He also threw up his hands pretty quickly and declared that the hard drive just needed to be "wiped clean" at their shop. Another service came out, quickly removed the hard drive and said it was "toast". They installed a new hard drive on the spot and were able to use Mozy to put on the new drive. The 360 IT employee simply did not want to spend much time working on the issue. I will NEVER Use 360 again. PC Housecall was Great.... The new folks are pure corporate and want small jobs with big prices.....
