The have been lying and stalling in refunding my money and then just stopped communicating with me. Now I have to make a complaint to the BBB, FTC, and AG Office of Consumer Affairs. I work hard and do not make enough to be robbed by this company. I would not use them and recognize the ink cartridges are of poor quality in the first place. Now they just proved to be a fraud.

They mostly carry Herman Miller and Steelcase chairs and get them from offices so they'll be used or lightly used. The pricing is fantastic! Nick and Michelle were so incredibly nice, patient, and helpful. No pressure, let us take our time, and showed us many times how to do each of the chair adjustments. Their knowledge of each chair was also very good. We came looking for one chair and left with two! We're really looking forward to sitting in our new chairs as we've always had el cheapo models from office supply stores. If you're looking for the place, it's at the very end of the warehouses - a little tough to find at first but we'll worth the effort. They mentioned that there also is a showroom location in Milpitas, so if that feels more comfortable, take a look there or on their website.
