Received confusing text message on Thursday 12/5 about moving my tomorrow (12/5) appointment later. I then informed them that my appointment was on Friday 12/13, NOT Friday 12/5. Texted today,12/10 about moving my 10am appointment on Friday to a little later in the day, and was told they have no information on me and to give them a call. I sent a screenshot of our previous conversation and was then told that they could do that for me and to send my name and address. He had previously discussed the hardware and suggested that I purchase a specific manufacturer for my deadbolt installation which was the best product for my door. Didn't try to sell me his products. The installation was flawless cutting a new hole in a solid wood door and adding extra steel reinforcement to compensate for a problem with the door jam.
