They mostly carry Herman Miller and Steelcase chairs and get them from offices so they'll be used or lightly used. The pricing is fantastic! Nick and Michelle were so incredibly nice, patient, and helpful. No pressure, let us take our time, and showed us many times how to do each of the chair adjustments. Their knowledge of each chair was also very good. We came looking for one chair and left with two! We're really looking forward to sitting in our new chairs as we've always had el cheapo models from office supply stores. If you're looking for the place, it's at the very end of the warehouses - a little tough to find at first but we'll worth the effort. They mentioned that there also is a showroom location in Milpitas, so if that feels more comfortable, take a look there or on their website.

In addition, the Kyocera TaskAlfa printers that we use have always had a problem printing larger Qty print jobs (50+ pages). It slows down to about a page every 5-10 seconds. KBA has been unwilling/unable to fix the reported issue and has said that the print speed problem is a matter of opinion. How can print speed be an opinion? When you are paying over 30k for a printer, it should perform better than the $200 inkjet that sits next to it. It does not. FYI - Our sales rep at KBA is John Soloman. Finally, we have a printer that was not used for several months (due to Covid). KBA decided to ESTIMATE usage and bill us over $500/mo. We reported that the printer has no usage and the estimate was wrong. We still have not had the account corrected and have now received a new invoice for 2x the amount. Anyways...steer well clear of this company and its ethically challenged sales reps. It feels sort of like dealing with a used car salesman.

Seems to be a real quality common issue with their cartridges. I contacted CompAndSave.com but they would not do anything to help since I was outside their return period. The fact that the chip was invalid should have been resolved by sending me an updated set of approved cartridges. All I received from their rep was a "sorry but your order is no longer within our warranty period". They will not stand by their products. I know I will never buy from CompAndSave again. :(

I stopped into the showroom to try out chairs. I did not know what I wanted, so Alex was awesome and helped out. I got to demo all the functions of all the chairs and went with the Mirra2 chair. I was very happy with this because of the lumbar support. Alex helped me load the chair to my car too. The showroom has chairs and stand up desks.
