Ivan is such a GReAT guy, so very helpful and went out of his way to help me. I'm out of State and had hired a plumber ( paid him $480) to fix a toilet that was running. That plumber did NOT fix the problem and wanted more money to go out. So I called Ivan at Medina's handyman. Ivan was so helpful! He said it sounded like just the chain length wasn't set right and said he'd send someone out at NO COST just to help me out. He felt bad that I had paid so much money to the plumber who would not stand behind his work. Ivan turned out to be right, his worker adjusted the toilet chain length and fixed the problem.
