Big liars. They never mentioned the paint defects on the car, and when I was in a hardship situation, neither Angel nor Eddie wanted to work with me. Very scummy people. They also lied to me multiple times about the car shipment. First I was told the car would arrive Wednesday, then Friday, and suddenly it became next Wednesday. They kept giving me excuses that didn't add up. I was specifically told the car would be shipped enclosed, and to my surprise, it wasn't. Taking my money was easy for them, but once they had it, they became extremely difficult to work with. I called them from Michigan, asked them questions about the car, they answered them all with no problem. I placed the deposit down and held on the car for a week. When I got there they greeted me with respect, I felt welcomed. Gave me a tour of the car let me drive it for a hour. After I singed the paperwork they gave me the keys, and one of the machines (Max) super friendly gave me his number and told me if I have questions about oil or anything else to call him. Drove the car for 17hours 1200 miles none stop no problem, drove like it's brand new, had it for almost a month and no problems. Wish to buy another car from you guys. read more

I can only write about my experience. I have now purchased two Mercedes Benz from Top Line Auto (2005 E500 bought in 2016 for me & 2011 ML350 bought in 2022 for my wife), and both times I have nothing to complain about. Both I took to my mechanic (see my review on European Service Center) and both cars just needed regular maintenance work. Both were 11 years old when I bought them, so yeah, it was bit more than just fluids and filters, and yes, they are MERCEDES so the cost will be higher than a Toyota. Everyone in Top Line was attentive and patiently answered all mine and my wife's questions. There were a couple of things on the ML350 that I pointed out and they could care of. There was one item that they stated they could not fix easily (steering column would not go up or down, but does retract and extend) and therefore they would not do it. Since this is more a comfort item than anything else, we had no problem with that. If any my friends were to look for used luxury vehicles, I would send them to Top Line, and when I am looking for my next car, I will be returning. read more

My wife and I just recently purchased a Mercedes from this company/dealer, but before doing so and making the commitment to purchase, we had it fully inspected by an import inspection company that specializes in imports. Some of the things were already disclosed to us before we went to have the inspection and was already about to be replaced. We took the list back to Arman and Gerald and everything was replaced, no questions asked. We even took it back to the inspectors and they confirmed that all was done. We didn't experience any of the negative issues listed in some of the reviews. From day one they were very professional from the start with the salesman Gerald, all the way up to the owner Arman, who personally test drove the car to see if he could hear what we were hearing. We even met the mechanic and spoke with him as well. It's an investment, but with any large purchase, you should do your research and homework beforehand. Wanted to give 5 stars, but wanted to wait a bit until we have the car at least a month or so, but besides that that, GREAT EXPERIENCE and will be back if and when we need another vehicle!!! read more

This flaw in the vehicle should have been seen & taken care of before delivery. I've reached out to Gerald the sales person but only received crickets. I've reached out to the dealership but of course they asked me to reach out to the same individual that's not returning my call. I just reached out to Neighborhood financing, my Dallas business constituents &Tx DMV to give them the info on the dealership. My issue is a pretty easy fix, I've read some of the other stories. Pretty poor service. Purchased a GX 460 for over $23,000 Salesperson, Gerald, cares about nothing more than the sale itself. Flaws of cars are intentionally hidden. Once brought to the attention they're dismissed. I noticed that one of my interior panels was GLUED down, so now if I ever wanted or needed to replace the entertainment system it would literally tear the panel. Additionally, before purchase, Top Line Auto agreed in WRITING to fix the front bumper that was sticking out/misaligned. When it was time to bring it in, I questioned Gerald how they would be fixing it because I didn't want a bullshit fix like how they glued the panels. Gerald's response: "Sir, there's nothing to find out. You can either bring it by to be corrected, as it's really not that big of a deal, as you're making it out to be." BUYER BEWARE! I purchased a vehicle recently and needed to have it shipped. I paid Top Line Auto dealership $1,200 for shipping and they chose the shipping company. The shipping company they chose damaged the car severely on the roof of the vehicle. They lied about the reasons why they could not deliver the car on time, and instead took my car to a chop shop to try and fix it themselves without my authorization or knowledge. Eventually it took me threatening to call the police and file a stolen car for them to deliver it one week past the due date and with a severely damaged roof with spray paint on it and over $15,000 of repairs needed. I spent countless hours working with the insurance company to have the car repaired, but was left with a $2500 deductible that I had to cover out of my own pocket because the shipping company would not return calls and pay the amount due. The car was shipped to me in mid July and I finally got it from the body shop at the beginning of October. At this point the trade-in value of my car had decreased by $3000. I asked the owner of the dealership if he would at least refund me the $1200 in shipping that I paid them and help pay some of the $2500 deductible to help me offset a small portion of my costs. Armen responded by telling me he would would not refund the shipping or help offset the deductible but would "help me out" by sending me $500. The dealership took no accountability and they did not assist me in recovering anywhere near the cost I had to pay out of my pocket for the decision they made with choosing the shipper of the car. The pictures posted is the condition that my car was delivered to me. Completely filthy inside and out and severely damaged. Unbelievably, I ended up having to pay costs of over $5,000 out of my own pocket and I received a car from the dealership that looked like this when it was shipped to my door. Do not have this dealership ship a vehicle to you unless you want the vehicle shipped to you in this type of condition. If there are any issues, they will absolve themselves from any responsibility, and you will be stuck with all of the costs aside from $500 for "helping you out". This is my second bad review for Top line Auto. I purchased a 2010 Volvo XC60 from Top Line Auto on 05-19-2018 The car had 150k miles and I paid $7,791 and then was sold a $1,400 dollar extended warranty which I chose do to the high mileage. In two years I have paid $7,297.58 in repairs that the scam of an extended warranty would not cover. I have been completely ripped off purchasing this vehicle. Multiple mechanics have told me TOP LINE Auto resets and erases check engine codes which sure enough this Volvo has all kind of problems. Feel free to ask me any question before you even think about buying from Top Line Auto Buyers beware DO NOT BUY a vehicle from these guys. Unethical and the vehicle they sell are doctored up to look good and clean but TRUST and mechanically they are pieces of crap. The warranty company they push WILL NOT COVER any repairs and are very arrogant about it. Top line auto should be ashamed to have sold me this Volvo they new it was a Lemmon and sold it anyway. They should buy this car back or at least take it back in trade for something else. I have spent more in repairs than what I spent on the car. Don't buy a vehicle from these guys. Every negative review is warranted and unfortunately I did not do my research prior to visiting them to shop a car for my daughter. My daughter found the car online. I called them over the phone and specifically asked about the condition and any known issues. To which I was told other than a few scratches everything works. When I arrived the car had to be jumped to which they said it's been sitting a while but was fine. Then the ac was not blowing cold. Their answer was Volkswagen AC cools up when driving. The car rattled down the highway, which I had the local mechanic inspect to which he said there were codes that had been reset but the problem was still present and it was the engine that was making the car rattle. Oh and rack and pinion was needed but back to the dealership this one will go. read more

DO NOT RISK BUYING A CAR FROM THIS PLACE, BUYER BEWARE!!! This place is completely a scam used car sales racket and should be put out of business due to their practices. They sold me a 2007 SL 550 in Dec 2020 and after driving home the next day had a catastrophic brake failure that almost killed me, they took it back for a month to fix, nothing was done other than all my rims were swapped out and changed with curb rash garbage and one had a bubble in the sidewall that needed to be replaced. Not the tires or rims that were on the car!! The transmission went out under their $3600 "warranty" that covers NOTHING. Then a $5000 suspension pump went out. They emptied my gas tank driving on toll and express roads for almost 1,000 miles in the month they had it to repair the brakes and I just got a bill for $75 from Dec when I didn't have possession of the car for the tolls. read more

I bought a BMW X5 from this "dealer" back in August with promises to bring it back if I had any issues. 7days later, the car wouldn't crank. I again, was told that I would be "taken care of" by Vladimir. I even had the car TOWED to their recommended mechanic who told me that the car shouldn't have been sold in the condition that it was. I was advised to get rid of the car IMMEDIATELY, since I had 2 small kids that I was transporting around in this vehicle. At this point, I'd owned the car 10days and was out of $1000 plus a $200 tow bill. The estimate for additional work was running close to $2500-3000!!!!!!!! And this was AFTER their mechanic had the car for 2-3days. I asked them to rescind the deal and they refused. I asked them to trade it on another vehicle that they had and they wouldn't take it back(wonder why??) I contacted them no less than 5 times and here I am 5 months later, looking at my phone, waiting on a return phone call. I had no choice and traded the vehicle in to another Dealer at a $5000 loss. Words cannot express how much I wish I was delighted with my purchase of a 2011 Mercedes ML350. It sounded so good, and the pictures "looked" great, too. Once again, when it sounds too good to be true, it is. I will have to remove the front bumper to repair it, and the entire body will have to be touched up. The rear cargo cover is broken, and the matts that were shipped and described as belonging to this car, don't fit. Most ominous, though, is that there is something off with the way it drives, which I hope to G-d isn't the transmission. The car shudders as if the wheels are not turning in sync every time I accelerate. By the time I had driven a mile and parked in my driveway, smoke that smelled like burning rubber was coming out from under the hood. I am so angry and disappointed. I went there to buy an older Cadillac Escalade, I end up buying a newer Maserati, I received my license plate and registration within 5 days after I left the dealership. They were so patient and understanding, I had my own Bank for the finance. The general manager was so attentive, he sent everything they requested so quickly, I was able to walk away and approved 100% with my Maserati within 4 hours. The owner was there also , he is so down to earth and courteous, they have the best Deal in town in my opinion, they will sell you cars under market value, they just want to satisfy their customers. They treated me 100% like family , they kept their promise. The mechanic they have on staff is so passionate in caring , he goes the extra mile to ensure every car is safe and clean. He has a positive attitude with a can do approach. I researched online and went in person to look at a car I wanted to buy. I talked to the salesman that day and he knew I was coming in. I wanted a Volvo and the one I looked at said it was in great mechanical shape on their website. This car made an odd ticking noise and the ac wasn't working. PASS on that! I looked at 2 or 3 more cars which weren't that great either, they seemed to have minor issues up front, so PASS on those. I ended up buying a 2011 Volvo XC60 from TopLine that day. It seemed perfect, nothing noticeable and my dad was with me who looked everything over. Two days after buying the vehicle the AC went out, and the tire pressure monitor still wouldn't turn off after numerous checks. I took it to a Volvo dealer who had to replace the AC compressor, one tire had a hole which was unrepairable, and the brake system was leaking oil/fluid and needed to be replaced. I spent $3,100 extra. Buyers beware! Take a good mechanic with you to look at these "great mechanical shape" vehicles. read more

They say that they will work with ALL credit, but it's with a catch. My 595 score means that if I need to finance, they charge a different price for the vehicle (regardless of my $5k downpayment) PLUS $500-$1000 for financing fees. I tried to say no thank you and walk away and the owner kept speaking over me, wouldn't let me get a word out, and then insisted it would be the same everywhere I go. I just bought a car a couple of weeks ago that was a lemon, but what we agreed to in price is what I paid, period. So, efforts to pressure me into a sale with lies is definitely unethical. That's this dealership for you. I had been there multiple times looking at their nice cars. Check engine light came on while test driving for more than one of them.
