Made a stop here because I was in the area getting a car wash. The bread was really dry and had no flavor, and when I say dry like so dry you can't swallow it. The bakery seems very clean because as soon as you open the door you get a strong smell of cleaning product. Which was odd as usually you walk into a bakery and smell fresh bread. There seems to always be a line, but it is warranted! The pastries seem very fresh and during COVID they are limiting the number of people entering. Someone helps you pick out what you want (not self-service) and then you pay. I tried a variety of sweet breads, and the conchas are soooo soft and delicious. Everything is very affordable.
