Topped with a rich cream cheese frosting Red Velvet- Sponge is light and moist. Cream cheese frosting is rich and evenly proportioned. Chocolate- Can't go wrong with a classic! I have always loved Nothing Bundt Cakes and still do, but when you need customer service, best of luck to you. I have been on their mailing list for years now, and joined their app when it became available. For whatever reason, someone at some point keyed in Sahwna in their system. I can say that despite the million other names I have been called or written, this is yet another new one. After seeing that my profile had it right, I asked them several times to fix it only to be ignored. I decided to stop by this last week to try their New Fashioned Marble cake, which is delicious by the way. If only it was a permanent flavor. Sadly I didn't make it the day before and my BOGO offer expired, but this was the first day of that cake and so I headed over to pay full price for two, because it's hard to drive all the way over for one. It was a very long morning and took me forever to get there but I went and got that cake and a second flavor. I asked if I could provide my phone number to get my points. The employee told me their wifi was down but that she would print my receipt to scan for points. After waiting, and waiting and watching her randomly pull a half inch of blank paper off the printer several times periodically and waddle them up, she went in the back. She told me that the printer was also not working and that I would need to call in a few hours. Fine. I guess they were still able to take money of course. Later in the evening I called and explained the situation. I was basically told that had I had the card I used linked in the app and used that same one, this wouldn't have been an issue. Oh, sorry, I guess that's my fault. She told me that I would need to come back to the store to get my receipt. Excuse me? It's not close. While she was friendly I was getting tired of it becoming my issue. She asked for my number and texted my receipt in an electronic form. I asked if I could add this in the app and she said that might work. So I try to add it in the app, and naturally it wants me to take a photo of a receipt I can't take a new photo of. I contacted their support and explained my situation and send the electronic version as an attachment. I was told that I would be contacted within two days and to reply to this email if I needed anything. Three days later I wrote again and also replied to that email asking for my missing points since this was not my fault. Still no answer. I wrote again on day four. Still no answer. So basically don't bother contacting their support for anything (two situations for me now) because you will just be blindly ignored, and given two middle fingers, and if their stuff breaks that's your problem. Less points for them to give so you can spend more before getting freebies. read more

I bought the featured assortment of bundt cakes for a small gathering. The flavors were peppermint chocolate, vanilla, strawberries and creme, and confetti. Our group enjoyed them all but our favorites were the strawberries and creme and confetti. However, the peppermint chocolate was a nice surprise. The bundt cakes were very moist even after being in the fridge for a few hours. The frosting was a little sweet, but all in all, a great dessert. Although the taste is just as delicious as I remember it, the size sure has shrunk . They do not need the plastic dome lid any longer because the cake is not at risk of hitting the lid, even with frosting on it. And speaking of the frosting, it was very skimpy. I chose one of each. It didn't take 10 minutes. I couldn't help but to taste one as soon as I got in my car. Holy smokes - they were sooooo freaking good. SERVICE: Unacceptable to start. I called this location off Katella in Orange prior to arriving. I believe it was the assistant manager that answered. I only say this because once I arrived in the store I spoke with the assistant manager as he stated, and it was his voice that I spoke with on the phone prior to arriving to this location. I explained on the phone prior to arriving, that I need two Bundt birthday cakes. I also asked on the phone prior to arriving would it be best TO ORDER ONLINE, ON THE PHONE, OR WALK IN ??? The person on the phone ( assistant manager ) said it's best to just walk in. I said oh okay thank you on my way. Now when arriving at this location at 3:25 pm and they close at 4pm. I ordered two bunt birthday cakes and as I'm ordering the cashier states because it's late we can't wrap your birthday cakes. I explained when I called prior to arriving the person on the phone should have kindly explained " IF YOU COME AT 3:25 pm WE WILL NOT PREPARE YOUR BIRTHDAY DECORATIONS FOR YOUR BUNDT CAKE " That way I could have planned to walk in sooner. I was heading to a birthday party so I stopped on the way not knowing they would not prepare the birthday Bundt cakes for you. Considering how much money you pay for these two birthday bunt cakes ,,, it would be the proper thing is to prepare the decorations for your well paying customer. I was not prepared to set up all these decorations in my vehicle?!? The cashier stated you have to tape up the sides of the wrapping. So I said well I'm going to stay in this store and decorate these two bunt cakes in the store myself so that I have access to some tape. UNBELIEVABLE AND UNACCEPTABLE ! Especially because I called prior to walking into this store and the manager could have let me know do not come in at no later than 3:25 because you will not get complete service when arriving for your 2 birthday bunt cakes. The closest Nothing Bundt Cakes location to work - I frequent this spot the most when I'm looking to pick up sweet treats for coworkers to celebrate their special milestones. Service is usually good - although I've had service inconsistencies before for instance where there would be a small crowd of customers waiting, and only one clerk up front working. You can hear the chatter in the background. While they may or may not be working you don't know - but it's customer perception too. IF there's a wait, and only one cashier upfront, what IS going on back there when you can hear several people chatting/laughing it up? The store has two registers, so I don't know why the other one wasn't open during rush hour. To save time, order & pay online, pick up in the store. read more

Originally I was going to get a bunch of mini cakes in a plethora of flavors, but I ultimately decided on a two-tiered cake. I visited this store about 2 weeks ago and placed my order, wanted a blue flower thing on top since my friend is having a boy. The guy who assisted me was so sweet and helpful. I ordered, paid for the cake, grabbed a fantastic sample of their Snickerdoodle cake and was out of there within 10 minutes. Day of the pickup, I arrived exactly at 11 when it was supposed to be ready, and it was! Grabbed the cake and was off to the party. Love that this place is hassle free! Why can't everything be this easy? The cake was adorable and a total hit with the guests. Loved the blue puff thing on it, and the cute picture of baby shoes.
