We arrived ar the bakery and step in and we look around see thier product in the display. For a bakery with cakes and pastries, I was also a little surprised and wondering how everything stays fresh in that kind of heat. I ended up getting a chocolate chip cookie, a slice of Funfetti cake, and a slice of Grandma's Chocolate Cake. The Funfetti was definitely the standout -- super moist and really good. The chocolate cake was fine, but nothing particularly memorable. I haven't tried the cookie yet, so TBD on that one. When I called to place the order, I was directed to submit it online. I completed the online order and received a text confirmation stating that I would receive a response within two days. After two days passed with no response, I called to follow up and was told that someone would be contacting me regarding my order. Another two days passed without any communication, so I called again to check on the status. At that point, I was informed that my order had never actually been placed because a deposit was required. However, I was never informed of any deposit requirement during the ordering process or in any of the communications I received. I was then told that, unfortunately, the bakery would not be able to make the custom cake. I explained the entire situation and shared how much this cake meant to my father-in-law, as this bakery has been a special place for him over the years. Despite explaining the circumstances, no effort was made to find a solution. As a business owner myself, I understand that mistakes can happen. However, I also believe in doing everything possible to make things right for customers when issues arise. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. Due to the lack of communication, misinformation, and poor customer service, I will not be ordering from this bakery again and cannot recommend it to others.

Probably the least sweet of the three we tried. -Reese's was good but a little overpowering on the peanut butter side. -The coconut is way too sweet. Reminded me of an almond joy without the almond. Cake is a little dry. Frosting helps balance it out but most of them are too sweet. Like how they're small in size so you can sample multiple if you desire without feeling too heavy. Can't speak to service or ambiance since I didn't visit the store.
