There was some minor issues but the most glaring was the check engine light. David said the issues would be taken care of, go to lunch and come back in a couple of hours. He called me and said they needed a part that would not be there until Monday. David paid for my flight home and said the truck would be shipped to me. I received the truck late the next week. When driving from where I received the truck, the check engine light came on. I notified him of this issue and he said to have it fixed locally and he would reimburse me. It has been several months and many texts and calls and still no reimbursement. Up until this point, David lived up to his word but I am extremely disappointed to have to write a partial negative review due to not receiving this promised reimbursement. In addition, the check engine issue took two times to resolve, the second requiring an additional cost which I decided to absorb thinking I would get the promised reimbursement. In closing, David did live up to his word on everything until this reimbursement issue so I can't give a 5 star review due to this

Bob booked me an appointment to come by and drop my car off so he and his team could do the repairs. I dropped car off the night before and it was ready by next day as promised. What I liked about Bob was that he is very transparent with his pricing and even showed me the old water pump that he pulled out of my car! It was neat to see the proof of the work (not that I doubted him for a moment) but the transparency is very much appreciated. The cost was more than fair for my water pump and actually ended up only being 500 more than a girlfriend of mines Camry. Thank you Bob for taking care of me and getting me back on the road!
