I do remember you and your white pickup truck coming to my house and telling me all work that will be done is professional and all I need to do afterwords is paint. The "professionals" you got coming to the house were careless. Their texturing left a mess in the living room because they didn't seal the area properly. They did not tape off the wall that didn't need texturing. Their response was for me to wash the wall because the texture will come right off. The cracked areas of the drywall ONLY occurred on the areas that you worked on. NO OTHER AREA IN MY HOME HAS THIS. and this home was built over 20yrs ago. your work only lasted about a year. There was no illusion on the work of the raised drywall. I felt it and YOUR response when you felt it was that it was an illusion. A person with some sort of experience would know that there is an issue with the work if they felt it, but you just wanted to get your money and leave. You can change the format of your invoice after you see it was your job but it does no not change the fact that it was your work. I'm sure you don't like the review, but the work is sloppy. If you want to lie about it, it's fine, but people should know on who to bring in before they spend their hard-earned money to fix their homes.

I have been completely satisfied with everything he has done for me and every day I go in my yard I am reminded of what a professional he is and how good he is at what he does. I just had additional concrete added to my pool deck/patio by Bob. His concrete work is A+ top notch. When I was first looking to get my pool deck/patio installed I was nervous about hiring a concrete contractor as I had heard horror stories and seen horrendous work. I met with several different concrete installers who promised high quality work. (Especially the extremely low-cost installers...UGH! run away from them as fast as you can!). After doing my homework on everyone I hired Bob because his customers spoke highly about him and the photos of his work were fantastic. I got a wonderful looking pool deck/patio that drained properly...not one low spot or "bird bath" as they are called. The finish was perfect and the edges were smooth and consistent. He even took care of sleeves/futures under the patio for lighting wire and sprinkler lines to the remote planters though I forgot to ask about that. He just did it. He thinks about things you may want in the future and makes sure what he does leaves you access to add those things should you ever want them. There are a lot of people/companies out there who say they do professional quality concrete and general construction work but they don't deliver like Robert Berney Construction. Everything he has done for me is top notch. His prices are reasonable and he is easy to work with. Having work done at your house can be a tedious process but not with Bob. He helps you through it every step of the way and makes the project fun. I have recommended him to friends and family who have used him for patio covers, decks, room additions and even had garages and guest houses built!
