The man who came was so pleasant and nice! He got the door open in the blink of an eye (literally, I looked away for one second and it was open!). He tightened the door handle and showed me how to use the different settings on the door, like turning off the auto lock, so hopefully this doesn't happen again! I really appreciate him putting in the effort and being so nice considering it's not a fun position for me to be in. To be transparent they charged $200 (service call fee and break in for the type of lock I had). It sucks but it was my mistake so I'm happy they fixed it so quickly and efficiently!
