Solid company. To start with, they were substantially cheaper than the competition. Great customer service too. I inadvertently mislead them about the weight of my items, so they only sent out one person -- which wasn't doable. So they graciously agreed to come back the next day, and even put the stuff outside so that I wouldn't have to be here. Will definitely use these guys again! read more

Excellent experience! Contact was fast, pricing was very reasonable, especially for the time frame. Employees were all very friendly. Drop off and pick up were at my convenience. Made the project in my home much easier. Highly recommend! read more

Nova junk is the best. We needed our garage, storage shed and attic cleaned out as we are moving out of our current home. They were very efficient and fast. I scheduled an appointment about 3 days and they were on time, followed direction and we were happy with the service from start to finish. Btw, their price was listed on their website including the truck size, load etc., and they followed through. Very reasonable price. I highly recommend them. read more

I'm not a big reviewer, but I can't say enough good things about this business. I undertook demolition of a wall for a kitchen remodel which turned into way more trash than I could have imagined. As the debris and trash piled up, I knew I needed help. I looked through Yelp and found NOVA Junk. They were super responsive through Yelp with a quote, flexible with scheduling so I knew I'd be done with demo in time to have them take it all, great communication to let me know when they were coming, and did quick and excellent work when they came. All the workers were friendly and worked very hard. They came within the first half hour of the hour and a half window they gave and finished in less than 45 minutes! They were flexible with the amount that I needed hauled and got it all. I'm super happy with them and would definitely use them again! read more

Came when they said they would, and for a last-minute request midmorning Saturday.

They were amazing! Super nice and professional and fun. It was a very tough job. I cleaned out my father's house who is a bit of a hoarder. After filling up two 14 foot trucks and having to break down a shed, dog house and other structure in the backyard they worked their asses off. I would certainly recommend them to anyone. I am very happy I called them. The positive Yelp reviews helped me make that choice, but they sealed the deal with the excellent job they did. They even hemmed me move some heavy boxes to another room which isn't even required. Thanks guys!!! Libby read more

Omar and the guys are the truth. Quick, efficient, and careful. Would recommend 10/10

I needed attic and storage shed clean out quickly (moving out of my current home and time was of utmost importance). I called Nova Junk on Wednesday and spoke with Norman. He was kind and understanding and set up service for Friday. He called me back in a few minutes and said there was impending snow in the forecast so they might need to change the date or time. Since I was on a tight move schedule (the following Monday) and had packers and movers coming Saturday and Sunday, I explained to Norman and apologized telling him I would have to look elsewhere for this service since I couldn't take the chance of not getting the work done this week. Again, in a few minutes he called me back and asked if the work could be done the next day (Thursday) which I immediately and happily accepted. He told me they would arrive between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m.. I was very happy and so pleased that Norman did everything possible to get me on their schedule within my short timeframe. Thursday morning, I received a call from Norman asking if they could come in 30 minutes....this was around 8 a.m.. Again, I was so pleased...the earlier the better!! When they arrived, the sent 2 trucks and 2 crews. My storage shed, my attic, and the front porch (full of boxes) was completely cleaned out (in under an hour and a half)....not just the junk, but they cleaned so well there was not one spot of dust, debris, leaves, dirt, or anything. Although my house is older and the shed is at least 20 years old, they now look brand new! Omar and Patrick led the crews and were amazing to work with. Omar may be one of the kindest people I have ever met. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy, there was little disruption to me and everything was clean and tidy before they left. They even made sure the entry foyer and the hall to the entry to the attic were clean as well as the front porch and walk. On top of that, their price was more than fair. Every one of their employees were happy and respectful. That alone says a lot about Nova Junk. If I weren't moving out of the area, I would hire them again without hesitation. The only thing I can do is try to support their wonderful work ethic and hope this review brings them more business. They are truly outstanding. Thank you Norman, Omar and Patrick and to each and every Nova employee who helped!!! You are truly the best! I recommended your company to my realtor in case she has other clients who need your services. I wish you all the best and cannot express how wonderful you all are. read more

I was hesitant to do something I thought I could do myself, but as my stuff started piling up I knew I needed help getting all of my junk out of my house. I corresponded with Norman during the booking process. He was extremely fair and answered all of my questions. I was given a window of 8:30-10:30 and the team showed up right at 8:30, appreciated that so much! Omar and Miguel were the two guys who moved all of my stuff, they were so awesome. When we were done Omar had me check the area and make sure everything was okay, collected payment and that was it! In and out in under 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend NOVA Junk to anybody, I might even use them again. read more

I had a full size bed that was to much for me to transport. NOVA gave me a quote, came on time, and was great with prompt communication. AJ and Jose were friendly, professional, and super efficient. I would definitely recommend the company for hauling. read more

Nour and his team FAR exceed my expectation. They arrived on time, were professional, polite, friendly and got the job done more quickly than I thought they would. This was not an easy project. They removed an old rodent infested hot tub from my back yard. They worked under difficult conditions without complaint. I am a very satisfied and grateful customer and recommend them without hesitation! Tess F. read more

I can't say enough good things about Nova Junk. We hired them to remove an old tv, mattress and box spring, along with a few bags of trash. They provided me a quote within an hour, and were able to schedule a pick up for the very next morning. I was given a window of 7am-10am, and received a phone call that they were en route promptly at 730am. They were here by 8 and only took about 20 minutes to remove everything. The staff were so professional and courteous, and my final cost was exactly the number I was originally quoted (which was MUCH lower than the local competitors). A+ all around for quality and customer service! read more

Quick response. I booked through Yelp and got the whole project scheduled in a few quick messages. Great availability, they schedule me within days of contact. On time professional service and reasonably priced. read more

Super fast, efficient, and very polite service. The gentlemen gave me thirty minutes notice before arrival, showed up right on time, were careful not to bump or damage anything, and were in and out in a flash. Plus, they were super nice. I was on a tight schedule, so called yesterday and they were basically here in 26 hours. I highly recommend them and would (will!) certainly do business with them again! read more

Very courteous, professional, timely and thoughtful! I was a little bit concerned with the atypical nature of some of my things needing removal, but these folks had no problem accommodating everyone of my needs! Highly recommended... Would hire them again in a heartbeat! read more

Omar and Patrick just left our property & they were AMAZING. Punctual, efficient, and courteous throughout the entire process. They even used an electric saw to cut the end off a bed box spring that wouldn't fit down our narrow stairway. I was extremely impressed and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to our nearest & dearest. Thanks guys!! read more

Omar and his crew did a fantastic job of hauling away my unwanted items. They arrived on time and with plenty of guys to help. They were in and out quickly. They were all very courteous, friendly and hard working! I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future:). Thanks Omar read more

Wow, these guys are great. I had a last minute job and they handled it really well. I would definitely recommend :)

These guys arrived on time and worked quickly to remove some old furniture, toys, broken appliances etc. from our home. They were friendly too! They said it would probably be 3/4 a truck load but it was only 1/2 so they gave me the cheaper price. You can't beat that! I will definitely call them again when more junk piles up that I need to get rid of. read more

On time, didn't haggle over a few extra items to remove, easy estimate by sending photos instead of guessing amount, scheduled quickly, 2 emails only and nice guys. read more

Excellent experience with Nova Junk. Setting up the appointment was easy, they showed up on time and were professional and courteous. They cleaned out all of my junk quickly and efficiently. I appreciated that they were taking Covid seriously - everyone was vaxxed and masked. The price was very reasonable. I could not possibly be more satisfied with my experience with Nova Junk. We requested Roland and Javier to help us haul away large furniture for the second time last weekend and my family and I would agree that both gentlemen were extremely professional, responsible, patient, and strategic thinkers. They worked with us (did I mention they were patient?) in a stressful situation and provided ease of mind to my family during a very difficult time. We are beyond grateful for their help, and will absolutely request them in the future. In fact, my family members all asked me for their names and the company name! read more

Overall, great experience. Requested a quote through Yelp and decided on them because they had the fastest response time to any of my requests to companies (including through phone and text). Turned out to be a great move. Scheduling was no hassle, Omar called about a half hour before they showed up, showed up early in the time window I was scheduled for, moved out my washer in a minute, and took credit cards. Very easy and low stress. Would happily use them again. read more

I've used Nova Junk three times and I can't say enough about the customer service and expediency in removing my unwanted furniture and trash. They are always prompt in their responsiveness, check in before they arrive and have always arrived within the estimated window. They bring enough team members to get the job done and make it as quick as possible. They followed all safety protocols you could hope for during COVID while being in my home. Their pricing is extremely reasonable based on the scope of the job and the quality of the service. read more

Super fast and easy. I asked for a quote via Yelp, they were timely in providing one and it was cheaper then any other company that provided me with a quote. They called me a half hour before to let me know they would be early. They were super quick and charged me exactly what the quote says. There is a reason they have a 5 star rating. read more

Had a whole bedroom set and box spring that needed to go. Price was consistent with other companies I contacted but removal came without any further stipulations like the furniture needing to be in good shape or needing to already be moved to the first floor. They provided a window for pickup but were able to come out earlier and gave me plenty of heads up. Team worked quick and were very friendly! Totally worth it! read more

This company is great, fast and professional. I honestly didnt believe the reviews when I first read them, but from the quote process, to communicating, to the pick up time- No Va came through with flying colors. They were the first to respond with the best price. They gave me a quick schedule time, and they arrived at the earliest point, which freed me up for the rest of my morning. I will always use them, and recommend them. I was very impressed. read more

The nicest people work here. They came to take my mothers fridge away and it hadn't been properly unhooked. They took the time to help us figure out what to do and went way above and beyond what they had to. I moved recently and had over a decade's amount of accumulated junk, including heavy stuff like a treadmill, an exercise bike, and a wine refrigerator that no longer worked. Norman and his team were great. They came within the time frame they were expected and made very quick work of all my junk, including bagging up loose junk that I had since I ran out of energy and time with my impeding move. They were very courteous and very much customer service oriented. I actually filled up two of their trucks (one pre-move and one post-move). They offered to clean up and help me move some of the heavier boxes that were going to be moved as well. I could not have asked for better service, and would use them again (as I already have) without any hesitation. Also, although all my stuff was junk, they do donate stuff to local charities if appropriate, and recycle what they can. read more
