The worker ( only one) is very hard working and never stopped making drinks and attending customers. The drinks all take a while to make and he mixes syrups, yogurt, and fresh fruit into the mixer. So do sit down and wait a while if you order a drink. I got the mango tango smoothie ($5.49) w reg topical balls (0.6). Good as ever. The pearls were just a little bland. But the worker gave me the extra smoothie leftover from the excess boba. 10/10 great spot on a hot summer day read more

My swirl was dole whip, strawberry, and euro tart. My sister also got the dole whip and euro tart. We especially liked the euro tart flavor! One thing I noticed is that the yogurt machines all say they are "low," and the consistency comes out not super frozen, but they still tasted really good imo. The toppings are not self-serve but you can always ask for more scoops if you want! The mochi toppings were soft which is the consistency I like. Most shops switched to another brand which are more tough in texture. I also got mango toppings which were ripe. The lady who helped us was really nice. We ordered a strawberry banana smoothie on the way out as well which was yummy. She ended up giving us a large since there was extra hehe. The inside has a fair amount of seating with at least 3-4 tables. Plenty of parking outside. Definitely would come again. read more

I ran into this store while thinking about the kid's birthday party, then I saw "$2.5 cupcake with simple ingredients" on the flyer. I didn't expect much coz the other places I was considering cost me $4-$6 each. So I ordered 2 for sampling... and I changed my mind. It was fresh, not super sweet, and absolutely delicious. So I ordered 2 dozen for the party, and asked them to add some chopped fruit for decoration. And I asked how much I should pay for the extra fruit, the staff there was smiling and told me it's on the house. I didn't expect mush as well considering it's free. But when I picked it up, I saw each cupcake had a heart shaped strawberry piece on top. That was so addorable, and the kids loved it! I would recommand their cupcakes to anyone; there were only 3 options but with simple ingredients and hence healthier for kids. And they are absolutely yummy! Frozen yogurt, boba, and made-to-order ice cream - oh my! I honestly left Ice Splash feeling a little guilty/bad that it took me so long to come in. I stop in at the Safeway in this shopping center almost weekly, but always sort of overlooked Ice Splash. Well, no longer will that be the case, because this spot is great! I always thought it was just frozen yogurt, but after reading some of their Yelp reviews, I learned that it was so much more. And although I really do LOVE froyo, it was the idea of the made to order ice cream that finally got my rear in gear to stop in. They have quite a few options for ice cream, yogurt, and boba, after a quick peruse of the menu, I decided to go with the cookies and cream ice cream, without any toppings. I really wanted to try the ice cream exactly as it was for my first time - which is why I also declined the option to adjust the sweetness, though I thought that it was really great they had the option! The ice cream was fantastic! I was worried it was going to be icy, but that was not the case at all, it was actually probably the creamiest ice cream I've ever had! I ate it as I drove home and was excited everytime I hit a red light, since that meant I got to eat more! I don't love things that are overly sweet and think that the normal sweetness was fine, though I might lower it a little next time just to compare. I had an okay experience while visiting ice splash. The place wasn't very clean and the froyo machines were not wiped down. We had rolled ice cream and it took about 30 minutes to make. It tasted good, but I don't think it was worth the wait. The guy working also used the same spoon for scooping the toppings, and the toppings bar was also a bit of a mess. It made me think of cross contamination if individuals had allergies!! I also asked for napkins and there were zero napkins out so he handed me a roll of paper towel. I came here specifically to get their 8 oz cup and luckily, the server asked me if I wanted that exact size and I said yes! There were free sample cups for you to try what you wanted and the flavors I got were the pistachio, strawberry and pineapple. Their pineapple flavor was inspired by the Dole Whip soft serve you get at amusement parks and it tastes the exact same! just healthier. We were in the area and decided to try this spot since they have options of frozen yogurt, ice creams or smoothies. We ended ordering 2 cookies and cream ice creams and a strawberry lychee smoothie. The staff who assisted us was super friendly and I could tell he was very new at his job as his boss was assisting him the entire time from us ordering to him making the ice creams. He apologized to me several times and told me that it was his second day on the job. I totally get that he's new so we were patient with him, plus we weren't in a rush to head home. He even offered extra toppings for my kids. The ice cream was very good although melted fairly quickly while my kids ate in the car. My eldest really enjoyed her strawberry lychee smoothie. I added boba (+$0.50) and the boba was still warm,soft and perfect! The jasmine green tea flavor was also good. The handmade green tea ice cream was also very good quality. I told my son if he had no cavities after his dentist appointment then we would go for ice cream. So glad to have found this place on Yelp. I was wowed by how large the menu was, and when I got here, it was a lot to take in. They have self-serve frozen yogurt with 12 flavors, hand-rolled ice cream made to order, and lots of drinks. I ended up getting a Thai tea with Boba- 25% sweet. Manger asked me if I wanted ice also- yes, please! My 5-year-old got more than enough with a kid's size; I would be happy to have this as an adult. You won't be hearing any complaints from me about the awesome, from-scratch ice cream that the worker put lots of effort in creating for me. The strawberry banana was very delicious and I liked the fresh pieces of fruit she included. The ice cream making takes a lot of effort (frankly, I would find it too tedious), but the girl working on 11/27/2022 did it all with a smile. 5-star service for sure! The hubby got himself some froyo. I usually love the tart, but their tart was a little sweeter than I like and a little bit of funky after taste. My roommate wanted to check this place out after we went to Luigi's next door. I initially resisted and didn't want to give in to the temptation to cut down the calories but eventually gave in! The lady there was extremely friendly and helpful as many others have stated. The ice cream (Irish cream) was made from scratch in front of us and the kids scoop was so cheap and the portion size was pretty good for the price (less than $4, forgot to click a picture), didn't feel like a kids size actually. I got a froyo cup with very strawberry, the cable car chocolate and the euro tart. I quite liked the first two but wasn't a big fan of the tart. It was a tad runny and a big too sweet and overpowering for me. This costed me just $3, such a steal. I didn't see an option to tip with the order, so we made sure to leave a cash tip! Ice Splash is a cute small business for froyo. The froyo bases are unique! I love how you can make a split combination swirl with some of the flavors. Some of of their yogurt bases: + Pineapple dole whip with regular tart + POG (passion fruit, orange, guava) + and raspberry pomegranate + mango - I'm guessing that the employees serve the toppings in order to maintain sanitary protocols but I wish I could fill my own yogurt cup with the amount that I want. :( - the fruits were not on their display case and the employee had to grab them from the fridge. After dinner, we decided we wanted to get something light for dessert. My husband found this place. When we got there, we looked at the menu posted outside and the menu did have a lot of options. So we thought home made was made in house and stored in tubs, but they were literally made in front of us where she poured the slurry on a cold surface and we watched it turn into ice cream. Obviously, the frozen yogurt was fast, because you're waiting there to pay so the lady adds the toppings we want and then takes our money. However, the wait for the drink and the ice cream took a while. We watched the lady work diligently yet calmly on the orders even though lots of people were waiting for their orders. She was the only one working. So for taste, my favorite was the frozen yogurt. With the flavors I got, it was delicious and refreshing. Usually I like mochi topping but on this day I think I could have passed on the mochi topping. It wasn't that good and I just thought it got in the way. My second favorite was the strawberry lychee drink. It was also refreshing, but I can't say I loved the lychee flavor, which kind of reminded me of artificial sugar which I usually don't like. My least favorite was the ice cream. Although it was good, it was too creamy for my taste since I was looking for something light. Lastly, the prices are pretty reasonable. I forget what they were called before but they are back with new products and a nice store remodel. They make fresh hand made ice cream in 10 mts! I don't know how but they do and using a technical term it is...YUMMY. I had the chocolate ice cream with almonds and caramel sauce and it was creamy and bursting with flavor. Also got to try the vanilla ice cream with chocolate sauce which was very good too. The lady who helped us and made the ice cream was super nice. Our family frequents the various ice cream stores in the area pretty regularly. What sets Ice Splash apart is their diverse menu. One kid wants froyo while the another wants boba - no problem! It's so nice to not have to hit multiple shops which often leads to purchasing way more items than intended. I had their ice cream for the first time this week and it was excellent!
