My husband was super put off by the smell so we asked for a plate to move his other food on to. I asked what the seasoning was and I was told salt, pepper and paprika. I think the heavy spice was cumin maybe? Matt did tell us the potatoes were cooked to order and he could get an order without the seasoning. We declined the potato redo, the other food was enough without them. Husband really liked his omelette. It was filled with meat and cheese. I liked the eggs Benedict. The hollandaise sauce had a slight spice , and the bacon instead of canadian hamkin was very nice. My eggs could have been poached a bit longer.
