I heard the manager I believe his name is Ricardo make a comment along the lines of, "Hope ICE gets him." Hearing a manager make a remark like that about a customer was shocking and completely unprofessional. Whether someone speaks fluent English or not, every customer deserves to be treated with respect and dignity. Comments like that create an unwelcoming and hostile environment. I was so disgusted by what I witnessed that I decided to leave the store without making my purchase. I hope Sherwin-Williams takes customer service and professionalism seriously and addresses this kind of behavior.
