I checked the replacement part price from online stores, it was never $400 at any store, and I found the same part with $150 price. Then I let him know not to order for the part, instead, I would order it. Now, the replacement part is ready and this company is requesting $250 for labor fee which we already discussed. Moreover, they are changing their speaking as if it was about distance of location. What is funny my home is pretty close to their location around 15 min most. We called Sunny, he said he thinks he knows the problem but needs a part and call back next week. I called. I left messages. I texted. I emailed. I was ghosted. I looked into small claims court.
