After having lunch nearby I was walking through the Main Place Mall and saw Mrs. Fields, a mainstay of many malls for billions of years. It's located at the entrance of the 2nd floor food court. A couple cookies seemed like a fantastic idea for a post-lunch dessert so I took a look at their offerings. A chocolate chip cookie and another cookie with tiny M&Ms were my choices. The woman at the counter was quite friendly and quickly bagged my cookies. Both were soft, moist and slightly warm. Plenty of chocolate chips in the one and the baby M&Ms in the other were surprisingly softer than expected. I enjoyed both. Prices aren't bad either! read more

I can't believe a half dozen nibbler cookies is nearly $9 now, NOT full size. That's basically $1.50 per tiny cookie! At that point, I might as well grab a whole container of similar-sized cookies from Trader Joe's for $5. I used to love Mrs. Fields and would almost always leave the mall with at least a dozen cookies back when the prices were more reasonable. They even used to have end-of-day specials - if I remember correctly, you could get a dozen for around $6, and I'd happily buy them all the time. I love Mrs. Fields cookies! I always have ever since I was a little kid. They have a perfect crispy edge with a super soft center. There are full sized cookies and nibblers, along with small and medium decorated cookie cups, and brownies. There's also drinks. Really no matter what you get, it's going to be delicious. read more

This always hits the spot. The food looks so fresh and so soft. I love it. The only thing is that they still don't take any "tap and pay" so come with your card or cash. COOKIES FTW! I am obsessed with cookies! I need my cookie fix at least once a week! Whether it's from Mrs. Fields or somewhere else, I have to have cookies! I'm a sucker for very soft cookies! Mrs. Fields comes through for me! I've only had one bad batch of cookies from Mrs. Fields, that's not bad considering I go on a monthly basis. My favorites are the PB and the Sugar Cookies (one has frosting and one is just butter sugar both are delicious!) Sometimes they do run out of nibblers early and if you don't want to wait for a fresh batch I will just buy the regular sized ones. I don't have any problems with the staff, they are nice and literally doing it all! Ringing people up, making the cookies and stocking the cases! I wish we had one closer but I can't be picky! I'm trying to watch what I eat, and Mrs. Fields cookies is not on the approved list, but dang, I couldn't resist having a frosted sugar cookie the other day. I wasn't let down. It was so soft that it melted in my mouth. The best! I've actually been visiting this particular Mrs. Fields cookies for years. I love the small bit cookies but have also ordered a few large celebratory cookies over the years. They are always just about perfect. Towards the end of the night, you can tell some of the cookies may have been sitting there all day, but I would say it's only noticeable when the mall is open late. The service is what you expect, I wouldn't call it stellar, but it is efficient and I can't remember ever seeing nobody in the front ready to take my order. As for COVID-19 adjustments, they are wearing masks and gloves, although I think they've always been wearing gloves. After reading a few of their reviews, I called to make sure that they didn't stop baking at 5pm! The girl working told me they stop around 6:30ish so hope that still applies. I haven't had Mrs. Fields in a while and just had the sudden urge and craving for white chocolate chip cookies, the mini bites. It is sad to say that it isn't the same anymore (post 2000's era). Their cookies are soooooo thin. For the price of a dozen for $9. So sad. I would rather just buy a pack or bucket of cookies or make them myself. Great experience here yesterday. I was in a bind and had forgotten to order my daughter's cookie cake for her birthday party! I called a local cookie place and they said they needed 48 hrs. notice. I called Mrs. Fields, and they said they could have it ready in 20 minutes! Wow! They asked me the colors, and what I wanted written on it, all over the phone. I picked up the cookie later that day, and it was perfect. Ready on time, no errors, and it was so cute! It was about $35 out the door, but we served about 15 people, and had half leftover. At almost $1 per each mini cookie, I expect a great cookie! My kids at 5, disliked one (the double chocolate). They took one small bite and asked if they can exchange that one cookie. They said no. Went to the shop inside Santa Ana Mainplace Mall. The week before Valentine's and was looking for 5 heart shaped tins with cookies inside as seen on their Website. Firstly, the girl that was there (Sat am) was clueless as to why they didn't carry the heart shaped tins.. Wtf! The week before Valentine's and they don't carry that.. First strike. We were at the mall the other night and it was about 8:40pm (they close at 9pm) and we were headed back to the car when I wanted to stop and get some of my favorite cookies. I walk up and see my favorite (white chocolate macadamia minis) I turn around to ask my 4 year old son if he wanted a milk and turn back around and the entire case was almost empty (aside from some brownies)! They still had 20 minutes before they closed so I asked the gentleman (named Tyler) if that was all they had and if I could get 6 of the mini cookies that I had just seen and he said no this is all I have.. I'd hate to give a bad review because these cookies are delicious, but this location has the worst service I have ever experienced. Don't expect to be greeted when you walk up to the counter, the associate will bluntly ask you want you want and charge you as fast as possible; without so much as eye contact. Every time I come, they are out of milk chocolate nibblers (which are their best sellers..you'd think they would bake more when the noticed they're starting to run low).
