Made a yelp account specifically to not recommend this store. I bought a car from here and immediately had problems (puncture in the tire, needed a new catalytic converter, replacement of different hoses). It was all covered under warranty, but no one has had ANY urgency to help you once they've sold the car. It has been a nightmare scheduling appointments and actually getting any work done. I've heard from four separate employees that "we'll give you a call back" and then never heard from any of them. This car was supposed to have been done yesterday but they had delays of course. I've currently been sitting in the store for 4 hours because an employee told me it would be done 4 hours ago (still not done, I guess the tech never picked up the needed part). The lack of communication between employees, techs, and managers is actually mind blowing. The only reason this is getting 2 stars is because the service manager has actually been trying to help us, but it has still been a painfully long process to repair the brand new car I bought. read more

BEWARE OF CARMAX... I am sharing my personal experience so others can be aware and take steps to protect themselves from SCAM companies like CarMax. I discovered that my personal information was used in connection with a vehicle purchase through CarMax without my knowledge or authorization. After learning of the issue, I attempted to contact CarMax and obtain information regarding the transaction. Despite multiple efforts, I was unable to reach individuals with the authority to address my concerns. The only contact available to me were people who barely could speak english, would not provide their names and would not connect me with anyone in authority. II talked to several of these people over several days. What was most frustrating was receiving conflicting information. At times I was told records of this transaction existed, while at other times I was told there was no record of the transaction. I even had one person say "oh this looks so strange" Another said, "oh I am sorry this must be another one of those inside jobs" but they never would provide to me anymore than that and no information about the actual purchase. I find myself wondering, Is this really the United States where SCAM company's like CarMax can keep doing business. Their corporate office was totally unresponsive. My only communication has been by emails. There is no way of accessing anyone in authority by phone.. I cannot believe this could happen in America.... BUT IN AMERICA IT CERTAINLY CAN HAPPEN WHEN YOU DO BUSINESS WITH CARMAX..KEEP ON MIND.... Not a customer but after my positive experience here, I might just become one one day! I experienced a tire blow out the other night & this was the only open & well lit place in the immediate area. The front desk team was so nice & even let me wait in their (very nice) waiting room while I waited on roadside assistance, which wasn't going well. Andrew, an employee actually ended up changing my tire for me ON HIS BREAK, which I thought was such an above & beyond action, so because of this whole inconvenient situation that turned out to be so lovely, I plan to revisit this Carmax for when I'm ready to become an actual customer. I want to share my experience so future buyers know what to expect. I test drove a 2022 Lexus ES 350 F Sport on October 21, 2025, and immediately noticed that both front USB ports were inoperative and the SOS button cover was broken. My sales associate confirmed the issues and assured me their shop would repair everything while I completed the financing steps and a trade-in pre-approval quote. The process quickly became a long, confusing ordeal. Parts were ordered, but the first shipment arrived defective. The second shipment also failed to fix the issue. No clear updates came from management, and the timelines kept shifting. I asked why the vehicle could not simply be taken to Lexus under its factory warranty, and no one could give me a clear answer. It was only after I reached out to CarMax corporate that the vehicle was finally sent to a Lexus dealership on November 4. According to my sales associate, the car has been sitting with Lexus ever since, with no solid updates and continued delays. Even today, December 2, I am still being told dates are pushed and that they are "waiting for more updates." Throughout all of this, I did everything required on my end. What I did not receive was consistent communication, accurate timelines, or involvement from management. My sales associate tried his best, but even he seemed to struggle to get information from their service department. What makes this more frustrating is that the entire situation could have been avoided. CarMax advertises a thorough inspection before a vehicle is listed for sale. If that inspection had truly been done, the dead USB ports and broken SOS cover would have been caught early, repaired, and the car would never have been presented as sale-ready. Instead, the problem was passed on to me. Had I actually traded in my current vehicle, I would have been without transportation for more than six weeks. I am disappointed by the delays and the lack of leadership response. BEWARE! They sold us a car that immediately had problems, day 1. Fine, it's under warranty. The sales employee Ryan told us he made us an appointment at the service center, however he didn't do a thing. Literally did not do ANYTHING except make himself look like an asshole. And it was the weekend, so we couldn't make the appointment ourselves or we would have. We are on our way back to our home state because we drove out of state to buy this car... so we ended up stuck here 3 extra days. The only reason I'm giving any stars at all is because of the Service manager Will has tried his best to help us get out of here in reasonable time with our car fixed. Thanks Will for trying. Again, the stars are purely for him... However, everyone that works under him, including the employees that retrieve the parts, are clearly incompetent. Dude took 3 hours just to go get a hose part from Subaru down the road. In 32 years I've never written a bad review for anywhere, but unfortunately this place deserves it. Beware if you buy a car here, they'll act like they'll help you afterward but they won't unless you get pushy with them and threaten to return the car. December 26th 2025 I bought a 2015 Smart Fortwo. They showed be several copies of the car showing that nothing was wrong with the car and it wasn't in any accidents. Also showing how many prior owners had the car before me (only two) so I made the decision to buy it. Throughout the first week of me having the car I noticed while driving it to work it jerked every time I turned or pressed my foot on the gas. Mind you when I bought the car the man helping me highly recommended me getting "Max Coverage" max coverage basically covers any repairs, roadside assistance, and any damage that may happen in the first 60 days from what I had gather. Max coverage also added an extra $200 on the car-note for the already $450 I was paying. Wanting to have extra peace of mind I ended up adding it to my car-note. Wednesday December 31st I went up to CarMax to schedule a service on the car regarding the jerking that was often enough to cause slight concern especially seeing as how I had JUST BOUGHT THE CAR not even 5 days prior. After scheduling the service leaving CarMax the check engine light came on confirming my suspicions that there was something wrong with the car. I didn't worry too much because my appointment to get the car inspected was the next day on Thursday. Thursday morning comes and the guy helping me confirmed that there was in deed an issue with the car and he wanted to send it off the get more detail about what exactly was wrong with it. In the meantime I was allowed a 2024 Toyota Corolla, free of charge because of the Max Coverage. Maybe 3-5 days later I get a call back from CarMax saying that there was an issue with the transmission and they advised me to not continuing leasing the car. Wanting me out of the car. This pissed me off. Why the hell would you sell a car that clearly had a major issue? You can't tell me that you didn't know because I didn't even have the car for a whole week and I noticed the issues with the jerking, then the check engine light coming on? So my question is if I didn't get the Max Coverage would I have had to get my own rental car while they "fixed" my car? Anyways I drove the rental car up until the 12th of January I knew they weren't gonna allow me to keep the rental and in their defense they did try to get me to look at other cars but why the hell would I want to buy another car from you guys? Keep in mind im 18 years old so I don't know if they took advantage of my youth or what. And I do what to mention the staff was incredibly, incredibly helpful and nice even up until me returning the rental car. Though they could've showed a little bit more empathy/compassion. Kimberly ( I think her name was) in-service was the only one who apologized for the inconvenience. I did end up getting my down payment of $700 back which will come through in the mail in 15 business days. And when I asked if this would affect my credit, another lady who was helping me said that she was unsure!? You mean to tell me YOU GUYS sold me a car with issues that I only had in my possession, in no less than five days might affect my credit score? as I said I'm 18 and I work with customers on a daily basis so I don't like to complain, and I make it a point to not be "that customer" iykyk. Anyways I literally drove the rental car more than the car I actually bought. Which is insane. In conclusion now, I have to go back to Ubering to work and just pray that this does not affect my credit score. Thanks CarMax! read more

4 stars for the selling experience 3 stars for the wait After getting several online offers to sell a car with very low mileage, Carmax gave me the best offer so I went with them. I originally went in before realizing I had an out of state title that was electronic... so I couldn't sell that day, but they printed the offer and said I had 7 days to come back for that offer. The staff was super nice and helpful as I was also acting as a power of attorney agent. They checked the car and also approved the POA. Within the 7 day period I managed to secure a paper title, so I went back to sell. They said I was third in line and it would be about a 45 minute wait. It was about two hours. People came and went while I waited. I finally left with a check that I've already deposited so I hope it goes through. I guess only taking two hours to sell a car isn't that bad. read more

We got an estimate on our 2014 Ford escape of $6000. Once we took it and they came back and said that it was worth $2000. They said that it had frame damage. Carfax said that it had two minor incidents. It was a low mileage very well maintained by one owner car. We then sold it to Westway Ford where it sold for for $4000. My car buying experience was fairly easy. People will literally say anything to sell you a car. If you want a lemon that you've poured thousands of dollars in--buy from Carmax. We bought our car in March 2023 and exactly one week later had a flat tire. That was just the beginning of our hell with this car. We've had to put our car in the shop every month for something big. We've JUST replaced the throttle body and then the transmission went out. The car now just flat out won't start. Bought a new battery and nothing. Thousands of dollars spent trying to drive the car. I am very frustrated and really fed up with constant problems with the vehicle I purchased from carmax 2022 Hyundai Kona limited When I took it to Hyundai for repeated issues that carmax service department said they fixed but same problems came back after 3 months ! Carmax recommended I take it to Hyundai for those repeated issues the vehicle is having epb light, pulling to the right , brake issues so I had Hyundai do a diagnostic for the ac system as well Results came back that there is nothing wrong with the ac system but on the other hand I have documented every time the vehicle acts up I have videos for proof that there is something wrong with this car! Another issue that HAS NOT been fixed and clearly is a major issue ! Is the suspension and steering system. Upon purchasing the car and I checked the vehicle report and history carmax said it had 4 new tires but somehow if it had 4 new tires they would be all the same brand but clearly that was a lie ! Recently had a vehicle shipped from the Carmax of El Paso to this location, which I paid for$$. I've never had any business with Carmax , so I can't fault the business itself. however my salesman seemed tired, unknowledgeable and well unprepared. I am a first time car buyer and every time I was unsure about something his best excuse was "Carmax is a billion dollar company and laughs". The vehicle arrived 2 days early, which was great. I test drove the vehicle the earliest time available. The establishment was empty and employees were everywhere. We sat and talked about payment, I mentioned I needed to give my bank the info on the vehicle so they could reach out and send remainder funds. I was handed another customers information with address , car info and more and emailed another customers information along with that. When reached out to Bob .Y (salesman) I was sent a phone number and was told sorry and to reach out to automated service line for assistance.This all occurred on Monday , I didn't get my paperwork for the vehicle I shipped until the EOD on Tuesday from another salesman who was capable of helping along with information from business office. Two days later I reached out salesman saying they should get funds soon, when he informed me that he was selling the vehicle and if the customers credit declined he would hold it for me. I personally would take business elsewhere, first impressions are big to me. if the salesman cant handle getting the correct paperwork to finalize an agreement. I went through CarMax to sell my Old Faithful, a Honda CRV I had hung on to for a very long time. CarMax gave me a great online offer for her, and we came here on 1/31/22 to seal the deal. From arrival to walkout was around two hours, which is longer than usual. In the past, I read, most deals took about an hour from start to finish. The first half of the transaction - the greeting and appraisal - took about 45 minutes. Once they presented me with an affirmation of their original online offer, I was sent to the Business Office section. There a disgruntled young lady told me my wait would be 20-30 minutes before the issuance of a check. The actual time we spent was just over an hour, but finally we were taken to a desk, given a check, and two pieces of paper to sign. Easy peasy. Since I got about $1500 more for my vehicle than expected, a two hour wait was doable. The offer was almost $600 more than Carvana offered, so I figured we made $300 an hour for avoiding the luxury of having the car bought and picked up at home. My only dings are for the extended wait time during the second half, and the customer service in the Business Office. Other than that, I highly recommend this option for anyone looking to sell their vehicle. read more

We purchased a 2019 Toyota Camry, with low milage on December 28th. I did research on this vehicle the week before, and we were actually going to have it delivered at a closer CarMax location, but the deliver date would have been January 3rd. We set an appointment, and Jermar assisted us with the complete process. We were at the dealership, for 3 hours, and completed to transaction. Their were a few issues with the car, and the paint and body shop took care if the issues, and we picked up the car on December 31st. I have a great auto mechanic (Cross) who owns Acme Garage in Arlington, and I called him ahead of time to get his feedback on Toyota Camry's, and he said Yes. After we purchased the car, I took it to Cross for him to check the vehicle from top to bottom, and he said the car was in great shape. After a horrendous experience with a local dealer on trying to buy a used car, my experience with CarMax was a breath of fresh air. I had the car shipped from Ft. Worth to Irving location. Before I went, I called CarMax and worked with a central representative to get my paperwork done ahead of time. This took about 30 min-1 h. Went to the Irving location. Waited about 15 min for the car. Took it for a test drive for about 10 min. I had owned a previous version of this car before so it didn't take me long to decide that this was a good car. Came back in and finished the paperwork. I was out the door with the car in an hour and 15 minutes from when I first stepped inside. Granted, having done a lot of the paperwork beforehand over the phone really helped. I was even able to return my rental car in time before it closed, saving me some extra money. The local representative was courteous and helpful. No games here. What you see is you get and as noted before, compared to my experience with another local dealer, this as a great experience. Will definitely be looking at CarMax again if I need another used car in the future. read more

My husband and I have purchased 4 cars from this location and always had great experiences. Well not this time. Stay away from Sarge, one of the salesmen... I understand firsthand how Covid has changed many industries and caused a lot of problems in processes. My issue, outlined in the timeline below, is the complete lack of follow through, absolutely minimal communication, lack of customer care, and then absolutely ignoring us! Fine, we'll go buy our new car elsewhere. April 24th (Saturday) we visited, test drove and selected the car that we wanted to purchase. But we were told that the title hadn't cleared and it would be Monday before we could purchase the car I asked him if we could start the preapproval process to just make sure financing was in order and speed the process along. He told me he couldn't do that until the car was ready...? Not a big deal, we could wait a couple of days. He told my husband to text him on Monday to check on the status. Not sure why we had to be the ones to follow up, but also not a big deal April 26th (Monday) we checked in on the vehicle and were told that "it was insane in the business office" and that it wouldn't be done that day but he would have it by the next morning (Tuesday). We get it... COVID... everything is a little off except he didn't call us on Tuesday April 30th (Friday) we checked in again because it had been days since we were told it would be complete. I took my son to purchase a vehicle on 11 Dec 2024 at the CarMax Irving location. I provided the $2300 down payment and he purchased the vehicle. TWO DAYS later he had to take the vehicle in for a " quick service" and has yet to receive the vehicle back since, and now has to Uber to and from work. If there were known issues with the vehicle purchased, he should have been provided a rental car- but was not. This is unacceptable for any dealership. If the vehicle is beyond repair, then there needs to be another vehicle presented for purchase to my son. But none of the leadership at this location has provided a viable solution to this problem. Edgar Chavez told me no review necessary, but I am in retail management 46 years and am awed when I receive excellent customer service. My husband and I have purchased many vehicles from CarMax over the years. Once we have driven the car the car about 18 months : through all the seasons, we often feel comfortable letting go of the CarMax Care Plan. (with all the cars we've bought, we have only had one major issue and CarMax care plan did the repairs minus the deductible). I called the 1st week of May and the girl told me the amount of refund I would receive by canceling Car Max Care Plan, but no further action. However, wehn I called on Monday June 10th, 2024 and spoke with Edgar Chavez, I gave him the information needed on both our cars - he emailed me a form to sign electronically - I emailed back my permission to cancel - and Edgar emailed me backthat it had been processed. When I checked my CarMax loans on June 11th, both cancellation refunds had been processed to the principal of each car. Now my per diem interest rate is even lower on my loans... In good faith, I bought a used Corolla. We told the salesman it needed a new battery when we test drove it, but that didn't happen. . The first week, the old, existing battery left me stranded at home. I'm still waiting reimbursement for my out of pocket expense. It's needed new wiper blades, brake light bulbs, the CD player will either be replaced or repaired, and it has a broken vent louver!!! Seriously, did anyone inspect this vehicle? This location is inconvenient for me, and this constant "schedule an appt," get a loaner etc, is frustrating and a royal pain. I'm very dissatisfied with the condition the car was in when I purchased it. Sales transaction was seamless, but the vehicle needed parts replaced before I drove it home. I'm very dissatisfied. I don't normally write reviews but this experience was so violating I feel like I have no choice but to warn other single women going into this store. I had originally went onto the CarMax website to get my car appraised because I was looking to sell. The website quoted me $4000. I was thrilled so I decided to go into this location to have it looked at in person. I turned over my keys to one of the associates and stayed inside as they checked on my car. When they came back inside they said my car wouldn't start and they had two different people jump it. Because of this they said they could only offer me $1500. I was confused because I had never had any issues starting my car before, but I had just been in a car accident so I trusted them that they were being honest! BIG MISTAKE! The only thing that saved me from getting ripped off is that their business office closed that night so I wasn't able to sell right then and there. I came back this morning and decided I should check my car one last time. I opened my hood and to my horror I saw that they had disconnected my battery which is why it wasn't starting. All I had to do was plug the positive battery cable back on and it started right up. I went in and confronted them. The man who checked my vehicle the day before gave me some bs excuse about "when we see a cable off the battery like that we assume it's in bad condition and we don't touch it." For me knowing nothing about cars and them having sent two people out to jump the battery I find all of this really hard to believe. To their credit they did end up giving me my full $4000 after all of this. But it doesn't change my experience and that I'm 99.9% sure they saw a single girl come in the store and decided to take advantage of her. read more

It pains me to leave a mostly negative review for a company/store that has largely given me great experiences. However, when I went recently I had an experience that I NEVER would've experience extend from Carmax. I had scheduled a test drive for a vehicle I'm interested in. It should be noted I've sold two cars to them before, but never bought a car from them. Needless to say, I'm a returning customer who's dealt with them and their practices before. I walked in with a couple of my friends and we went to look at the vehicles they had for sale. Wonderful selection, and service right at the door was phenomenal. However, when it was time to test drive my vehicle, it all went downhill fast... I was paired with a sales associate that goes by the name "Sly". (How funny) I've been to many dealerships and spoken with lots of car salespeople before, but never in my life have I been driven off so bad by the gentleman that assisted me. Just one of those people who you get that bad vibe from right from the get go, you know? So that's who I was paired with. I brushed it off at first since I was there for the test drive. I drove the car and it was very nice! (2018 Subaru BRZ Limited for context) Once I got back, Sly was guiding his fresh customers to his desk. I followed them to speak with him about the test drive. He began by asking me how the test drive was, and I exclaimed that the vehicle drove great. After that, he said, "so, you ready to buy it?" I said no, straight up. He then got angry (I guess he's not used to potential customers not going back and forth in front of him) and he asked me "why?". I told him that I never buy a car the same day and that I think on it. He asked again, more forcefully this time, "But why??". I began to walk away because I could tell this wasn't going anywhere. He FOLLOWED me and continued to ask me why. I just kept walking and eventually he left me be. As I was looking for my friends to leave, Sly's new customers looked my way, and I made a gesture that suggested they should be careful when dealing with that particular associate because of how forceful, rude, and untrustworthy sales practices. The sales manager, Cam, then went to my friend and told him that I need to resolve this issue or leave. Clearly, both the sales manager Cam as well as the sly "Sly" are more interested in a sale than properly assisting and caring for their customers. Carmax is a great company, and I think they're game-changers in the car industry. This place is a JOKE The shorter version: if you get a similar online appraisal, go with somewhere else.. The longer version: Called on Friday before I made my trip down there confirming that I was able to sell my car on the spot. Got there in 10 mins after they confirmed. Got my car appraised, went to business center, and they told me it was too late to finish the whole process. They said they had to verify with my bank (a process they've never brought up and mentioned in previous email confirmation).... Asked me to come back the day after. I asked if they were SURE that everything could be sorted out the next day. They told me to wait 10 minutes and found out that my bank is closed on Saturday. They then asked me to fill out a form, promised that they will confirm my info with the bank and call me back Monday morning. I've waited till 2 PM Monday morning. Nothing happened. Called the number of "Manager on Duty" they gave me, nobody picked up. Asked my bank to see if they've received any info from Carmax, NOTHING. I called them three times after that, and someone FINALLY picked up the phone. They told me that they lost the form I filled out, and ask me to resend the info via email. Hilarious!! Got a call back from them at 5:30 PM that day. Headed to their location at 6:30PM only to learn that it was another 90 minutes. read more

Bought my vehicle from here and the sales people are very nice. The employees in the service center are nice as well. However, I brought my truck in the day after I bought it for service. I was told the main issue was because the gas tank cover was loose. They fixed the gas tank cover and I still had the issue of it sounding like there was something rolling around in my bed. I told them they didn't fix that and was told I couldn't be helped for another week. This Irving location is much better than the Garland location, that's for sure. read more

The worst service ever!!!! They made an appt for me to service my car at 7:30 am. The doors opened right at 7:30!!! I stayed in the lobby for nearly 2 hrs!!! I don't understand why it took so long to service my car!!! And when it's finally done, no one bother to explain what was done to my car what services was done, nothing!!! They just took my money and sent me on my way. I see new faces at the back counter, maybe that's why the customer services has gone downhill. Next time I will take my car to the Fort Worth branch. Worked with Russell who appraised my car. Was going to email me the appraisal. Never came. Was told he would. All me back, never happened. Finally after getting ahold of him he claims it was accidentally canceled. He has NO regards for customers time. He is lazy and probably smoked the appraisal. On December 23, 2024 I took my son to Carmax-Irving to purchase a camaro 2SS. We put down $4,700. Drove the car off the lot. On December 27, 2024, at my son drove the car to Waco Texas which is 116 miles away from the Dallas area. Once he arrive to Waco the car stopped on the HWY. The dash light stated (low battery). Thank GOD he was 1.1 mile away from my sister house. He called CarMax (service department) to inform them on what had happened and was instructed to buy a battery, and CarMax will be reimbursed him for the battery. My son went and bought a battery for $268. My Brother-in-law put the new battery on, and the car still didn't crank, it's still stating low battery. My son called CarMax back to inform that that the car was not starting, and he was informed that he would have to wait until Monday and call back because the service department had closed. So, my husband and I drove to Waco and had the car towed to my sister's house. (Hewitt police helped my son and brother-in -law push the car off of the highway) towing 1.1miles way, costing me $140. So, Monday comes, and my son calls CarMax (service Department) to inform them that he bought the battery and had the battery put on the car and the car is not working and is still sating low battery. The service department informed my son that they were going to send a tow truck driver to come to get the car. At 12:56pm on Monday December 30, 2024, the tow truck arrives to my sister's house to pick up the car to take it back to Irving. On January 7th, 2025, my son spoke with the service department, and they informed him that it was the starter and that the new started would be in on the 9th and it takes about 6 hours to complete, and that I will be reimbursed for the battery that he purchased within 7-10 days. (here it is January 20th and he still hasn't been reimbursed for the battery). On January 15, 2025, my son calls me to inform me that his car is ready for pick up from CarMax, he's at work so I went to pick up the car. I arrived it at CarMax at 7:00pm to pick up the car. Drop the car off at home at 9pm. My son got off work and made it home at 12:22am on January 16,2025. He gets into his Camaro 2SS and drives the car because he only got to drive it for 4 days before it broke down. At 1:42am he calls me because the car has stopped again on HWY 30 in Rockwall. This time I tell my son to leave the car on the HWY and to get off the HWY before someone comes by and hit the car with him in it. My husband picks our son up and brings him home leaving the car in the median or the highway. When CarMax opens I called them to let them know that the car has stopped again, and they then give me the information to the tow company that they use so I can call and have them go get the car to have it towed to them. I informed Carmax that we no longer want the car because it only ran 4 days. I was told to call back to speak to the manager because he was at lunch at the time. When I called back no one answered my calls. So, I called back and pressed the prompt to speak to the finance department and they gave the number to the person that I needed to speak to, because they are not our finance company, and was also nice enough transferer me to that person. My son has been asking for his $4,700-down payment, $268-battery, and $140-tow back since January 16th and hasn't heard anything about his money yet. My son called today and spoke Jesus, and he was relaying what my son was saying to someone else, and he was informed to call back because there were busy. Yes, I have names and times because we now have an attorney. bad business and there is a such thing as a lemon law. I have had the worst experience with this location. Carmax has lost a customer for life. They didn't wash or clean the vehicle, they sent over the wrong information to the finance company which took 3 months to correct and now I'm being told that they have yet to request license plates!! Oh I purchased this vehicle in June!!! I am not the irrational customer and have been patient but enough is enough. I called the business office and was on hold for literally an hour before speaking to someone in sales that told me they could have someone call me tomorrow. Terrible. Stay away. Awful service. Extremely long wait. Rude stuff. And completely careless. I scheduled a test drive for 24 hours a day prior. CarMax knew I would need a fully charged vehicle. First time buying from CarMax and it was completely satisfactory. I went there on a Thursday originally just to test drive a 2022 Kia Telluride to see what all the fuss was about. I liked it so much, I decided to but the car. Ahmed was my salesperson and he held the car for me for 24 hours so I could get everything together. On Friday, I went back and the whole purchase process took about an hour and I was driving the car back to my home in North Dallas. I see other reviews are a mixed bag... My experience was outstanding and FAR better than what I've experienced at typical dealerships. read more
