He called the day of the appointment and said they needed more notice even though it had been over a week since I booked the service through their website for the services they addressed in their quote. My coworker told him he had to ask me about rescheduling and they weren't on the line when I picked up. They never called back so I called them. They offered to come back the next day and I said ok. He showed up the next day and tried to increase the quote because nothing was staged for them to pick up. Never a part of the quote or discussed when the quote was handled. I addressed it with him and he proceeded to argue with me about it. I sent him and his helpers on their way. I've used other haulers that show up when they're supposed to and don't bicker about things not being staged and try to charge you more. I was looking forward to getting junk removed today and it didn't happen because of unprofessionalism from the owner himself. We'll get it removed elsewhere. I'm reading bad reviews here and seeing his responses and they're funny because he's calling out his own customers to make it out to be their fault instead of learning from his mistakes.
