10/10. Easy to schedule, affordable, quick and friendly service. Omar has helped me out on multiple occasions before and after moving houses, remodeling and post spring-cleaning home purges. He and his crew are so respectful and non-judgmental. I highly, highly recommend them and I will continue using their services whenever I need to. read more

Very good price for junk removal and showed up on time. Worked very quickly to remove everything.

They were a pleasure to deal with. They hauled away my piano at a very reasonable price, and getting the estimate and scheduling was a breeze. Thanks Nova Junk!! read more

Nova Junk was great! I submitted a request for quote on a Sunday, not expecting to get a response until Monday. However I had a response, quote, and scheduled pick-up on Sunday afternoon. They provided a time block on Monday to come pickup my old lumber. On Monday, they called about 30 minutes before their arrival, to let me know they were on their way. (They arrived in the earliest part of the time window they provided on Sunday). Three men showed up, and got straight to work. They had everything loaded in about 40 minutes and they were gone. They were all polite and professional. read more

Carlos and his 3 helpers did a great job clearing out our third floor storage area! Carlos was professional and all were polite and courteous. I also love the fact that they donate any usable items. read more

Omar and Jose showed up 24 hours after I called for an emergency pick up prior to a move that was scheduled two days out. They removed a mold exposed bed , a large IKEA bookshelf, and a small side cabinet with skill, speed, and professionalism, and they treated me with the utmost courtesy and respect. They also showed up a few minutes early, allowing me to to attend an important family gathering for a military service member and alleviated a major stressor for me. The rate they charged was competitive, and there were NO up charges or hidden fees. I would happily use NOVA Junk Removal again and highly recommend them to anyone. read more

Outstanding responsiveness and customer service. The owner responded to my request for a quote immediately and arranged for the pickup of a mattress the next morning. The crew called 30 minutes before arriving, arrived right on time, and removed the heavy mattress. They were extremely careful of home furnishing while removing the mattress. I would highly recommend them and will be using them for future projects. read more

Nova Junk, call me 30 minutes before they arrived to let me know they were coming. They were prompt and efficient. We had about a truck and 1/2 of sofas, mattresses, dressers, old computers, chairs and TV's. They showed up with three trucks and were in and out with in 30 minutes. They were all polite and respectful, each one wore a mask and we couldn't be happier with their service. The price was the same as the online quote. We will definitely use them again. read more

We needed a massive safe removed from our house that the previous owners left behind. Given it's weight and location in the basement, it was a bit problematic, especially given that it likely would have damaged the stairs. Nova Junk dismantled the safe and sawed it into pieces, safely getting it out of basement with no damage to the property and to their backs. We're so grateful, thank you! They're schedule was flexible and their quote was competitive with others on the same caliber. read more

I contacted NOVA Junk Removal because they have excellent review records on web. They surely stand out in this business. They show up on time, courteous, efficient and careful. The price is reasonable as well. Highly recommended and I will use them again if needed. read more

I cannot say enough good things about NOVA Junk -- the woman who gave me a quote on the phone was courteous, professional, understanding of my concerns and very accommodating. The movers called us 30 minutes before they arrived and showed up within the stated delivery window wearing masks and keeping their personal distance, which was much appreciated. We asked them to take a few more items than we mentioned during the initial quote and they were happy to oblige after giving us another extremely reasonable quote. We asked them if we could also pay them to move our heavy couch into our moving truck and they were happy to do so, even going so far as to help us remove the legs and get it into the actual truck itself. He asked if I had a screwdriver and I did, but not to worry if not because he would bring up his own. One of them mentioned that we were right to ask them to help with it, because it would have been very difficult for us. Truly consummate professionals. If you are in the DMV and need furniture removed absolutely call this company -- it was the most painless part of my moving process and I cannot recommend them enough. read more

Great experience with Nova Junk. I messaged them on Yelp and received a prompt response from Norman. The quote was consistent with two other companies I messaged but Nova Junk was the only place that had an option of donating my furniture instead of taking it straight to the dump. They were also running a $10 off promo, and I do love discounts. Nova Junk was able to accommodate my busy work schedule and we set up an early morning pick up time. The guys called me 30 minutes before arrival and were super prompt and efficient. They were also attentive and careful with our newly painted walls and clean carpets, much appreciated! Will definitely use Nova Junk again. read more

The team was given an incorrect address for our location, so it took a few phone calls for them to find us. Upon arrival, there was some confusion about the price. We worked it out, although we ended up paying a little more than the email estimate (despite being clear in the estimate about the sizes of the items that were being picked up). After they had left, I realized there was an issue with our gate that hadn't been there before. The team later denied accidentally hitting the gate with our heavy table. Fortunately, the gate was an easy fix for our property manager. They've offered us a $50 credit for future work, though I can't imagine any need for this service in the near future. read more

These guys deliver! Omar and his crew came right on time and immediately got to work. We asked for a full truck and they were able to store everything we wanted to throw out in a quick and efficient manner. They also were extremely personable and easy going as my sons and dog kept getting in their way throughout the job but they did not care one bit. Will definitely use them again whenever I need to get ride of my junk! 5 star service! read more

Same day pickup. Good price. No hassle. Picked up on a Saturday within two hours. Works for me.

Nova Junk is a great company for junk removal. I emailed pictures of what I needed removed and they sent a guaranteed quote back within minutes. Scheduling was simple and they were available exactly when I needed them. On the day of pick up, they arrived right on time and had my table and chairs removed within ten minutes. The employees who came to my house were professional, efficient and friendly. I would definitely recommend Nova Junk. read more

I had a lot of junk from a bathroom remodel. They provided an accurate estimate over the phone with pictures and showed up on time. Confirmed price and got rid of the junk. They were very friendly and fast. Price was great. Thank you! read more

These guys are great!! You can call 5-6 companies and try to save $20. But why? They show up on time, perform the work as described, and leave. I've used them 2x in the past 45 days. Will be using them again in the next 30 days. read more

I can most happily recommend Nova for their removal service. They arrived on time and went directly to work. The crew was very professional, and worked quickly. I had used another removal service in the past, but Nova was heads above in the quality of service they performed! They get my highest recommendation! read more

The crew was efficient and professional! My job was small - emptying a few items from my garage, but I will definitely give them my business the next time I need to discard of old items! Also, the price was the best in town ($185)! read more

NOVA Junk came to our office today and helped clear out years of accumulated junk. They were amazing! They were friendly, professional and extremely helpful and all for a very reasonable price. They arrived when they said would. They worked as quickly and as quietly as they could. It was a very pleasant experience. They were courteous, friendly and efficient. A very good price for the scope of work, arrived on time and left the area clean. Highly recommended!

Great people and extremely professional. Responded quickly with a quote and I setup a date for pickup about a month later. Their folks called before arrival and were quick and extremely professional (and careful) when removing the items from my house. Definitely recommend them. read more

Very efficient and great service! They came on time and completed their job very quickly and efficiently.

Excellent service from getting the quote to junk removal. Crew was prompt, professional and careful not to damage walls. I would recommend

I had a few items that have been sitting around my apartment forever. They were too heavy for me to carry down 4 flights of stairs. Also a queen size box spring and bed rails. I requested a general quote and got responses from 5 companies. NOVA Junk was the highest. I wanted to use them because of their great ratings. I contacted them and we were able to come to a price agreement and schedule a time. Omar came with a couple other guys after to calling to give me a head's up they were on their way. I pointed out the items and they had them out in about 5-10 minutes. They were very professional and wore masks. When I paid with a card, Omar was very careful not to touch it. The only things they touched were the things they took. I was going to give 4 stars because of the price. I know there is more to it than just picking it up but it seemed excessive for what took 5 minutes. But good service is very important to me and I agreed to it ahead of time. If you are willing to pay for reliability and professionalism this is the company for you. read more

Nova Junk made my life so much easier! I got a very fair quote and scheduled a pickup. I was given a 4 hour window, and got a phone call only a few minutes into that window that the team was on their way. The three gentlemen who showed up were extremely kind and courteous. And when I asked if it was possible to include an additional mattress, they took it without charging extra. Within 15 minutes, two mattresses, a boxspring, a very heavy dresser, and a table were finally out of my life for good. Excellent service and excellent people! read more

The guys from Nova Junk were great. Communication was excellent from start to finish. They were on time, took great care removing my items, and generally made the experience quick and easy. I'll be using them again. read more

These guys are awesome! Within a couple of hours of submitting my quote request, I received a response with a very reasonable estimate to have several items removed from my home. The crew arrived right on time and took all of five minutes to remove the items. Best of all, it ended up costing less than what I was quoted. I would absolutely use Nova Junk again in the future! read more

Fast, courteous, and thorough. Alex and his crew did a really good job of demolishing a wood shed and removing other junk from my house. Reasonable and competitive pricing from the owner, Norman, who is very responsive. Recommend this company for junk removal. read more

Very quick turn around, was able to schedule the pickup and arrange everything right here on yelp. Will definitely use their services again.

Professional, courteous and get the job done fast. Hard to argue with the service at NOVA junk. Here are a few more details: I had a really old TV and a couple of broken chairs to get rid of so I called a few junk removal companies in the area. After talking with a couple of sketchy-sounding companies I called NOVA Junk and it was like a breath of fresh air. The gentleman on the phone was very professional and quoted me a price that was 10-15% lower than other companies I called. We booked a two hour window for the next day and they said they'd call me about a half hour before. I received the call about half-way through the window and the three person crew arrived to remove the stuff. They took care of it in about 5 minutes and were very professional. The only tiny ding I'll give them is that their credit card machine was "not working today" so I had to write them a check. Not a big deal but could have been if I didn't have the alternate form of payment. Still, this is a very minor complaint and they did a great job overall. read more

It's no wonder these guys get FIVE STARS from EVERYONE...they're friendly, professional and reasonably priced. Talk about hassle-free. I called, made an appointment, and they showed up on time! They were in and out in 10 minutes. Now if we can only get them to go into the cable business or do lawn work or any of the other businesses that tell you one thing and do another. THESE FOLKS ARE GREAT. We're already planning our next trash toss! read more

Hopping on the bandwagon and giving this business another well deserved 5-stars. We had a lot of large furniture that we needed to get rid of quickly. I called in the day before and was able to get an appointment for the next morning. Crew of two came early within the 2-hour timeframe with a quarter of the truck already full. They originally estimated that the whole lot would take more than one trip. However, the workers did an excellent job at breaking our sturdy IKEA furniture down and packing everything in tight. They were able to squeeze everything into that one truck load! Bottom line - this business is professional, quick and reasonably priced. We saved over a hundred bucks compared to what another company had quoted is for. read more

So I'm going to echo what everyone else here has said- communicative, efficient, and reasonably priced. I needed a shed demo'd in two days time. I got four estimates, NOVA Junk Removal was the best price and they were the easiest to communicate with. Norman was great about getting back to me, confirming dates/times, and sending me invoices. The work was done in 2 hours. The site was clean. Everything exceeded my expectations. I could pay with a credit card (always a plus!). I would highly recommend them for this type of work. read more

We had a large 8 seater hot tub in our backyard that has seen better days, and needed to be removed. After calling multiple junk removal companies (that were extremely overpriced) we discovered Nova Junk. They made it very confident to contact them, via email and attached picture. Norman got back to us with a set price, with no hidden or additional fees. Their team came out that week to remove the hot tub. The team of men that came out here were amazing. They were able to breakdown the hot tub for removal and cleaned up all the debris. These guys were fantastic. I high recommend them, and we will continue to use them again. read more

Very professional, prompt and courteous. We recently removed over a dozen smaller trees from our yard and needed them taken away. The man that come out to give us an estimate quoted a 3/4 truck, but when all was said and done we filled a truck. However, they charged us the 3/4 truck price as per our estimate without question. The crew was fast and very polite; we will definitely be calling them again. read more

Prompt service - called and had an appointment the next day! Fair pricing - the removal total was the price quoted and appropriate. Timely - they arrived at the front end of the appointment window which freed up my afternoon. Courteous - the guys who came were very respectful, wore masks and gloves, and treated my property with care. Recommendation - I highly recommend their services! read more

The customer service from NOVA Junk Removal was outstanding. They were prompt with communication and were very helpful in rescheduling when the snow interfered with our backyard removal work. The staff were incredibly friendly and arrived right away at the beginning of our appointment window. The fee structure displayed on the website was consistent with the quote offered when they arrived and it was a great experience. I would highly recommend them for any junk removal jobs. read more

I messaged them on yelp and Mr.Norman replied almost the very next minute. His quote was very reasonable and I totally appreciate his prompt service. We had furnitures and yard waste.
