    My New Used 2012 Toyota Prius. 10 years old but she looks almost brand new and drives like a dream

    I was in the market to buy a Toyota Prius right after 4th of July they were all selling right away. I am in Corpus Christi. It expanded my search throughout the whole state and that is when I found Addison Autoplex. The had a Prius which looked great at a good price the only problem was they are 6 hours plus from my house. So I called them as soon as the opened and asked if the car was still available, they said yes it was and that they would hold it for me. I told them it was going to be over 6 hours until I got there and were they sure they would hold it. I was speaking to the owner and he said if I was going to make that drive then he would certainly hold it for me. As I was driving up with my wife we got a call from Enrique who worked there and was being assigned by the owner to assist us. He was just confirming we were in route and asked about our ETA but was very nice and said don't rush see you when you get here. When we arrived we were greeted by Enrique and the owners who gave us some cold waters and then brought us to the the car that looked just like the pictures. We took her for a test drive and she drove great so we said yes let's sign papers and pay. They put on paper plate and even stayed late to make sure we were able to finish the paper work. The only hitch (a minor one) was when the paper plates were expiring the new permanent plates hadn't come in yet but when I called them they apologized and said they would get us another set of temp plates to print which they emailed immediately and make sure that the permanent plates came soon. The permanent plates arrived shortly after with a hand written note from the owner saying sorry for the inconvenience and they even through in some money for me and my wife to grab lunch on them. I was super happy with the gesture. Overall the car runs great. I have been driving it a lot as me and my wife love to travel. I even completed a 6 week Roadtrip from Texas to Connecticut to see family and friends all along the way. I couldn't be happier with the purchase and experience at Addison AutoPlex and I recommend them to the highest degree. Thanks guys and have a beautiful holiday season.

    Applied for a Mercedes Benz on their lot because of all of the reviews I've seen people leaving and unfortunately I got the opposite treatment then the raving customers. They did not reach out to me after I showed so much effort in coming to get this car and I had to make all the calls to get in touch. Told me they'd let me know what my options were yesterday and it's been over 24 hours no response. Save yourself some time and go to the big name dealer for your vehicle. Nothing after replying to their email, texting and calling.

    Avoid this place if possible. Inconsiderate, unreliable and unprofessional. My husband had been texting back and forth with a salesperson, he let them know when he was on the way and once he arrived (cashiers check in hand) she replies saying it just sold. Over an hour drive to have someone waste our time and be completely inconsiderate.

    PLEASE SAFE YOURSELF FROM THE MISERY AND SAVE YOURSELF THE MONEY!!! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!! THEY ARE TERRIBLE!! This is the worst car dealership I've ever been to, my fiancé bought me a car in April not even a month of us having the car, the car had issues. We had to keep taking the car back-and-forth to the point where they kept the car for a full month and Mercedes had given me rentals. Eventually, the transmission blew completely out in the cost of it was $14,000, when the car itself was already $19,000. So now we are out of a car after we just bought it and didn't even have it for six months. Thank God he had gap insurance on it but he was still out of $6000 he put towards that car. We are just now getting the gap insurance check TODAY!!! (September 20th) that was supposed to be $3000 but instead, we're getting $2300. Not only did they sell us a LEMON, but we were short on the refund check and received it after 90+ days. This dealership does not care about you. They are just trying to sell you a car, after they sell you a car trust me they will not give a fuck about you. They won't answer your calls and if they do, they will lie and say that they'll calling you back and you won't hear from them until you reach back out and harass them. This dealership is by far the worst Dealership they have the worst customer service the people in the office answer the phones are extremely rude and extremely short with you and aren't empathetic about anyone. I don't know how they have a four star rating on Google, but it's a damn lie and I'm telling you please BEWARE!!! After my fiancé had already bought a car from them, he was in their office one day and seen a woman crying telling him not to buy cars from them (after he didn't already bought it) because she was so in distressed because her car kept having issues and she kept having to get her car serviced but NEVER FULLY FIXED. These people are making lives worse than what it already is in this terrible economy. Please again save yourself the misery. After these people show you a car they do not care about you and if you read this review and still proceeded to buy from them, you will see what I mean afterwards!!! I hope whoever is reading has a blessed day!

    We could not be happier with the service we received from Nasouh at Addison Autoplex. Buying a car can be extremely stressful; You want quality and safety without a huge price tag. Nasouh helped us make a great informed decision, was patient with our many questions, and made the paperwork super easy to understand. He even helped us ship it where we needed it to go. Thank you! I will definitely be buying from them again!

    The bed is rusted not attached to the frame of the truck it's a BIG HAZARD!!

There was some minor issues but the most glaring was the check engine light. David said the issues would be taken care of, go to lunch and come back in a couple of hours. He called me and said they needed a part that would not be there until Monday. David paid for my flight home and said the truck would be shipped to me. I received the truck late the next week. When driving from where I received the truck, the check engine light came on. I notified him of this issue and he said to have it fixed locally and he would reimburse me. It has been several months and many texts and calls and still no reimbursement. Up until this point, David lived up to his word but I am extremely disappointed to have to write a partial negative review due to not receiving this promised reimbursement. In addition, the check engine issue took two times to resolve, the second requiring an additional cost which I decided to absorb thinking I would get the promised reimbursement. In closing, David did live up to his word on everything until this reimbursement issue so I can't give a 5 star review due to this

Initially, I asked for documentation showing repairs that were supposedly completed on a vehicle. When I requested an invoice, I was told the vehicle had already been sold, so I dropped the issue and moved on. Later, my wife ended up pursuing the same vehicle through a different salesperson. For reasons I still don't understand, Brandon DeSantos was involved in the transaction again. My wife was told that the vehicle would be delivered and relied on those representations when purchasing the car from out of state. After the deal was completed, the story changed, and now they do not want to deliver the vehicle as promised. Throughout this process, there has been a constant pattern of conflicting information, broken promises, and poor communication. We have text messages documenting many of these conversations, which makes the situation even more frustrating. Buying a vehicle should be based on trust and honesty. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. If you are considering purchasing from Dallas Lease Returns, I recommend getting every promise in writing and verifying that all terms are fulfilled before completing the transaction. Based on my experience, I would not do business with Brandon DeSantos again.

I called and spoke with Bob who happens to be the owner, he had me run the car by and looked at it and saw immediately what my issue was. Bob booked me an appointment to come by and drop my car off so he and his team could do the repairs. I dropped car off the night before and it was ready by next day as promised. What I liked about Bob was that he is very transparent with his pricing and even showed me the old water pump that he pulled out of my car! It was neat to see the proof of the work (not that I doubted him for a moment) but the transparency is very much appreciated. The cost was more than fair for my water pump and actually ended up only being 500 more than a girlfriend of mines Camry. Thank you Bob for taking care of me and getting me back on the road! I definitely would recommend LOTR for any Audi and VW repair! I will definitely return in the future if something else goes wrong. My car is driving like it's brand new again! Brad

I dropped the car off with a request to let me know what all it needed. I braced for new brakes, fluids, and some additional work. I would not have been surprised to have that. I expected brakes at the minimum. Instead I got we topped off fluids and changed the oil. So, why would I say he is a national treasure? Because he went out to car with my daughter and me and spent a lot of time with a thorough walk through about the reason not to let gas get low in car, how to check oil, check tire pressure, and change the windshield wipers. I had shown all of this in the past but this time she said to me, I shouldn't let my gas get low, should I? And that saves us over $2,000. So, Bob, thank you so much for being so kind.
