I got a vent cleaning brush stuck in my dryer vent. Ivan offered to come over and remove it, but also advised me on how to remove it myself. After a half hour I got it out. I really appreciate Ivan's good deed and highly recommend him for handyman services. -Peter read more

I hired him to repair the back door on my porch, which he did not do a good job. I also needed to have my front porch replaced and he demanded a deposit of $9000. He returned $3000 of it but he still owes me $6000. I am currently trying to sue him in Brighton District Court. Any help from anyone about this would be appreciate read more

I did not use company as I ultimately needed a licensed electrician. Mr. Medina was honest from the beginning of our conversation, and referred me to an electrician, who failed to keep appointment. I would recommend Mr. Medina based on our phone interaction. read more

Communication was lousy, he scheduled appointment and never showed up. Didn't respond to text messages. Find someone else. read more

Everything went well. Mr Medina, as well as his father, are true professionals. He spent a great deal of time with me to size up the work involved to remodel my shower.,The goal is to make more handicapped accessible by removing the threshold at the entrance of the stall shower. This requires replacing the tile, adding a shelf, and a shower extension, and installing grab bars. read more

These guys did work for us 2 years ago and it was fine. They recently came to look at a job and never got back to us. Don't want the job? Just say so. Leaving us hanging is rude. read more

Ivan is such a GReAT guy, so very helpful and went out of his way to help me. I'm out of State and had hired a plumber ( paid him $480) to fix a toilet that was running. That plumber did NOT fix the problem and wanted more money to go out. So I called Ivan at Medina's handyman. Ivan was so helpful! He said it sounded like just the chain length wasn't set right and said he'd send someone out at NO COST just to help me out. He felt bad that I had paid so much money to the plumber who would not stand behind his work. Ivan turned out to be right, his worker adjusted the toilet chain length and fixed the problem. I appreciate Ivan and Medina's SO much , especially from being out of the area and can't be there to check the work. Use this business! Just great and honest and helpful! read more

Ivan did an amazing job reinstalling a shower-door which was improperly installed and had water coming out from the edges. This was properly fixed, and he did his work in a very timely and responsible manner. I'd definitely hire him for future jobs. read more

Got to meet both the father and son of this business! They are both great men & did an amazing job installing my double doors. 1000% recommend!!! read more

Ivan and his father did a wonderful job in a quick fashion and were very accommodating under our circumstances. We needed a section of wall and a door frame taken down in order to install a washer/dryer and then reconstructed. My only concern was the jump in price from the message estimate to the in-person estimate, even though I had sent several pictures and the job was not more difficult than described. None-the-less we are very satisfied with the workmanship and the prompt service. read more

Small family owned business capable of handling whatever you throw their way. They were quick to respond and it took them little to no time to finish multiple projects. They did such a good job that I called them back the next day to do some other small projects that I originally budgeted to do on my own. They were honest, listened to what I was asking for, and provided me with multiple options to achieve my ask. I have officially retired my hammer and look forward to working with these guys in the future read more
