A wonderful company run by wonderful people. My boyfriend and I have been looking to get him an Embody chair for his home setup (work and gaming) for forever! But of course, that chair at retail price could cost us up to $2k for a new one. We heard about Better Source from a friend and decided to go check it out. Lo and behold, they had the perfect Embody chair - and in PERFECT condition - going for $700! That's more than 1/2 off! The process was so incredibly smooth. We spoke to the man upfront (unfortunately I never got his name - shame on me!) who was extremely helpful in the purchasing process. He allowed my boyfriend to reserve a chair (and he even picked out the "best" one for him) without a deposit. On the week of July 4th we were able to pick it up and see it for ourselves. It was perfect. ZERO flaws. We basically got a whole new Embody chair and it didn't cost us $2k. I have been interested in getting an Uplift desk for quite some time and I heard that they'll be getting more with different tops. We will continue to come back here and see what more they'll get in the future. We have zero reservations when it comes to supporting such an excellent business like this. Thanks, Better Source, for making our home setup dreams come true! :)

Looks more orange in person, the design was inspired by the GG bridge so it's a real statement piece! No boring black here!

UPDATE!!!! Worst Customer Service Ever!…read moreBad practices, lack of communication with poor accountability. I designed my media room centered around the size, color and style of the loveseat. The other items I purchased all went very well together. I made this purchase in August 2025. The Maimz Loveseat with matching Ottoman, 4 Barstools, a Dropleaf Round Breakfast Table with matching 4 Chairs and assorted furniture including a bed, frame and swivel leather chair. Delivered February 21st 2026 They didn't let me know the loveseat would NOT be delivered. They canceled the order. No one knew what happened. It took over a week of me calling them. Finally someone at Corprate said they issued a refund in January, but failed to let me know through a call, text or email. There wasn't any paperwork confirming a refund transaction until March 3rd. Finally received an Email after over 8 phone calls to customer service, the store and the Philippines that the couch was discontinued. So I have an ottoman with no matching couch! Where did the refund money go? No paperwork, transaction number or notification. When asked where they sent it, they didn't know which bank account? Unacceptable follow up with nothing good in email, no detailed information at all. The worst customer service I have ever received . Sold me an an ottoman with no matching couch. That they finnaly issued a pickup for return, but never mentioned my refund! Poor excuse that it was discontinued, I had first dibs on the display couch. This was mine! Where did it go? I'm returning everything I purchased for this room from Ashley. But they are refusing to take back the barstools and Breakfast set. They left me high and dry like an empty airplane with passengers left in the terminal. The customer service is completely unacceptable. If i get one more AI Chat bot from Jenny, I'm going to scream. ---- Review I wrote when purchased: Miss Vivian is the BEST at this Colma location. She got me deals upon deals. I'll never forget the time she spent with me making my purchases, and all of the assisting staff and management. Each and every person and item is Top Notch! I can't wait to get these home just in time for the upcoming holidays. This location has good parking. Clean well displayed store. I found many items of interest. Will definitely shop at this location again in near future.

There is NO communication and Ray is the absolute worst at everything except for taking my credit card information. Once that was done, he didn't give a crap about the order. Recently moved to Santa Cruz and both an estate on 9.5 acres. It needs tons of outdoor furniture/pool deck lounges/outdoor entertainment accessories. We will never buy anything from this place again. We unfortunately gave them about 12.5K in business just buying a sectional and cover for one of our decks. We're planning on getting about 60k more in furniture. Too bad Ray lost our business for them. In addition, we have already started letting all of our friends/neighbors (all pretty affluent) on our hill to shop somewhere else- ANYWHERE else for their high end outdoor needs. And what can improve? EVERYTHING from customer service, to communication skills, to timely return of calls/emails, to attitude...everything.

I wanted others to know just how incredible she is. From the very beginning, Winnie provided truly outstanding customer service. We ran into an unexpected issue with our scheduled delivery on 4/4 when we discovered--at the last minute--that our street was going to be closed for an event. Despite the late notice, Winnie was incredibly understanding and immediately helped us reschedule for the following Tuesday without any hassle. When the furniture arrived, we realized the couch delivered was not the color we had selected. I contacted Winnie, and she responded right away with professionalism and care. She confirmed the mistake and promptly arranged for the delivery team to return the sofa and organize a replacement in the correct color within just a few days. Then, after giving it some thought overnight, we realized the sofa we originally chose was actually too large for our space. Once again, Winnie went above and beyond. She patiently listened to our concerns, sent us photos of alternative options, and encouraged us to visit the showroom to try them in person before making a decision. That extra step made all the difference--we ended up finding a sofa we loved even more, and it fit our condo perfectly. Throughout the entire process, Winnie was gracious, responsive, and genuinely committed to making sure we were happy. Her level of care, patience, and attention to detail is truly rare these days. She didn't just help us purchase furniture--she made sure we found the *right* furniture for our home, and she stood by us every step of the way. This is, without a doubt, one of the best customer service experiences we've ever had. Winnie turned what could have been a stressful situation into something seamless and even enjoyable.
