This is the Best Buy Outlet Crisis center!…read more Only when you are in a crisis/ time crunch do you show up at Best Buy for computer assistance. I needed a laptop cord replacement. Kyle rocked it and asked if I needed help as soon as I entered the humongous store filled with household appliances new and used. He immediately took me to the charger aisle and tested a universal charger on my laptop. It saved my day as I had a virtual highpower meeting to attend that evening. Kyle and Best Buy saved the day! + customer service + parking with disabled accessibility + appliances galore +/- could use better signage in the store to navigate items.

Clearly they don't understand the technology they sell well enough to know if a product is fit to be resold. On the positive side (but not enough to change the rating) was that Kyle was helpful for both the original purchase and the return. Also note that Google's address for this store is completely wrong. It is in the same space as the former full-service Best Buy.

I cannot say enough good things about this vacuum repair shop. The gentleman I interacted with was…read moreso kind, gave excellent customer service, and thoroughly explained what was going on with my two Dyson vacuums. (Not to mention he was very kind to my two autistic teen boys who were checking out every vacuum on display!) After a thorough inspection, we decided that after 5 years of cleaning and maintenance on the Dyson vacuums, it was prudent to purchase a new German-made Sebo vacuum because it came with a 7-year warranty (that was extended by this store to 10 years because they stand by their products, service, and customers) and it was built to last like the vacuums of yesteryear. The Dysons are made to last 2-3 years with built-in obsolescence, so you'll find yourself dropping $350-400 plus annual maintenance. After making the decision to purchase, the gentleman assembled the new vacuum for us, thoroughly demonstrated how to use it and the features/attachments, and gave us extra canister bags for free. He also offered to clean our old Dyson (that worked somewhat intermittently that we will use as a "spare" in the basement) for free since we made the purchase of a new vacuum. When I returned to the store two weeks later to pick up the cleaned Dyson, he remembered me and asked how my boys were doing, and he showed me how he discovered a crack in the hose and just went ahead and replaced it with a part from another Dyson vacuum someone discarded. Again, for free! I've come to this store for cleaning/repair/maintenance on my vacuums for many years now, and they have always been fair and honest and service has been impeccable. They are very knowledgeable in all the name brands and vacuum types, and can definitely steer you in the right direction of what vacuum will suit your household needs (e.g., good for allergies, pet hair, hardwoods, upholstery, etc.). Highly recommend.

Breathe in the ambiance. There is something comforting about these hardware stores... I wasn't planning on buying anything when I went in. Several employees asked if I needed help. I didn't at first. Then I opted for a new Stanley claw hammer (I can't find my current hammer) and a metal tool for breaking up and chipping ice from sidewalks (I'll be damned if I could find this style tool anywhere during the winter). As far as I can tell, this hardware store IS NOT affiliated with True Value - nothing at the store would indicate this and they are not listed on the True Value web site.
