We have called Mario and team out a few times since the last time they were here, less than a year…read moreago, for different projects. Both times they have been simply amazing (again). The first time, a ceiling panel randomly fell down. (Not one they had worked on - we moved into a new house and a panel fell one night). They came out promptly and repaired. Then, another one fell down a couple weeks later, and again, Mario came right out, gave us a quote, and repaired! One of the pics is of the panel. Doesn't look like much because it's a white ceiling, but it's perfect! Then, we have this doorway/frame separating our living room and family room. We tore off the trim, my partner made an arch shape (to match the other doorways), and we asked Mario and his team to come drywall, plaster, and paint the whole entry way/sides/etc. They made it absolutely spectacular. It's just gorgeous and the rooms flow so beautifully now!!!!

He…read morewas extremely responsive to additional requests and able to accommodate expansion of work and the team was diligent and thorough in execution of the work. Further the quote and price of the work was extremely reasonable and quality was still superb! In the front, they scraped and prepped the entryway, front door, and 2nd floor bay window as well as removing and patching the transom frame to open the space up--they then painted everything including the window trim across all three floors. In the rear of the home they scraped our wood siding and replaced any rotted wood with PVC, then repainted in a color drench. The team also removed a wood basement entry structure that was rotting in the back and replaced with a newly framed door. Lastly the team also removed old and installed new custom basement windows in the front granite of our home including new trim and waterproofing, as well as painting. The team also did small finishing touches at no extra charge including installing a new entry light and hanging window boxes. We are already planning future projects with Mario and his team!

Frank was a no show to give me an estimate, no communication that he was running late or unable to make it. He accommodated coming early one morning to give an estimate that seemed fair. Fast forward to when they were scheduled to do the work, 30 minutes past start time no sign of Frank's team and no communication. Contact the office find out that they won't make it today. My experience has been poor communication and unreliableness. Won't be giving them a chance to reschedule and waste anymore of my time. It was a small job so maybe not worth the effort to provide good customer service. Seeing the business's response adding this - I understand things happen and I am not expecting perfection by any means but a little bit of respect for my time and communication would have been nice.

Finally we were at the point where I could cover the studs and insulation and I am glad I didn't leave that in scope for my GC. I looked around a bit and found these guys. I don't have much to add that the other reviews haven't. Frank was communicative throughout the process from quote through execution and final invoicing. His crew got started right after we approved the work and they were onsite every day working to get the work done. He brought over a crew of like 4 or 5 guys who hung the drywall, mudded, sanded, primed and painted the ceiling of the 2 garage bays, enclosed stairwell and 500sqft bonus room with high ceiling, in like 5 days! If my GC would have been scoped to do this it would have been a 2 month process. Frank personally did a walk through with me after. Highly recommend.

What a disappointment. I worked with this company in July when my neighbor's rats chewed through…read morethe hose of his dishwasher and flooded me. They were responsive and did beautiful work sso where did I turn when my neighbor flooded me again? This time they were not responsive and provided a bloated quotation that did not provide the quantity and size/amt information needed by my insurance. They drug their heels for two weeks and then simply stopped responding. I appreciate Yelp because I was able to find three companies able to work with my insurer's offer. I withdraw my earlier review and support for this company. Edit: I learned a few things the second time around: drywall should not have gone down to the ground, edging/trim is inexpensive readily available and costs $20/box, and the cable connector was sealed inside the wall -not cool

I hired them for drywall repairs in my condo after ice dam leaks caused damage in multiple ceiling…read moreareas. The job involved cutting out and replacing sections of the ceiling, patching, and handling loose insulation above, plus some added stress crack repairs. They did a thorough walkthrough upfront and clearly explained everything, which I appreciated. The finished work looks clean and ties in well with the existing ceiling. I had a bunch of minor stress cracks, and they patched and painted everything very well. They even fixed some nicks and dents from old paint jobs, which was a nice extra. The two-person crew was skilled, friendly, and very respectful of the space. There were a couple minor hiccups at the start (a payment system glitch and a delayed arrival on day one), but everything was resolved quickly. They use an online system that sets you up with an account, keeping your quote, invoice, and scheduled appointments all in one place, with simple online payment. I got multiple bids, and their pricing was very reasonable. The owner came out at the end to personally check the work and make sure I was happy. Honestly, it was a pleasure to deal with folk who take pride in their work and their reputation. Overall, a positive and painless experience. Would definitely hire again.
