The day I said I'd had enough, his position was still that I could go to the DMV myself or wait another three weeks. Dismissive from start to finish. On 8/27 I showed up in person with the lender's paid-in-full letter. Only then did they hand over my check -- dated 7/27, two days after the sale. It existed nearly the whole time they were telling me they couldn't pay. The car had already been resold. (Keep-or-cut sentence:) Nothing in the bill of sale I signed conditions payment on the title. If you sell them your car, demand a payment date in writing. Every date above is documented.

I contact the dealership and let them know what happened and they tell me that they aren't willing to fix it! I ask why not and they said that because the car passed safety inspection that they sell the car as it comes. Or "as is". I contacted tinting company out where I live and let them know what happened and they tell me that it is actually illegal for a dealership to let a car leave the lot that doesn't have the legal tint on it!!! So now I have to pay $160 to fix the tints on my car. Aside from that while I was doing my paperwork (MAKE SURE YOU READ PAPERWORK AND GET ANYTHING THEY PROMISE YOU ON PAPER) a gentleman named Hayden told me I was going to have a one year warranty w/ 15,000 miles on the car. Well I'm going through my paperwork and can't seem to find anything about this warranty he spoke of and in fact on the paperwork on the page about warranty it says "as is- no dealer warranty, this dealer does not provide a warranty for any repair after sale". I wish I had been able to read through the paperwork while doing it with this gentleman but it was all on his computer and he was summarizing what I was signing to me. According to the sales manager who I spoke with on the phone about this since my car is over 80,000 miles I don't get the warranty that Hayden assured me I had while doing paperwork with him. I am VERY disappointed with how I was treated and how these matters were handled. They let me leave the car lot knowing I was going to get a ticket for having illegal tings on my car which I wouldn't have known because no one made me aware of this in the process of buying this vehicle. And then tell me it's my problem. It doesn't matter if this car passes inspection or not THERE ARE ILLEGAL TINTS ON THIS CAR AND NO ONE TOLD ME. I experienced fixed my accident (both of front and rear side) car one time and did car maintenance a few times. They contact my insurance company and did all process. I was very comfortable and trust them. The waiting room is very clean and cute design figures with coffee and tea. Especially, 2-3 iphone and android charger lines.
