He took the time to explain everything to us and gave us so much helpful advice beyond just the product we were purchasing. As first-time homeowners, that really meant a lot because it can feel overwhelming trying to figure everything out. He was patient, knowledgeable, and never made us feel like our questions were silly. We purchased the Flo by Moen Leak Detection system, and Rex helped us understand how it works and why it's a great investment for protecting our home. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the process. It's hard to find people who genuinely care and want to help, but that's exactly how we felt here. Thank you, Rex, and the whole PWO team, for making this experience such a positive one. We will definitely be back and highly recommend them to other homeowners!
