Wonderful. The owner came out as my technician and he was honest and thorough. This company is my new appliance repairmen.

They were easy to get a hold of and promptly gave me an appointment that would work. Unfortunately my washer was not worth it to repair so he recommended we just buy a new washer. We appreciated the honesty. They did charge us $70 for coming out to assess which was fair. read more

From my experience, it's really hard to find someone who is honest and trustworthy when dealing with home repairs. However, Ankur of All Appliance Solutions is a rare exception. Ankur was always on time, very courteous, straight forward, honest, and was able to fix my refrigerator without over charging me as some of the other companies tried to do when I asked for quotes. He is very professional, and I can't praise him enough for his service. For any future appliance needs, I'm not contacting anyone else as he has earned my trust and I would recommend him to anyone who doesn't want to get ripped off by other dishonest businesses out there. I would give him 10 stars if I could! read more

7/17/15 I discovered that Mom's fridge had died at 5:15pm on a Friday. I called All Appliance and they had a repairman at mom's house within 30 minutes! He quickly zeroed in on the problem and fixed it. The charge was not outrageous and lower than what I was expecting. These are the guys to call if you need your appliances fixed. Fast and super nice. read more

The freezer part of our refrigerator had stopped working properly. Called these people & they offered an appt that same evening, but we opted for the next morning. Gave a three hour window & said they'd call 30 min before arrival. That happened just like it was supposed to. Gentleman arrived, diagnosed problem, fixed it & was on his way all within an hour. Very reasonable price. He also explained everything & answered all questions I had. So nice to find a place that just seems to be trying to help the customer & not rip people off. Will be calling in the future & recommending. read more

Ankur fixed my refrigerator last week. He arrived during the 9-12 window as promised and called when he was 30 minutes away. He brought all of the correct parts to fix the fridge (no ordering parts or running back to the office- he was prepared!), he gave us some great information about appliance brands and some of the most common issues, and he was done within about an hour and fifteen minutes. We were very happy with the honesty, the professionalism, and the care Ankur took to make sure the fridge was fixed the right way. Pricing was reasonable. We'll absolutely use All Appliance Solutions in the future. read more

I'm more than glad to add to the five-star reviews for All Appliance Solutions. I called Saturday evening to have someone come and retrieve my iPhone from the depths of my washing machine (embarrassing, I know. But hey, things happen!). By Sunday mid-day, I was reunited with my phone! Ankur, the technician who helped us, could not have been more professional and helpful. He was able to fix the problem in only a few minutes, with no problem at all. The whole thing only cost $29.95 (the fee that is applied to all services), since there were no additional parts or needed repairs for the machine itself. I could not be more pleased with the service. Ankur (the owner of the company) made the entire transaction easy and really cares about providing quality service at a reasonable and fair price! Thank you! read more

Great experience - used All Appliance Solutions to get our refrigerator water dispenser repaired. Receptionist was really friendly and helpful. They were able to come out quickly and accommodate later appointment hours and Saturdays which is appreciated by people who work full time. They fixed our refrigerator, ordered the part we needed quickly, and were very reasonably priced. Very smooth, easy process. read more

They came out same day appointment. Diagnosed the problem on a Friday. Ordered the part and came back Monday to do repair. Polite, professional, respectful of animals, knowledgeable, and efficient. Reasonable price and will call again. read more

I can't add much to the kind of outstanding service Ankur provided to the the other reviewers. My oven had stopped working. I knew the fuse(s) had blown but I could not move the heavy appliance so I called AAS. Ankur came in and simply opened up a couple of panels and fixed things in jiffy. My wife then mentioned a problem with our leaking Washer machine and he fixed that, too, saving us a ton of money! Amazing service. read more

I called at noon and received same day appointment. Received a call 30 mins prior to arrival. They diagnosed, replaced the part, and were back out the door in 45 mins. I think the price was reasonable but don't even care! Their great customer service and friendly technicians have won me over... Won't hesitate to call these guys again next time we have an issue with our appliances! Thank you for making it look easy! read more

Called for repair on our oven. Repairman showed up late for the appointment after we had to call the office. He told us he could fix the oven and we never heard from him again. We called the office to follow up and they said the repairman told them our issue was not repairable. Horrible service. Seems like they have their friends writing good Yelp reviews for them to inflate their ratings and somehow the real ones with issues with this repairman get buried or removed. read more

Great company. Ankur came out same day and diagnosed the problem with our dishwasher as well as helped us with our refrigerator. Very honest and I recommend them highly. read more

Great service! Had a dishwasher that needed repair and the technician told us that it wasn't worth having fixed since our dishwasher was old and we could purchase a new one for cheaper. We appreciated his honesty and professionalism. We definitely recommend All Appliance Solutions! read more

No one plans for a leaky washing machine. I called them and Ankur was at my house within 60 minutes. Since my Maytag washing machine is 30 years old, it took about a week to get the needed parts. Ankur came back with the parts on a Saturday and installed them. Before he left he gave me maintenance advice on the care of some of my appliances. He also did a quick repair of my ice machine at no charge. They have just become my go to repair service. read more

What a great company! My husband called this company to install our new dishwasher. The two technicians came on time, they even called ahead to let me know they were coming. They explained each step of the install and were very patient in answering my questions. Their demeanor and attitude were also very professional. On a side note, my husband called two other companies to schedule the install, with each call, he was told to leave a message. Both companies never called back. All Appliance Solutions was the only company that called back immediately. Great job guys! read more

Update: I get it, that no one likes criticism. Reviews on Yelp are reviews to help providers see their service based upon the customers prospective and other customers to ask the correct questions based upon others experience. The service provider can choose to continue to conduct business in the current method or adjust their business model.. unfortunately the company's response actually confirms they do not want change their business practices but defend it. Which is fine. The company performed service at the same rental property approx 2-3 yrs ago. No service fee was mentioned at that that time. That means they were willing to go beyond x distance before but not now and upfront knowledge to customers wasn't necessary. I would have chosen someone else. Also the frig repair was near Fair oaks mall not Aldi (bad record keeping). They did not communicate that they would return within 10 days if it was an appliance issue. All that was conveyed at the time was it is a plumbing problem pay me because I came to look at it. Why would the service provider be called back if given the impression that it's not their problem and the possibility of another 89 charge if they determined it was not their issue again. I was able resolve the issue with another provider via the phone. No charge!! ----------------- I have used this company based upon my first experience. I think like so many companies become successful and become greedy. I called them to repair my frig. They needed a part which was very expensive. I needed fridge fixed I agreed. Before the work was performed I check websites for the price and discovered this company has a big markup. My husband said if they do good work. Let's get it done. Several months later my rental property had a problem the frig. No water was being dispensed. Note this company had in the past repaired a dishwasher at my rental. I was not charged a higher service fee. The office said they charge 69.95. Service fee. Again the voice said if they do a good job it was ok to pay more then some of the other companies I set an appointment. The tenants was there. The technician arrived and said there was no water going into the fridge. Since I was the second owner I wasn't sure where it could have been shut off from. The technician said it's a plumbing problem and requested service fee to look at the issue. This where everything went wrong. He said 89.95 was the service fee where the office indicated it would be 69.95 at the time of schedule. He said he will have to talk to his office because they said wrong amount. He charges more more Mclean ... Because he had to sit traffic. Tell me where in northern va does somebody not sit in traffic. He agreed to charge me 69.95. Now I called the plumber. I was present this time. Guess what there was water in the pipe. I fiddled with the filter and water did come through but only a drizzle. The plumber said the problem was the frig. I was really upset because now I have to call an appliance repair person again. I would have liked to give this company a zero star NEVER using this company again. I had one company who didn't repair the my frig brand try to help trouble shoot on the phone. All this company wanted to do was to get fremoney read more

My landlord reached out to this place twice when our washer broke down twice. Ankur phoned us prior to schedule a time to come out. He diagnosed the problem and recommended to replace the washer since it was an outdated unit even though we didn't replace it. Regardless, he managed to fix our washer twice. Ankur was extremely professional throughout the process and I cant thank him and his partner enough along with excellent repair service. Would recommend him to anyone in the area. read more

All Appliance Solutions has a coupon on their site that gives you $55 off any complete repair. When I called to make the appointment, they said the service call would be $149. I told them that the pulley on our Whirlpool dryer is bad and needs replacing... they replaced the pulley and charged me $179 for the repair. I handed him the coupon, he said that they already took the $55 off the service call and that is why the service call was $149. No one ever said the service call was $204 minus the coupon? He also said that they, the company, needs to make money too. I don't recommend any company that isn't honest. read more

I really appreciate the next day service. The tech was able to repair my LG refrigerator that day. They didn't try to sell me anything. They were able to fix the defrosting issue without any parts, so it was just the cost of the service visit. I definitely recommend. read more

Have you ever found a service tech or other tradesperson that was so awesome that you were almost afraid to let everyone else know? Yeah, that would by Ankur, owner of All Appliance Solutions. I have an older built-in refrigerator that is a complete lemon. Replacing it would cost a fortune, so I have had it repaired more times than I can count, using half a dozen different companies over the last 7 years. Ankur is the only reason it is running now. He is an extremely knowledgeable and polite young man and his service is fantastic. His rates are also far more reasonable than the other repair services I have used. He is now my go to guy for all things refrigeration, including AC. read more

Great service - they were on time, friendly and knowledgable. We had a whirlpool dryer stop working and it was diagnosed and fixed in 30 mins. I called on a Saturday and was able to schedule the appointment for Monday!! Many thanks !!! read more

I have nothing but fantastic things to say about this company! My husband called on a Saturday evening after our dryer completely stopped working, and Ankur was here early Monday morning. It turned out that we needed a new motor, but he had that ordered and installed within two days. -- Extremely friendly and professional service, very responsive, and very fair pricing. I will be calling them for any needs I have in the future. UPDATE: The heating element stopped working on my oven a day before I had family coming to stay with us for my daughter's first birthday party, and they came out to fix it immediately. They worked around my work schedule, brought everything they needed, and had my oven working properly within 15 minutes. I will continue to call them for all of my repair needs!!! read more

I just had my washer fixed by Ankur. I called yesterday after reading the reviews on Yelp. I woke up to my washer overflowing. I called a company who said they could come in the afternoon but after getting to work and reading reviews of them on Yelp, I cancelled them quickly and booked with All Appliance because of their positive reviews. Ankur called before he came and I met him. He quickly diagnosed the problem, but unfortunately due to the age of the washer, had to order parts. He came back today and fixed the washer in no time. He stayed while I started a load to make sure the problem was resolved. He was so pleasant, showed me the main part replaced and explained what it does. I would totally recommend him and the company. read more

This review is not in regards to the repair of a appliance because the service never took place. Called on Sunday to ask about a microwave installation. Was told they do appliance installations and the cost. I proceeded to schedule an appointment and rearrange schedules so someone could be home. Received a call from Ankur 1.5 hours prior to the scheduled appt. who asked what I needed to have done and quoted me more than double what I was initially told. When I questioned the cost I was told the receptionist doesn't really know. I was annoyed and perplexed with that response how can you have someone representing your company give out incorrect information? My rating is for the poor client experience. read more

I will definitely be putting All Appliance Solutions on my list of go-to vendors for home repair. My freezer was leaking water onto the floor due to a frozen water line in the refrigerator. After seeing all the positive reviews on yelp, I called All Appliance Solutions on a Wednesday morning. I was told I could have a 5pm-8pm slot that evening. Ankur was able to get rid of the ice buildup and flush the line quite quickly. He also made an adjustment to the back of the unit that he said would prevent it from happening again, which I appreciate. Within 45 minutes everything was fixed. Ankur was thorough, professional, and clearly was able to fit me in late the same day I called. It's refreshing to find a knowledgable, prompt service tech that you can rely on when your appliances are on the fritz. read more

My dishwasher died and I called the store that installed it for repairs. They are pretty good, but wouldn't be able to come out for a week. I checked around and saw All Appliance Solutions on Yelp with all 5 star reviews and gave them a call. They were able to come out the next day at half the visit cost. Long story made short, all the 5 star reviews are accurate. Ankur is reliable, honest, professional and very competent. Also, the woman that schedules the visit is pleasant and professional. All Appliance Solutions is exceptional. I made sure to keep the number in several places because no matter what breaks, they are the people to call. read more

Glad I selected these guys. $70 service call charge which applies to cost of repairs if needed. In my case, my microwave, which indicated a shorted keyboard, only needed to be reset. So glad I didn't go with Sears Home Service, whose service call fee is $250!! read more

Promptly came out to the house for my service call. Very professional, not freaked out by my bazillion kids. The technician could have easily charged me for a costly repair but instead he gave me good advice that it would be more cost effective to replace the refrigerator read more

After having dealt with a repairman from another repair company who was late, rude and unprofessional, I contacted All Appliance Solutions. Ankur came out the same day. He evaluated our machine and determined that the cost of repair was almost as much as the cost of replacement. We really appreciated his honesty. Additionally, he spent extra time with us giving tips and pointers regarding selecting a new machine and care/maintenance of a new machine and our existing dryer. He only charged us the cost of a service call - less than $50. Not only will I hire Ankur again, I will refer him to everyone I know who needs his services. read more

I called to get an appointment right before Memorial Day weekend and they promptly came out to see me on that Friday afternoon. Our technician, Ankur, was very professional and quickly assessed the issues on three of our kitchen appliances. Ankur offered advice on a couple of issues and even explained how we could take care of one repair on our own. I would definitely recommend this company. read more

Very pleased. Have had nothing but rip-off artists in the past, so wasn't expecting much. I read reviews of several companies here on Yelp and decided to go with All Appliance. Called Saturday afternoon about our dryer (according to my husband, one of the belt parts had fallen off). They came out at 8 p.m. Fixed it and took the online coupon - total cost for a Saturday night, including repair and to come out: $55. Couldn't ask for more. read more

Add us to the list of completely satisfied customers. Recently the motor/pump in our dishwasher gave out. We called late on a Friday afternoon, and Ankur was there the next day. He had the problem diagnosed in just a few minutes, and he returned on the next business day with a replacement factory part. Start to finish on the second day *might* have been 30 minutes. He was extremely polite and courteous, and he knew the job. Total cost was significantly less than replacing the dishwasher with a comparable model. We were extremely pleased, and we know who we'll call for any future appliance issues. Thanks AAS! read more
