A basic is $20 plus $20 for the Shellac. So a total of $40. But I think if you check in using Yelp, they give you a free drink. It's a really clean salon. I enjoy going there.

Then I got builder gel with very short tips for the first time, with Terry. They couldn't be any more perfect than they came out! Exactly what I wanted. I was going to say no polish on the top but he showed me a clear tiny bit tinted top and I agreed. I want to go out my real nails, and this will get me on my way. I like that I could relax and let them do what they do so well, without having to make small talk.. outside of checking in to make sure I'm okay and that what they were doing was good. As you can see in my before, I needed help! I had never tweezed or waxed my brows, they just began falling out and wouldn't grow back. I tried growth serums and although new hair would start coming in, they still would never fill in and give me that natural soft "full" brow look I wanted so bad!!! So, after around 3 years of looking through portfolios, going to a few different consults, and talking to many others who had already had their brows done, I made my decision on Precision Brows with Jessica. During my initial consult, we discussed my skin type (I have rosacea and dermatitis, very sensitive skin) and right then I KNEW she knew her $h!t!!! LOL She explained my skin type and how it would react, how it would retain, and gave me thorough transparency on expectations. We made the decision to move forward on the initial appointment with some microblading but due to her explaining that my skin type would likely not hold microblading as well, we completed my look with combo brows. Jessica was upfront that fading and spotting might happen...it's skin and pigment absorbs different in some areas. Due to this, we completed my look at my initial touch-up visit (which you can see in my second photo). My hair is light and very ashy...Jessica got the color match spot on!!! I have now just booked my 2nd touch-up appointment later this year to refresh my brows and couldn't be happier to revisit Precision Brows!! If you follow the before care and after care instructions EXACTLY as provided, you'll be pleased with your results. I was almost in tears for the whole thing. she was not cooperative at all. I wasted my 600 dollars with her and now got my eyebrows done from someone else and paid 600 again. I swear I would not recommend her to anyone.

Went in like owner told me to so they could fix my nails. They guy who "fixed" them was SO SWEET, and super glued my cut the other guy gave me so it wouldn't stay open. He fixed the nails to the best of his ability without having to take the acrylics off. I give him huge credit for trying to fix the original guys complete mess up. My thumb nail is still EXTREMELY crooked, but way better, and they are still no where near the shape I asked for originally. But, the guys who fixed them re-shaped them to at least be straight and rounded. Thank you to whoever was in chair 9 for trying his best to fix them. You rock I am wanting to get them removed now, so I can get a new set in the shape I want, or even just a shellac manicure on my regular nails, but the owner isn't replying about how much it will cost for me to have them removed. I will continue going here, only because I trust whoever is in chair 10. I really don't want to have to pay to have these nails taken off. But oh well. I got my nails done about a week ago here. A full set of glitter acrylics. I am a very picky person when it comes to getting my nails done as I have had some really bad full sets in the past. I decided to try this location for the first time because of all the great reviews I read online about it. Kevin did a wonderful job on my nails and I am extremely satisfied. One week later and they still look fantastic. Kevin is very detailed and careful and goes the extra mile to make sure every part of your nail is perfect. He's also a very nice person and really cares about his job. I drove all the way from Hughson to come here and I will gladly make the drive again the next time I need my nails done. I will continue to go to Kevin. No need for me to try out any other tech here. I am satisfied with my hands and am willing to try a pedicure next time. read more

I'm usually pretty skeptical on nail salons. Believe me when I say that I've been to several. With this being said I can not say enough about NT Nail Spa and it has all to do with the nail tech I was lucky enough to get. Mary was the most accommodating nail tech I have ever had. Not only was she pleasant to talk to throughout my whole visit, but made me feel so comfortable that I was able to easily communicate with her and got just what I asked for. She took her time and made sure I was happy every step of the way. I will definitely be back for my fill and pedi. I had an appointment this morning with Lee to get my nails done and she did a beautiful job! I always ask for an almond shape and I usually end up with nails that are too pointy or round, but Lee really did a perfect job. She also does a great job at making them thin and natural looking. She spent so much time shaping them and making sure they were even, I've never had such an attentive nail tech before. The color I picked was a little bit light so she even offered to do a third coat with the gel (I've never had a nail tech offer to do this for me before!). As far as Modesto nail techs go she's the best! I won't go anywhere else. I'm so excited to have found her!! read more

I don't care for the people who work here, for one you need to speak English to do this type of business and please make sure you get someone experienced. I was here once and they really messed up this ladies nails and then on another time I went they did my friends pedicure an it was horrible someone else had to do it over. Take your chance when you go here. This place is a new building so of course everything looks nice and new, but that doesn't really matter, what matters is what they know how to do and how good of a job they do. I wasn't happy at all. I spent over an hour looking on yelp & found this place to be number one, rather than driving to my old hometown 30mins away I decided to try this place out. Walked in at about 10:30am on a Sunday and was seated immediately. The woman who did my nails was nice and gentle! I showed her a picture of what I wanted and my nails came out a bit differently colored than what I had showed her ( I asked for more of a medium pink, and got very hot pink) But i'm not too picky, they are perfectly coffin shaped, not too thick and overall I think they are really nice! Everyone else there has a bad attitude and I just didn't like being sent to someone else I didn't want just for not making an appointment. Used to be professionails, This place is great. We, my daughter and I, always ask for lee or Lynn. They are the best and so gentle. They tell her no, it's fine and sit her immediately at a chair. The staff tells me, "just 10 more minutes." Again this is at least the 3rd time they've done this to me. I'm a regular and I tip. So I decided to just leave and take my business elsewhere. Vincent is the best manicurist there btw. He was out today but he normally treats me well, so if I do go back I'll only make an appt with him.

So, they took me and my grandma instantly, so I will admit that their service with customers was good. However, as soon as I asked for these nails (picture 1), they said it was very hard to do, so it was going to be 55 dollars. I thought that was reasonable. When she got started, she did a pretty good job applying the acrylics. My issue was with the paint job. She applied the purple coats unevenly and left some parts unpainted (picture 2). When working on the nail design's for my ring fingers, she totally butchered them!!! The stars didn't look sharp at all. I had to ASK her if I could do it because I didn't want them to end up bad. I painted both pink stars on both of my hands (picture 3)-and mind you, I'm right handed and still managed to do a better job on both sides. Plus, I'm a 15 year old girl who has never done nails professionally; I've never had any training. The nail tech lady has had training and can't even do this design. She handed me her miniature brush and everything. She continued with the white parts, which were incredibly uneven and blobby (just like how the pink stars looked before I fixed them). I tried to be nice, but it was obvious that she was having a hard time doing them. Everything else was okay. When it was time to pay, I thought they might reduce the cost because I did some of the work (around 45-50 bucks) but they didn't. If I didn't get the design, it was going to be around 40-45 bucks. I would understand if the salon couldn't do a good job on the design bc my nails were small and it was just too hard for them, but my issue is that they said they could do exactly what was in picture 1. I've been going to get my nails done at their salon on and off for years, and they've always had an issue with evenly applying the base coats. This was the first time I asked them for a simple design +acrylics, and they could barely even provide that. I am incredibly unhappy with the paint job. I feel like the pink stars kind of saved the look, but I will NOT be coming back here ever again.

Today, I found Donnie at KLC Nail & SPA all the way in Ceres. It's 20 min drive for me but it worth my time. I came into the salon the establishment looks clean. Walls and lights are bright! There are so many variety of colors to choose for your nails! Their music played on the TV screen was a good choice. I came into spa to get pampered and enjoyed. With the type music is playing on the TV beach ocean made my mind felt even more relaxed for my upcoming vacation!! All Nail technicians staff are friendly! Thank you Donnie for your service on my new simple natural full set! Thank you Kaly for your service on my pedicure treatment I felt very relaxing! This client came into the salon with wheelchair her drop off person left her there. Donnie greeted her ask her "how may I help you?" She replied, "filling!" Immediately two staff came to greeted her and push her wheelchair to the station for her service! To my understanding this was a Good Excellent Customer Service practice! A little girl came into salon for manicure and pedicure service! Her mother sat next to her while KLC nail technician lady was very friendly with the little girl. Asking her about her day going and so on! Good customer service! Because the establishment is Under New Management! I recommend you give them a chance to try their talent skills for your service. I can see they're trying their best to maintain good customer services in this community bare in with them communicating! I wish best to KLC Nail & Spa staff team!!! My tech did a great job on my pedicure. For my nails, I showed him an inspo. picture to which he said that look couldn't be achieved without acrylic tips; which I didn't want. That was understandable. I asked if he could at least try to match the color of the nail polish of the picture and he simply said "just get the same as your toes, it will look fine." I left with matching toe and fingernail polish. I felt he didn't want to put any effort into trying to achieve customer satisfaction. Needless to say, I left there feeling like I didn't want to come back.

The woman who did my fill took her time, cut away my cuticles (which most salons don't do for a fill), and gave me a great shape to my nail. What made this place stand out was it was CLEAN, the staff was kind and not grumpy, and they took their time to make sure my nails looked good. They also play very relaxing music- it was pleasant. Long time customer of basic gel services and have been overall satisfied because I requested the…read moresame nail tech. However, I starting asking for designs and nail shaping recently, which had to be done by other techs and have since had so many issues. Rude service, they do what they want not what you ask (you're considered picky if you point things out like sides of your nails not painted or ask for color swatches), surprise charges at the end, bad technique that disrupts the nail bed or cause weak nails, uses old gel polish so the manicures don't last as long. I've had gel peel off and natural nails break shortiy after leaving the salon. The owner makes it seem like it's the customer's fault and charges to fix. That's not ok. I have gone somewhere else now, but sharing here to warn others to be aware. There are many other better salons to give your business to.
