Just after 2 pm, the technician Samir aka Sam came and was very friendly and professional. Sam walked me through the process and mentioned that the rail was bent and Sam was able to fix it. We called Liberty, and a technician was at the house within an hour. He was friendly and professional and went above and beyond the call of duty. A floor installation mishap in the past had caused the dishwasher to be locked in place. The tech somehow managed to get the washer out without pulling up the floor or causing any damage to it, which has seemed like an impossible task. He then used spare flooring to create a base for the washer so it wouldn't be a problem in the future. Most importantly, he found the faulty component in the dishwasher, showed me what was wrong, and quickly replaced it and got the dishwasher back in place. Good work at a fair price.
