Luckily the store had them in stock. Highly recommend to transport the items yourself because delivery is pretty expensive. The store closes early on Saturdays at noon and closed on Sundays. Keep in mind they charge a restocking fee if you buy too much material and want to return items.

We walked around for a while trying to get an idea of what was available and what the prices were but since no signage is provided and there was no one there to provide any information, we left. We will have to try someplace else. If they are unable to provide staff to answer questions, then at least put up signs to explain costs and quantities. Ridiculous waste of time.

We saw that the water heater we specifically wanted was placed elevated in the back area for employees only, so we just had to go up to the register to make the purchase. It was pretty empty with a few employees and I assume a regular or two (plumbers I think??) that were conversing. Another employee/manager had to urge one of the staff members to actually help load the heater into our truck though as they kind of just left it on a dolly for us at the entrance/exit, haha. It was fine, we would've been able to do it, but I appreciated the encouragement to help us. There's a bit of parking in the back that leads to the store.

But I was able to find a good spot. Well, this place is nice and huge. They have all kinds of stuff that I can use to do any type of do-it-yourself work. The prices are either neck and neck with Harbor Freight or lower. Its easy to find stuff, if you pay attention to the aisle signs. Obviously I didn't until I was about to leave. Biggest issue I have with this place is they dont offer ApplePay or any digital payment method. Also, they have a $5 minimum credit/debit card payment. I don't understand why there is a $5 minimum on a debit card purchase. Since that is not a credit card payment. But I do somewhat understand the credit card payment. Since they may incur a fee for getting their credit card payments processes. If so, why not just charge a small surcharge on any credit card payment for any amount lower than $5? That made me give this place 3 stars.

I go to the manger I tell him what I'm trying to do he tell that the poles that need is outside. I ask him if he could help me and he told me he could not help after 45 minutes and me coming back to ask him for help he decides to come show me where the things I needed was. He was very rude. He told me that the owner don't like them to help the customers and that the customers need to find everything on their own.

I called to order a door and 2 windows for a commercial job and spoke to Alonso in the Montebello…read morelocation. I gave him the measurements, and he sent me an order to approve. First, he had the wrong number of windows, and second, he had the wrong dimensions. I emailed him the dimensions the same day, and he sent back one page of the first order, writing on it that he'd adjust the dimensions and place the order. I never got an updated order back from him. I called every day asking for it, and was told everything was good to go for my dimensions, and because of computer issues, he couldn't sent me the order. It was all supposed to be ready within 1 week. The day before we were to pick-up, I talked to him and he told me it was going to be an extra business day. I called that next day so I could send my driver, was told that Alonso was out, and the person checked and said our items hadn't even been ordered! I was told it would be fast tracked and available in 2 days. I called the day before and was told all was good to go. I called the day of, and Alonso told me everything was good to go. My driver shows up (after an hour drive), and is told by the warehouse that the glass isn't in for the 2 windows. AND the frames were the incorrect size. I called and talk to the assistant manager, and he assured me he would look into it. Alonso then calls me back and says our glass would be delivered the next day. It finally was at the end of the day. Alonso was never honest with me. Additionally, every time I called, I had to wait about 30 minutes on hold to even talk to him. And he never answered any e-mails unless I called first. He says whatever you want to hear, but beware. I'll never use this company again.

I went in to purchase 2 gift cards both with separate debit cards first purchase went fine and for my second purchase my card was declined , and despite having sufficient funds,I was denied assistance. Your self checkout associate was extremely rude and told me i was no longer able to purchase since my card declined.I felt there was a lack of understanding and support, leading me to believe unconscious bias played a role in how I was treated. The customer service was poor, and I left feeling undervalued as a customer, and as a current manager in retail myself I felt embarrassed that the store lacked basic culture , values and customer empathy . I hope Home Depot addresses these issues to ensure a more equitable experience for everyone.
