One of the coolest cookie shops in the bay! Very kind staff and service was quick! Excited to see their team grow!

Gluten free cookies. Deliciousness in everything else, Too, from Marianne's ice cream to regular cookies, large or small, warmed or room temperature, cookie sandwiches. It's pumpkin season and the fluffy pumpkin spice cookie is ahhmazing. Service is helpful, efficient, and good humored. We all like the minimalist modern decor with bright color dabs and accents. I am someone who ordered the box of special cookies and an ice cream sandwich. It was tasty and I enjoy the wide variety of flavors offered here. Ordering smaller cookies is preferably better since just one is enough to deliver the desired flavor of the item. read more

If you love sweets like me, come here. I highly recommended coming to Nox Cookie Bar. And I am not just saying that. I bought some cookies, peanut butter, and chocolate chip chunk with sea salt, and it was delicious. When I got my cookies, it was warm. It was perfect. Also, bought some mini cheesecakes. Omg!!! It is super cute that you do not want to eat. But trust me it is so amazing and very flavorful. You can taste each flavor in the bite. It is not overpowering. Another good one is their lemon bar. The lemon bar was perfect!!!!! Not too strong of a lemon taste which I like since in some places the lemon bars you can taste the lemon and it is very overpowering and strong. So come here to satisfy your sweet tooth!!! read more

5 stars the best cookies I have ever had! Please please come back ton San Jose! We need you! Crumble does not compare nor does insomniac this place just hits different. I always get a mix of everything I call it the Micheal scoot on pretzel day and they never disappoint. I even like oatmeal raisin and most would not even consider that species to be worthy of the title cookie. Just go don't think about it and give yourself a lame excuse or oh I could bake some or get them at the store for less because they won't taste like this. read more

Nox Cookie Bar - What was left from walking in the the door to setting the box on the table, if you have family vultures watch out. - Desserts Near Me - Campbell, California

Love Downtown Campbell! Parking depends on the time and day but they do have parking right across the street from this place. The worker was extremely kind and helpful! I feel like the cookies are so-so. They did warm them up which was nice but I didn't get that just made feeling from them, if you know what I mean! I would go back if it's convenient for the kiddos but it's no mrs. Fields or nestle tollhouse hahaha read more

Basic cookies. Nothing special and in my opinion. I have been to the store and have ordered via DoorDash. I've tried to like these cookies but unfortunately they are not that great. read more

I had their s'mores cookie (available only in the summer) at a catered event recently, and it was extremely delicious! The cookie was just the right mix of crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. Great presentation too, with small pieces of graham cracker tucked into mini marshmallows. Unfortunately, everything else I've tried of theirs is only so-so. Their small cookies seem a little stale -- would probably be improved if heated up a little or if purchased in their signature 4" size. The peanut butter one seems to have a good flavor, despite the staleness, but the other ones don't really stand out. I also tried the green tea ice cream, provided by Treat Ice Cream (now part of Marianne's Ice Cream). Not sure if I got an old batch, but it was weirdly stiff and not creamy at all. The flavor was also just so-so, but I am a big fan of green tea flavor, so when I order it, I really want it to stand out. Their cheesecake poppers are pretty good, but they are provided by Charlie's Cheesecake Works, a local San Jose bakery. read more

Food is terrific especially the peanut butter cookies - service is great, clean wonderful atmosphere - highly recommend!

We took a chance and ordered these instead of Crumbl on DD. To be honest, they were pretty dry. Even my husband who has the biggest sweet tooth complained, particularly the PB ones. But I do love that they have small cookie sizes for my toddlers. read more

Cookies leave something to be desired. Nice ambience and great staff just not very tasty.

Great little cookie/dessert spot that is affordable and delicious. The people working are always nice and friendly, and they have nice hours. read more

First of all, the person helping us was great. He was alone and moving super fast! I didn't catch his name but it was Tuesday evening! You're awesome! I tried this place in the evening so I'm wondering if the quality was based on the time? Maybe it was close to closing? But it wasn't... I expected fresh baked warm cookies and unfortunately I had some hard cold cookies... I also tried the nox'which so I imagine the cookie is going to be cold obviously but it was so hard all the ice cream fell out... i got the chocolate chunk cookie and warmed it up in my microwave at home and it was okay... I had their green tea ice cream and vanilla ice cream. It was alright. Nothing special but it was good. The s'more cookie was the spotlight that saved my visit. It was good, a little cakey. read more

I am so happy to see Nox thrive! I met Nathan the owner I think 5 years ago, when he first started his business off Commercial street out of a community kitchen. My bf saw him on the news and told me, put your shoes on, we're getting some cookies. I remember it so well. It was a Friday night and we drove to an industrial looking place. We were confused but called the number to make sure we were at the right spot. Nathan worked for a big corporate but had dreams to make cookies. Look at him now! 2 stores later. BTW Grand opening is 5/12/22 at 5pm. I was reading an article two weeks ago about trending new spots in the Bay and was stoked to see Nox coming down the street from my work. This new place is clean and spacious. Lots of seating. They serve ice cream, cookies, charlies cheesecakes (awesomeness), and other desserts. Parking is limited, but there are a lot of lots in the back and front of the location. I love that the cookies are the same price and they are huge. New cookie companies are not this cheap for freshly baked cookies. $2.20 a cookie, that's a steal compared to crumbl cookie. They do catering too! I think if you order large quantities, you get a discount. I can't say enough about NOX. I love supporting small business's and eating delicious foods. read more

I ordered some cookies for delivery. Worked with Anna, who was fantastic! Nox's oatmeal raisin cookie is the best I've ever tasted, it's SO delicious. I also ordered the chocolate chip w/sea salt, again very delicious! Highly recommend Nox Cookies read more

Had the Nox'wich for $3.60. Two small chocolate chip cookies + a generous amount of vanilla ice cream. Is it odd to say the ice cream was the best part? The cookie was just all right. A little crunchier than I would prefer. Still, decent spot for a quick snack, and since I live so close, will drop by from time to time. I hope they spruce up the interior some. It otherwise feels like a temporary pop up shop. read more

This shop is very good! reminds you of the old school cookie shops from back in the day....mom and pop! they are friendly, helpful and the cookies and treats are tasty and the ice cream is great also! I go there for the peanut butter cookies and of course the lemon bars! Only ONE complaint I had when using paper containers that are not transparent you can't see you've got a lemon bar without an inch of crust on all sides... love a bar with lemon regardless on any side you'd bite into... they made it right and made me happy thouth...LOL! But please try them they are super! and every other variety of confection there is great as well! read more

A great place to come after you've had a few drinks in downtown Campbell! I'm not the biggest cookie person, but the group I was with made a stop so I gave it a try. I was pleased with the cookie itself and got a scoop of ice cream to go along with it. Both were good, but for the price I felt the value wasn't quite there. I will say the "Cookie Bar" concept is fun to do with a group, but I wouldn't go out of my way to come here. read more

I tried the Nox'wich with snickerdoodle cookies and green tea ice cream. The cookies were super crunchy and tough - they seemed stale or over-baked. The ice cream, I was told, was from Old Tree/Marianne's. I found the green tea to be on the lighter, more floral, side. I usually prefer a stronger tea flavor, so I wasn't thrilled, but it wasn't bad. The presentation of the Nox'wich was also a little lacking, so overall I wasn't super enthused. I would have to try the larger cookies to see if the smaller ones are just a one-off! read more

Nox Cookie Bar has a lemon bar that has real lemon rinds that give it that tart lemon flavor that's missing in most lemon bars I've encountered. LOVE THE LEMON BAR! They're open late for those who like to take walks at night in Downtown Campbell. read more

Got the NoxBox of 12 Small Chocolate Chip 'n Chunk with Sea Salt Cookies and these things were hard as rocks! One bite in and could tell these were left out all day in the open air or just from yesterday's batch. Highly disappointed for $11.50. Thank goodness I got the overpriced Whole Milk to help with it. And yes, microwaved them for 10 secs to help a little, but sheesh for $11.50.... read more

It was my first time at this location the place was clean, the playlist was good Casey gave great service. I'd come back again.

Friendly Service! The girl with the tattoo on her arm was very friendly. Suggest the Sea Salt Choc Chip Cookies. Thank you!

Got a "nox-wich" (a mini cookie ice cream sandwich) and it was so bad. The m&m cookies tasted bad and were really hard and stale. Idk how you mess up an m&m cookie so bad. Ice cream was good but only because it was from Marianne's. My mom and brother both got the lava cakes and when I tried a bite, I wanted to spit it out. I saw the worker microwave them and so they were chewy and the chocolate tasted rotten. -100/10 The service also was not great. The guy working messed up and charged us extra for a cookie. We got it fixed but still... come on man. Anyways... I was so disappointed because I love cookies. You're better off getting a Chili's lava cake. And crumbl cookies too read more

Finally got around to trying this place. Got 2 chocolate chip cookies for $2.50 each. They were OK. I work in Santa Cruz and sometimes get Pacific Cookie Company cookies, 6 for $7.50. They're a lot better than these ones and cheaper (though a touch smaller.) Staff member was friendly, but don't think I'll be back here. The cookie I had wasn't that great. read more

We recently used Nox Cookies for dessert at our wedding reception instead of a cake, and we and our guests loved it! We ordered 50 each of Gluten Free Chocolate Chip, Vegan Snickerdoodle, Pumpkin Spice, and Cookies con Candy so that everyone would find something they like, and everyone did! Even the people without dietary restrictions loved the Gluten Free / Vegan cookies. Ordering and delivery were easy and simple, and everything was exactly as we expected it. We will definitely be back for individual cookies when we're in Campbell, and will probably use Nox for future large events as well! read more

I got the chocolate chip cookie for 2.50 and the S'mores cookie for 3.50. Both were excellent. The chocolate chip cookie was slightly crispy on the edge and chewy in the middle. read more

This place is fantastic. The cookie AND ice cream were fantastic. Great service too! Very clean and good seating.

Best chocolate chip cookie! Best described as chewy in texture and not too sweet! Better than Antoine's and Anthony's. If only they had a closer location, I'd have my friends order cookies here for events. Regardless, I'll spread the word! Chocolate chip cookie $2.50 read more

Love this place, great cookies and ice cream (highly recommend the lemon bar) and the staff is really friendly and efficient, especially Vince and Orion :) they're also open way later than most dessert places so it's great for after dinner. read more

Love this spot, staff are always super attentive and friendly, especially Vince and Orion, who are usually working when we come in. They arrived delicious chewy and warm. But the next day left overs were hard as a rock

While the cookies are good, pay attention when you order a dozen (especially the big size dozen). We got shorted a cookie despite being asked, very carefully, what cookies we wanted. I know I said I wanted a peanut butter cookie TWICE and that's the missing cookie. I'm going to think very carefully before I go back, or I'm reopening the box while I'm there to check the order, which I should have done tonight. That's on me. read more

Every time we come here they are so patient, cookies are a big deal, and these cookies are and have become favorites. It is so hard to decide! The large cookies sugar, red velvet chocolate chip amazing old fashioned flavors great for ice cream sandwiches, the Lemon is so soft and tangy great with Tea snickerdoodle is that memorable flavor you grew up with. This place is truly insane because it's a diamond in the rough by all means. I first heard about this place back during my undergrad years when I was trying to look for an internship and there was this quick order app called Tapingo which was really rude to those who are mentally challenged. Since then I saw Nox Cookie Bar and was curious to try it. Fast forward to now, I am very intrigued by this place now I tried one of their cookie Ice Cream bars. It's strangely very delicious even for a guy like me because I am not big on cookies. Never had many of them as a child but this place is an exception I am willing to make. I also talked with the dudes that worked the front and they told me closing time is at 11pm. If you have the munchies and are looking for a place to grab a night snack, Nox is your friend here. I was served by this black dude and he was very courteous to the fact that I am first timer. I would come here again if I got the time read more

We came here because a friend's recommendation about this new shop in downtown Campbell. We were excited to come here on Sat night after dinner. I was very disappointed at the service I received at this Cookie shop. There are two guy working at the time. We got a box of the small cookies and I am asking for the their recommendation on the cheesecakes but I couldn't hear the employee telling me the flavors due to the loud background noise (a couple customers were talking loud inside the shop). The older employee who works there was very rude and impatient. He yelled at me by repeating all the cheesecake flavors and tell me just choose 3 for $4.95. The whole shop was quiet all the sudden when the employee yelled at me..... Some of the customers who were waiting in line behind us even left after seeing this happening. I always want to support the local business, but I don't think I would come back here again because of the customer service. read more
