I could also pay and tip online. Their contact consulted with me throughout the service to ensure the tv would be where I wanted it, and he was careful to put down protective cloth so that they wouldn't leave a mess. He worked pretty quickly, neatly, and ensured I was good with the service before he left. They also provided a cord cover for the tv cable without an extra charge. Overall, it took about 30 mins. It was a little pricey, but I knew that beforehand and chose them because they had good reviews! Would definitely recommend.

And then BestBuy had the audacity to try and sell me a new laptop. I then brought it into a generic computer repair shop. It took only one day to diagnose the problem, (They then gave my laptop back because it was still usable), And then after they got the part delivered took one day to repair it. It cost me a lot less than what geek squad was gonna charge to. I'm NEVER using Geek Squad again. They were a complete and utter waste of time, and gave me no results. Worst customer service I ever had.

I cant review their service because I can't seem to ever get an appointment…read more I scheduled an appointment online for an iPhone screen repair (should be straight forward). The appointment was for 2:30 and at 2:40, when I was already waiting in line, I get an email saying the appointment was canceled. One guy said they were super busy that day (there was only one other person waiting, but whatever) and to try again. I booked appointments two more times, and both times they get canceled at the last minute with no explanation. Screw that. Save your time and just go directly to the Apple store.

The TV and soundbar installation was done with great care and attention to detail. Everything looks and sounds amazing. What really stood out was the integrity of the owner, Kirk. He guarantees his work for a year and, more impressively, followed up after the job--something you rarely see these days. It's clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority for this team. I watched three sporting events the night after the install, and the setup performed flawlessly. I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend SSAVI for anyone looking for quality AV work and exceptional service.

Top of the line Samsung. After ONLY 3 years my tv died. I complained to Huntington only to receive a deaf ear to my problem. Their only solution was to replace " the junk" they sold me at My own expense. A friend of mine highly recommended Best Buy Geek Squad. Two competent friendly techs quickly diagnosed the problem. When Huntington installed my tv they did not install a surge protector leading to a power surge frying the tv's power cord killing the tv. What a sloppy careless way to install a $5k tv. Lesson to be learned here, NEVER do business with Huntington home systems ever again!!!

After spending almost 3 hours unsuccessfully trying to connect various components and speakers and screwing up the soundbar connected to my smart TV, Mohammed left with a promise to return the next day to fix the problems he had caused and complete the job. That was more than a week ago. Since then he has completely failed to respond to any of my emails, text messages or voicemails. Fortunately, I was able to hire another company, Aura Smart Spaces, to fix the mess that Mr. Khan had created and left me with. They were able to straighten out all of the problems he caused and properly connect all of my components in about 2 hours and for a much more reasonable price. Because of his incompetence and his complete ghosting of me when I tried to get him to complete the job as promised, I would never hire or recommend Khan Design to anyone.
