MMIC and they then made me pay additional money to "process paperwork." That's shady advertising. They also tried to gatekeep my medical providers contact information from me. I will NOT be going through Nugg for any support ever again. I can get a recommendation letter for FREE from any clinic in california. Customers, avoid! Unethical and swindly. read more

I highly recommend NuggMD for getting your medical marijuana card in Missouri. I looked up several online options and NuggMD was by far the fastest, easiest and the least expensive. For the same price as others I got the online medical review approval, my Missouri medical card and since NuggMD is only $99, I got my first 1/8 of an ounce of medical marijuana for the same price as other online options. It's fast, easy, least expensive and it's also high quality. You can't go wrong. read more

I'm writing this review for folks who have considered joining Nuggs ambassador program or are already involved in it. I feel it is my civic duty to warn you to steer clear of this business as they have absolutely THE WORST customer service I have ever encountered. Actually one could argue that it is virtually non-existent. I've been an ambassador for over a year now, as I am with many cannabis companies out here due to my work in the cannabis industry. I began to notice right away with Nugg something was up. I would get sign ups...but no orders placed. At first I thought it was the law of averages, but after about 50 redemption and NO purchases I knew something was up and contacted Nugg customer support. It took them about TWO WEEKS to respond and when they did they said they would "look into it". That was over 3 months ago and since then I have written their customer support FIVE MORE TIMES WITH NO RESPONSE! Here's the kicker. I now have close to 200 redemptions, and only 10 people who have actually made a purchase? Really? Not only that, according to Nugg you get paid by Paypal every week. Guess what? I have about $60 that had been just sitting there for over a month. I cannot stress this enough. Nugg sucks. They suck big time. They basically let their ambassadors make them money and then Nugg screws them over by not capturing their referrals adequately and never paying their ambassadors. My true opinion is that if they treat their ambassadors this bad then they obviously don't care too much about their customers either. If I could give this shitty excuse for a cannabis company zero stars I would and that is the truth. read more

Excellent service! I wish I could give them 10 stars. They were fast and professional. I even received some follow up calls to make sure I was happy with the service. On a different note; the other day I went to a cannabis store and I had a friend with me who does not have a medical card. He was not even allowed inside. I hope people realize that even though it is legal here in California it is still heavily restricted and also it is still a federal crime. It's definitely worth it to get a card. It's safer, the laws are more lenient, and you save money on taxes. read more

Very good service. I filled out the short form online. Paid for cheapest deal. Got a quick call from a doctor who was very friendly. Got my rec in a pdf in my email very quick. Ordered through the delivery service. I got product in less than 1.5 hours. Anxiety made me go this route. Tip: use promo code MARY for a free $20 from then. read more

This company has really gone downhill. At first I liked the idea of it. But there customer service is just unreal! Yesterday I tried to order from multiple places all of which cancelled the orders. One did not notify me for 45 minutes and their reason was that they do not deliver into SF but yet they come up on this site as one that will. I do not like that the dispensaries do not even contact you when something is out of stock to try and find something different for the client. Business must be really good. This is why I still have a dealers number and most of the time stay away from the clubs they are too pricey. Do not go to the clubs call your neighborhood bud man :) read more

Great website, cool features, great selection and excellent customer service. The website is easy to use simply just put your delivery address in and it sorts the available deliveries. When you select each one it shows their full menu and prices right away. Just be aware that it is charging you a bit more for the convenience ( found same product at a store front for $15 cheaper) had an issue with one of the deliveries I ordered and I get sent an email right away from one of the support members. The CEO also sends automated messages asking for feedback which I love to give. read more

Easy, fast and replies right away. All questions asked were answered clearly and in a professional manner.

WARNING AVOID DIABLO VALLEY COLLECTIVE! I love this service. One stop shop. I was referred To Nugg to get my medical recommendation renewed so I wouldn't have to pay the strap tax on recreational cannabis. The service is the most affordable and convenient way to get your medical recommendation and find dispensaries. However DIABLO VALLEY COLLECTIVE is a bait and switch company that claims to treat medical patients but has no knowledge of their products. They delivered me the wrong medications and when I brought it to their attention the acted like thugs with no business ethics. They lied, they stole, and they insulted me as their customer. If you need a reliable source. Don't go through Diablo Valley. When I brought it to their attention that they did not bring me the right medication to treat my serious health condition they said they were closed for the night at 10pm. The add on Nugg said they were open until 2am. They told me their owner would call me by 7pm the next day and when I didn't hear from him I decided to call after 10pm to see if they were open and they said they were open until 2 am. When I asked to speak with the owner the person claimed to be the owner. He went on to say I was lying and extorting them to get free meds. My sole Purpose for calling was to rectify the "misunderstanding" and express the importance of medical Patients getting the proper medication to treat their conditions in a timely manner. I was hoping they would take responsibility and explain why they would be closed to fix an order they "mixed up" but open to take new orders. I was hoping to get common decency and respect instead I got ego attitude deflection and disrespect. This company is unprofessional and is run like a stream gang not a medical provider. read more
