There was some minor issues but the most glaring was the check engine light. David said the issues would be taken care of, go to lunch and come back in a couple of hours. When driving from where I received the truck, the check engine light came on. I notified him of this issue and he said to have it fixed locally and he would reimburse me. It has been several months and many texts and calls and still no reimbursement. Up until this point, David lived up to his word but I am extremely disappointed to have to write a partial negative review due to not receiving this promised reimbursement. In addition, the check engine issue took two times to resolve, the second requiring an additional cost which I decided to absorb thinking I would get the promised reimbursement. I don't deserve what I'm going through with my perfect credit score being over 740. This vehicle has a recall since 2019, but the dealership doesn't touch anything aftermarket, it has to be stock. When I first saw the vehicle, I checked the engine light since it was deleted. I barely saw enough since I didn't want to be caught. Now that I have the vehicle, there's more than what I expected. Again, bring an engine code reader, don't go by what they say. I'm spending over $1,200, and there's a lot more I'm having to pay to get my valve springs repaired which is around $800-$1,600 to fix. So yeah, I'm one "happy" customer alright. I already replaced the fuel filler neck and charcoal canister that was causing the fueling up the gas tank problem, and now the most expensive one yet is my valve springs that's causing a lot of things to go wrong with my ride. I got crapped on, big time time. I surely hope everyone double and triple CHECKS ANY vehicle before buying. Don't just go by what anyone says at all. That is all. Thank you.

I felt good about it, so my daughter and I made the trip from AR to TX to purchase her first car. The staff was extremely friendly. We test drove the car, seemed fine. We drove the car home and it seemed fine other than the headlights not working properly. Small things, and we brushed it off. We purchased this car on a Saturday and the following Monday, the entire engine blew in it. I haven't even made one payment on the car yet. So now I'm out the purchase price as well as the almost $10,000 it has cost me to have a new engine put in it, putting me in extreme financial debt. I could have purchased a newer car for that price. The dealership offered to rebuild it at their cost IF I would ship it back to them and then back to me. I guess I'm here to say, have someone go with you who works on cars and have them pull the oil pan and do a compression check (not hard tasks) to see if the engine is bad before you purchase the vehicle. For $26,000, I definitely did not get my monies worth. I also asked for them to come down on their asking price b/c the car blue booked for almost $2,000 less than their asking price. They said the car was at fair value and wouldn't budge over a couple of hundred dollars. Then added a "misc" fee in there to make up the difference they thought they lost. Bummer of a deal. You can save you money if you go to Seeon Auto. Seeon Auto is very "honest" to their customer. If a customer does not need any service (fixing any part you wonder), they check up and say honestly that you can fix next time, not immediately. I experienced fixed my accident (both of front and rear side) car one time and did car maintenance a few times. They contact my insurance company and did all process. I was very comfortable and trust them. The waiting room is very clean and cute design figures with coffee and tea. Especially, 2-3 iphone and android charger lines. If you don't bring your cell phone charger, don't worry. You can use it free with coffee. Would you like to compare to Korean coffee and Americano coffee? Try it there :) They have both.

The Benz paint was all covered in some sort of orange sticky oil or transmission fluid as the truck above it the last week has been dripping and leaking. Mondays are busy, so I called Ivan back mid-day, and he said it's better to come by Tuesday. Monday night we ended up buying G63 at Sewell - incredible experience. Tuesday morning at around 8am I ask for a buyer's order for the Macan, so I can get a cashier's check. Ivan texts me an hour later, "the finance manager is sick but we can still make the deal today". Of course he asked for a deposit over the phone, before I could test drive - odd. I agree to head over for a test drive within the hour. As I'm walking out, he texts me to say there's an oil leak, so I can't test drive until Thursday. On Thursday I see online the car was sold. He didn't even call to say, we have other cars if you're interested. Thursday night we bought a new Macan Plano, another great experience. I collect cars and this was by far the strangest experience I've ever had.
