I walked away with a business card and some info about their additional services available. Later that afternoon, I called Ship District back to learn more about their extra services and they had all the help I was in desperate need of! Even though it was later in the day, the guys miraculously were able to get my stuff and coordinate packing and shipping for me. Not to mention, affordable and tailored to my budget. I'll never forget the great service I received from Cruz and his team and highly recommend their services to anyone! Super professional and courteous.

He arrived at 7:45 AM with three young men who were very polite, but clearly had no experience. By the late afternoon, the truck still wasn't loaded. He called and said he was going to add an additional person because they were running behind. To my great surprise a 60 something-year-old woman knocked on my door. She was very kind but I was confused why she was there. She said that she knew the owner from church and she was here to help me move! He charged $50 an hour extra to have a mature woman from his church help me move. None of them had much experience if any and items were damaged. At midnight, my neighbors called the police (picture attached) as they were making too much noise. I text him and he said well you've been doing it for the last couple hours. Can't you just quietly keep going, I said you should have known as an owner of a moving company. He didn't care and then said, " do you want us to finish the move? You're already $3000 more than what we quoted.!" I put him on an email with my attorney. He completely ignored the attorneys email, didn't finish the move and then ran my credit card for $3000 more than the quote said. My attorney is now taking over this, but I'm sharing this as no one should hire these guys.

RUDE and disappointing to say the least . Especially From the Owner Liandra and also the older Veterano guy that would give these rude faces . I asked just wanted to express myself without yelling or no cursing, and she Went from 0 to 300 mph ! Horrible Service , I expected more . Especially paying nearly $400.00 for a mailbox . She does NOT Value Her customers ... Just Go to Google Reviews and You will see there as well ! The only reason Why I did not give a 1 star Review some of the employees including her Son Gabriel were ALWAYS.......very nice and pleasant . I was at postal annex la habra for 8 years . It was for a Reason until they closed down . They had great service ! I had been to a couple of other mailbox center that that were good too . By far this was one PAK Mail LA habra was the worse . DO NOT USE! BEWARE of Liandra ! she is fake and phony as they get ! DO NOT LEAVE A TIP EITHER , its just disingenous show ! A smoke screen ! The only reason why I tried this place was because they are mom-and-pop . I genuinely like to support mom and pop businesses . I even wanted to try to net work with them, Which was taken out of context . Anyways I learned what Not To do , and I am Happy with my new mailbox center service So far.

ALEX IS A LITERAL ANGEL SENT DOWN FROM HEAVEN…read more I had the most wonderful experience with Alex and his uncle Robert. The two had stellar customer service. From beginning to end, it was a pleasure to hire Alex and Robert as our movers. And they are so reasonably priced! My family and I were looking for movers to help disassemble a bed and move some items from my elderly fathers room into the garage. We were planning to make the room more functional and safe for my father so we needed to move/clear things from the bedroom to the garage and vice versa. I started with quotes on Yelp and Alex provided such a reasonable quote that I had to hire him! Alex was incredibly friendly, polite, and responsive during every correspondence. Alex and Robert arrived to the house ready to go. They were both strong, quick, and efficient. They had great communication skills and were so incredibly accommodating. They did such a fantastic job working with my chaotic Filipino family and receiving unsolicited feedback from random uncles/aunts and being spoken to in a foreign language by my grandma haha They were so incredibly patient and went above and beyond! They finished early and even helped us with tasks that were outside of their scope. Not only were they a pleasure to have as movers, but we truly enjoyed interacting, chitchatting, and joking around with them! Truly the BEST experience I've had hiring someone. I HIGHLY recommend Goodbye Hello Movers!! I hope to work with them again in the future and I know my family will continue to hire them for all our moving needs.
