We thought we had fried our microwave. Ankur came within the arranged window, replaced a diode (that indeed had been fried) and brought the system back up and normal. He was very efficient and courteous. The phone call to his office a few days earlier was also very courteous and efficient. We will use them again. read more

I've called upon this great local company twice: once for a refrigerator after filter problem and once for a dryer that wouldn't dry clothes. Each time I have reached a person on the phone (no voice mail) and been offered a prompt service appointment. When the technician arrived (on time) he quickly determined the problem, solution needed and cost. Both repairs were completed in a timely fashion. I'm grateful I've found a local business with high standards and a commitment to customer service. I'm 100% satisfied and have no reservations about recommend this company to others in need of honest tradespeople. read more

Great customer service, friendly and honest. Fixed our dishwasher in no time. Will definitely use them again.

We recently moved into a three-story townhouse and the A/C was not working properly. We had this company come over to look at it and they provided suggestions on how we could improve air flow with the current system to the third floor. We tried and it helped a little bit, but essentially they told us the current system was not powerful enough for the size of house (it was also really old). We moved forward with getting a whole new HVAC unit and the service took 2 days to complete. It took a bit longer to do the job than what we/they expected, but the work was great. They kept us updated throughout the process and were professional. We rent the property so we can't comment on the price, but the service was great and we'd definitely use All Appliance Solutions again! read more

I had an emergency with my gas range. The short story is the igniter kept clicking and my wife saw sparks which was thought to be flames under the knob. She called All Appliances Solution and they immediately scheduled someone to come to our house that same day, within hours. Once the technician arrived he figured out the issue and had it fixed later that evening. I'm very impressed with the quick resolution and professionalism. I highly recommend this company! read more

If your appliance needs repair, this is the company you want to call. Our repair tech knew exactly what was wrong with our refrigerator after hearing my description of the problems, and he corrected both within an hour. My wife and I were prepared to buy a new refrigerator before this visit, but we were pleasantly surprised that a couple of hundred dollar repair gave another few tears of life to this appliance. read more

I never followed up but we had Ankur come back out to replace our garbage disposal. Again, we were very happy with the price and the work he did. We then had to have him come out again a few months later because there was a recall on the disposal and he swapped in the replacement for us. read more

We had someone come to evaluate our washing machine (it's 11 yo and decided to act it!). So i called Thursday, but the sooner they could make it was Saturday at 5 pm -8 pm. I thought, "wow! Someone can come on a Saturday evening?!? ". When the time approached, they called and told us they would be there in about 20 minutes. The technician took at look and said it would need 2 valves. He had brought the parts with him because when i called they asked for the model number, etc. Unfortunately, though they brought the parts they would need, the manufacturer had a different size in the washer than was specified. So he is going to need to come back. But i was happy he was proactive in having the parts on the initial service. We had also asked him to look at the fridge--we mentioned it when we called (fridge is even older). The guy promptly looked at it, (it was iced up) and fixed it--no parts needed. The technician happened to be one of the owners (sorry, i didn't get his name). But if you choose this place to repair your appliance, you will be very happy. Definitely calling next time i need an appliance repaired! read more

I called All Appliance Solutions to come out for a broken washing machine. The technician took less than one minute to determine it was not worth fixing. Not only did I appreciate the honesty, but they didn't charge a service fee since it was such an obvious/quick diagnosis. read more

So happy, especially after a bad experience with Fisher's appliance. Called for a washer that was flooding out, got scheduled the next day. Technician called saying he will arrive in 40 mins. Looked at my washer and I went back to gardening and let him at it. Before I knew it, he was telling me the problem and that he fixed it and he's ready to go! Fast and solved the problem! read more

The Journey Before AAS: My washing machine broke five weeks ago, and I decided to use a different local repair company. The other repair company was pure hell; angry calls, lack of professionalism, came three times (and accomplished nothing) and then the other repairman broke my washer even more (water everywhere, the seal on the front broken, and broke the internal harness that holds stuff up). Then AAS came into my life, and boy have they been great. I called AAS after the other repair guy said he was gong to quit. AAS came out quickly (less than 36 hours) after my call, were here for twenty minutes and boom my washer is finally working again and AAS cost much less than what the other repairman wanted to do. The tech was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and fix the problem without unnecessary costs. I've been warning friends and family about the other repair company and I'm happy now that I found a: good, local, professional, honest, knowledgeable, and cost effective repair company. I will definitely be utilizing them again in the future. read more

Absolutely the BEST appliance repair around. Ankur is my man for anything that requires power in my house : ) I have used Ankur a few times now and every time he is so friendly, professional, and always full of words of wisdom to help keep my appliances in tiptop shape - even the ones he didn't come to service. He is very reasonably priced, and the man must work every minute of his life as he responds at a moments notice including on evenings and weekends. Seriously, you won't be sorry - and if you are, you probably are the problem in most of your interactions. read more

I called Monday morning after my washing machine began leaking into the basement over the weekend. I called at 11 this morning, and had an appointment lined up between 1 and 4 the very same day! Ankur was the technician who came out to fix my errant washing machine today. He was on-time, polite, friendly, communicative, respectful of my cats and very knowledgeable about the problem. He fixed the washing machine, advised on keeping it in good repair in the future. I've already contracted him for another repair on Thursday - one he would have done today but needs a special order part. Couldn't be happier with the service. Update: I've used Ankur five times now. Still really, really happy. read more

I have used All Appliance Services several times now for different appliances and find them to be very effective at quickly diagnosing and fixing issues. All Appliance Solutions is my go-to vendor in the Metro DC area. I am in real estate and recommend this company any time my client has an issue with an appliance or HVAC system. Typically, unless its an emergency, I am able to get a technician out to a property in 36-48 hours. That level of service is unparallelled. From the receptionists to the technicians, this company wins my vote every time. Thank you for all that you do, All Appliance Solutions! read more

I'm in the Warrenton area, called about a washer problem and broken dryer. The usual popular repair guys were booked for 3 months, which is nuts. It's like people don't realize there's more than 1 place serving Warrenton. I found All Appliance Solutions online and they were able to come out the next morning. I called in the make and model of my appliances and the service guy came prepared with a replacement belt and roller for the dryer, which now works fine. He also tested the washer and explained why it had overflowed, assured me there were no leaks or plumbing issues, I just need to not overload it. The price was reasonable and he wrapped it up quickly and was very polite. I will definitely go back to these guys and I hope someone on that waiting list takes a second to just search the internet. Seems a shame people are waiting months when they could be up and running tomorrow. read more

Excellent service! Ankur came during the timeframe quoted and repaired the oven. Price was reasonable. I will use All Appliance again!

I called All Appliance Solution because my kegerator (refrigerator) was completely shut off. I'm hosting a thanksgiving party and need my beer cold! Ankhur answered my call quickly and fixed it the same day with parts on the truck. I will definitely recommend his company to friends and family. He even gave me a military discount because he saw my Marine Corps license plate. He is also a Marine. Bottom line, don't replace your appliances, use All Appliance Solutions for your home. read more

This is one of the better service companies I have come across. They are prompt, if not early, and very polite and respectful. Along with this, they have very knowledgeable service techs. Once the part was installed the tech made sure the washer was working and cycling before he was done. I appreciate them taking pride in their work and being pleasant people as well. Give them a chance to turn your broken appliances into working appliances. You will be please you did. read more

I had a great experience with All Appliance Solutions (allappliancesolutionsinc.com) and would highly recommend them. After having multiple problems with other appliance repair companies who only seemed interested in stringing me along with increasing costs, I found the guys from All Appliance Solutions to be a breath of fresh air. They arrived exactly when they said they would, called ahead to let me know they were on their way and took care when entering my home. The tech, who turned out to be one of the owners, was the nicest guy and he took the time to explain exactly what he was doing, why he was doing it and what he expected to find as he diagnosed my refrigerator's problem. He showed me exactly where the other companies I had called had missed things and told me exactly what my repair would cost and gave me additional information that helped me make a good choice. He had some excellent cost-saving suggestions that made a huge difference. The tech/owner is a veteran and it was clear to me that he was approaching solving my problem and customer service the same way he served our country - with dedication and pride. I'd highly recommend All Appliance Solutions. read more

I work with a property management company and for the past 6 months we have been exclusively using All Appliance for all 132 of our properties. Over time, their response to any phone calls or emails have become very sparse, up until last week when all of our calls went unanswered. Their communication is lacking and their customer service is even worse off. At the end of last year we had All Appliance at one of our properties to replace a seal on a front load washing machine. The tech went out, met the tenant, and billed us for replacement. Flash forward to two weeks ago, our tenant calls saying there is a leak in the ceiling which is directly under the washing machine. We call All Appliance, thinking that this is a completely different issue, and they send the same tech out to meet the tenant. This time, the tech finds that the seal that had supposedly been replaced was sitting beside the washing machine. The tech then proceeded to blame our tenants and accused them of removing the seal. Ridiculous. First, why would they remove a seal that had JUST been replaced. Second, DO NOT yell at my tenant and accuse them of a mistake you obviously made. We waited two weeks to hear from a manager, who just so happened to also be the same tech that was there both times, and he was most likely just trying to cover up his mistake by placing blame on any and everyone. He was immediately defensive, first stating that the tenants only needed a screw driver to remove the seal, and that they were the ones who had taken it off and put it next to the washer. Then, he changes his story saying that the seal could have fallen off due to overloading the washer. NEVER, have we ever, seen a front loader have the seal fall off due to overloading. Especially one that had just been replaced. We had already spoken to two different appliance experts who both stated that there is no way 1) a tenant removed the seal without a lot of force or even a special tool needed, and 2) that these seals don't just fall off. At this point in the conversation the only thing this "manager" wants to do is argue his innocence in the matter instead of asking how he can make it right. Terrible customer service. The point was then brought up that all we wanted was for them to fix the ceiling damage that occurred because of their oversight and failure to complete the job that we payed for. This so called manager failed to ever take responsibility and denied that is was their job to fix the ceiling. We will NOT be doing business with them again due to the lack of customer service we experienced. Had the manager not wanted to argue the whole time and offered us real solutions to a problem they created, we would have considered forgetting the whole incident. All that was asked is that they own up to their mistake and make it right, and unfortunately they could not do that. If you value customer service and honesty, this is not the company for you. read more

We had an issue with our $10K Viking fridge not cooling. After having the fridge looked at by 2 other repair companies, Preet diagnosed the problem which was caused by one of the other repair companies I used. Preet fixed the problem and the fridge is working great now. Their fee was very reasonable and far less then what I all ready paid the other companies. They were honest as advertised. I highly recommend this company. read more

Disappointed with the service today. Technician was pleasant and courteous but he literally spent 10 minutes on the service call for my dryer and told me there was nothing wrong with the dryer and I needed to call someone else to clean out the vents. Wish they would have told me to check that before coming for a $90 service call that was worthless. Wouldn't even let us apply the cost of the service call for another repair on the washing machine. read more

I had AAS come out to look at my dryer that would run, but not heat. I called Monday evening, after normal business hours, and someone answered the phone, took my info including brand and model of dryer, and said a technician would come out Tuesday afternoon between 2 and 5. Ankur showed up within the given time window (he called first of course), and diagnosed a broken heating element. Further, the vent pipe was clogged, and the bottom of the dryer was full of lint. For $329 he cleaned it up real good, replaced the heating element (brought the parts with him!), and replaced the clogged vent as well. While it wasn't cheap, it was less expensive than a new dryer would have been, and he was able to get my wife up and running immediately (our family creates a lot of laundry). I will definitely call AAS again for future problem. read more

Very (!) impressed. I found this company through Yelp and called to have my Washing Machine looked at. Pleasant and easy appt was made, got a call 30 min before their arrival just to let me know they were on their way at the designated time (does anyone do this anymore?) Very professional young man (Ankur) clean, polished, well spoken arrived, spent a good amount of time troubleshooting, checking and explaining every thing he did. The bill was beyond surprising in a GOOD way. I kept thinking "what else do I need repaired while he is here!" He even gave me some good pointers of other preventative maint things to do in my home (no charge...cleaned out the motor area of my frig) Got extra cards as this company is a find! read more

We used Ankur to repair our refrigerator. The experience more than met the hype created by all these 5-star reviews. - Promptness: Called him at 1030. He gave me a window of noon to 3. He arrived at 12:30, and called me 20 minutes before arrival. - Competency: Within the first five minutes, he had diagnosed the problem and explained the necessary repairs. The motherboard was fried. He explained, without judgment or a condescending tone, that I can avoid the problem from reoccurring with some simple preventive maintenance going forward. - Cost: About $300 parts and labor. Can't really shop these prices around when you have a freezer full of defrosting food, but it seemed like a fair price. Ankur also gave me some helpful tips about cleaning my dishwasher and dryer vents. Really nice guy. Would definitely use him again. read more

Ankur and All Appliance Solutions, Inc. are a FIND! Called for an appointment and they showed up within 30 minutes of the call. Took him 5 minutes to diagnose the problem. Dishwasher needs a new motor. He told me what the cost would be (we are getting a new dishwasher.....) and gave me a written estimate. I said thanks but no thanks and what do I owe you for coming out? He said not to worry about it. Outstanding customer service! Will definitely use them again and highly recommend them! read more
