Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience with this company. The owner came out to our…read morehome to look at our backyard and was very polite and professional during the visit. We were actually really excited to work with him and were looking forward to receiving his quote. He told us he would have the quote to us by Monday, but Monday came and we heard nothing. My husband gave him the benefit of the doubt and waited a little longer before calling. There was no answer, so he left a message. Still nothing. I then tried reaching out through Instagram, thinking maybe there had been a misunderstanding or he had simply gotten busy, but again, no response. What is most disappointing is the lack of communication. If you're too busy to take on a project or decide it isn't a good fit, that's completely understandable--just communicate that. We were genuinely interested and ready to move forward. Being completely ignored after taking the time to meet with someone is frustrating and, unfortunately, left us with a very poor impression.

What stood out even more was their patience and professionalism when unexpected situations came up. Instead of cutting corners, they handled everything calmly and made sure the final outcome was perfect. The design TJ created is modern, unique, and completely transformed the space into something special. The 3D rendering was EXACTLY what they delivered. If you're looking for a team that combines skill, creativity, and reliability, Element Pools is the way to go. TJ and Kyle were there along the way to answer any questions that came up (and we had a lot of them). Element Pools gave us a yard that will be filled with memories for years to come!

Came out in person to look at it and the price went up to $13 grand, sent 2 guys out the the following week Anthony shows up and now says he wants $17 grand, WTH ? Hello Anthony. I don't know how you would remember a job based on pictures of work you did, but…read moreI'm sure you would deny that. I attached the paid invoice with your initials and "paid in full". Hopefully that helps you remember that it was your job. I do remember you and your white pickup truck coming to my house and telling me all work that will be done is professional and all I need to do afterwords is paint. The "professionals" you got coming to the house were careless. Their texturing left a mess in the living room because they didn't seal the area properly. They did not tape off the wall that didn't need texturing. Their response was for me to wash the wall because the texture will come right off. The cracked areas of the drywall ONLY occurred on the areas that you worked on. NO OTHER AREA IN MY HOME HAS THIS. and this home was built over 20yrs ago. your work only lasted about a year. There was no illusion on the work of the raised drywall. I felt it and YOUR response when you felt it was that it was an illusion. A person with some sort of experience would know that there is an issue with the work if they felt it, but you just wanted to get your money and leave. You can change the format of your invoice after you see it was your job but it does no not change the fact that it was your work. I'm sure you don't like the review, but the work is sloppy. If you want to lie about it, it's fine, but people should know on who to bring in before they spend their hard-earned money to fix their homes.

The fence was completed in just a few hours and the contractors were great. Five out of five stars! When we replace the other side of our fence we will definitely reach back out to Casa Valenzuela. While Isaias only checked in a couple of times, his younger brother was on site daily leading the crew and made sure everything was done exactly how I wanted it. They were always on time (8:00 AM every single day) and cleaned up nicely afterward. What impressed me most was how they handled a few small issues during the job; the moment I brought something up, they fixed it right away without any pushback or arguing. You can tell they just want the customer to be happy. I'm really pleased with how everything turned out and will definitely be hiring them again! I worked with Bob when we installed our backyard patio cover, outdoor bbq kitchen, and firepit…read more Bob is incredibly responsive, fair, and the installation was seamless. I have used Robert Berney Construction for several projects around my house over the past few…read moreyears. Bob installed my concrete patio and pool deck, my patio cover, some pavers in my back yard, a property fence and most recently an extension of my back yard patio. I have been completely satisfied with everything he has done for me and every day I go in my yard I am reminded of what a professional he is and how good he is at what he does. I just had additional concrete added to my pool deck/patio by Bob. His concrete work is A+ top notch. When I was first looking to get my pool deck/patio installed I was nervous about hiring a concrete contractor as I had heard horror stories and seen horrendous work. I met with several different concrete installers who promised high quality work. (Especially the extremely low-cost installers...UGH! run away from them as fast as you can!). After doing my homework on everyone I hired Bob because his customers spoke highly about him and the photos of his work were fantastic. He stood far above the others based on his reputation and previous work. I was not disappointed. I got a wonderful looking pool deck/patio that drained properly...not one low spot or "bird bath" as they are called. The finish was perfect and the edges were smooth and consistent. I did a curved pool deck and the curves were perfect...not wavy or inconsistent. He even took care of sleeves/futures under the patio for lighting wire and sprinkler lines to the remote planters though I forgot to ask about that. He just did it. He thinks about things you may want in the future and makes sure what he does leaves you access to add those things should you ever want them. There are a lot of people/companies out there who say they do professional quality concrete and general construction work but they don't deliver like Robert Berney Construction. Everything he has done for me is top notch. His prices are reasonable and he is easy to work with. Having work done at your house can be a tedious process but not with Bob. He helps you through it every step of the way and makes the project fun. I have recommended him to friends and family who have used him for patio covers, decks, room additions and even had garages and guest houses built! I highly recommend Robert Berney Construction to anyone considering any type of work done!
