I got my nails done here 3 weeks ago and I have already had 8 of them lift. I've been getting my nails done for 20 years and never once has this ever happened. It was overpriced for the quality that I got. Will not come back again and I don't recommend this place. read more

I took my mother here for her birthday based on the reviews I seen , first impression the salon was very clean ,but unfortunately the floors were wet from just being mopped and a wet sign was never posted and me being 9 months pregnant almost slipped twice . that was upsetting . our pedicures were done by 2 young men who were did a good job , we were happy ! My mother decided to get a fill ,no big deal but its a fill and thought $35 was expensive considering . Now on to customer service ,there was a lady working at the station by the register who was just absolutely rude , no facial expressions ,no greeting , and when I would try to talk to her it was like me speaking to her bothered her . I probably won't be returning since customer service is the most important factor in my book ,I don't like feeling like my presence is a bother when I'm a paying customer . I have gone here three times already and as much as they do a really good job on my nails they are too rushed. Today, I went in with my sister and my cousin and the person who did my pedicure literally took 15 minutes. The most disappointing part that right after he finishes painting my toes he forced my sandals on my feet with WET TOE NAILS. I have never had such a fast pedicure and have felt so rushed out. Honestly, the experience could've been better if the guy took a longer time massaging. Their biggest problem is how rushed they are. Definitely, my last time going in. read more

I've had my nail done by 4 different nail techs now and all of them seem very professional, my nails are alway come out looking good and it last a long time. Worst nail place I've ever been to. Perhaps I keep getting the ones who don't do nails often until they're busy? I had the gel manicure and the colors I picked, they were out of that day and didn't want to open the new one yet. The older guy told me it was a bad shade of pink I chose as he tapped his fingers waiting for me to decide the new color. "You should pick color quicker!" Uh.... excuse me? Don't be rude! The last two times I was there, my gel nails chipped within days and I had to come home and file them down to be even and clean the edges. I told the guy and the girl and proceeded to grab my hand and be rough, cutting my cuticle. I also found it incredibly rude how some talked poorly about their customers, who were sitting right in front of them! Word of warning: Your customers can speak/understand more than one language. Be careful how you talk because you never know who understands what you're saying. You may be a regular and have great service every time, but not my luck here at all. They're rude, treat you like a number, and could care less what you think of the job they did because there's a new customer ready to take your seat. Find a place who cares about what they do, because this place, does not...and the quality of their work shows. read more

ok, so I'm going to REreview...After my post gor the Floyd shop, the owner graciously messaged me and offered to fix the issues I had. Needless to say I didn't see the message for 5 days. I responded back and was still told I could come in. 7 days later I had some time so I booked another appt at the newer shop on Coffee Rd. When I got there the owner greeted me and offered his apologies. He had a young guy, I want to say his name was Kenny....I am HORRIBLE with remembering names, sorry. Anyway, the guy was GREAT!!! He took his time, evened out my nails and refilled them. He even got the not so straight ones pretty much perfectly straight. He cleaned under my nails which wasn't done the first time. The owner told him to take care of me and he did! I'm happy with EVERYTHING...shape... perfect, thickness...perfect, filled in...perfect, polish...perfect. I was never made to feel like it was my fault which is also a bonus. I tipped the guy about half of the basic set price which he more than deserved. He fixed the problem and didn't treat me like I was an inconvenience. I will go back to the one on Coffee Rd again. Perhaps Tina at the other shop was just having an off day, it happens to all of us. Pedicure or manicure, my nails come out perfect every time I come to NT Nail Salon. It's clean, the staff is friendly, and there are tv's on for entertainment. Only downside is that you must bring cash...they only accept cash for tips. read more

I've been here a few times and the service has declined every time. The first time, I got the best shellac manicure ever! But, the next three times got progressively worse. My most recent manicurist left seven of my fingers bleeding, filed my nails totally unevenly, and left my cuticles destroyed. I miss the way I was pampered the first time! Unfortunately, I can't recommend this salon and will not be coming back. There's no consistency in quality between manicurists, and I won't risk leaving in pain again. I was a walk in on a Saturday around 1:30pm. I was greeted at the door and immediately seated in a comfy pedi chair. They present you with a laminated card listing all of the pedi services. The service was thorough and pain free. The mimosas were great! It's close to home and reasonably priced. This is my new place to go! read more

I've been here twice and I loved it both times. My nails came out exactly like I wanted them and they were done very well. It did take a little longer than expected, however, my manicurist took his time and made sure to get all the acrylic out from under and from the side of the nails. Each set I had for about 3 weeks and they never lifted! I will definitely be back here. The reason it is getting 4/5 stars is because one manicurist was sitting with her feet up and shoes off while video chatting. This was done on the benches with the nail drying station. Best place to relax after a long day. These folks will take care of you. They have years of experience and do their job well. Their prices are fair. It is best if you make an appointment. That way you aren't sitting there waiting in line. Ask for Leann or Khay - they'll do you good! read more

I had a full set of acrylics done yesterday afternoon. When I chose my color(just one color), my nail tech guy asked if it was okay because it was 30 dollars and I said sure that's fine. When he was done with my set, he ended up charging $60.50 after saying it was going to be 30 dollars. I questioned him because he said 30 dollars initially. if I would have known it would have been so much I would have not went with what I chose. It is upsetting that he still charged me so much and could not even explain to me why it was so much. and the color is already chipping (not even 24 hours later). If I could I would give this place a negative star review. read more

Kevin helped me decided what I wanted to do for my nails. When I thought I should remove my acrylics and just get gel polish he advised that it wouldn't last very long because my naturally thin nails would get even thinner and bend and break ultimately making the gel polish not worth my money. he did an amazing job! so very happy and will definitely go back to him. read more
