Reviews here were good, not sure about the outliers- seems to happen with many businesses, maybe sold. Anyhow, booked online and they were able to fit me in within two hours even though they were obviously busy on a very hot day. The alignment specialist obviously knew his trade. He got to it right after I arrived, and was done by the time I'd returned from having a sandwich at the nearby Italian deli. He explained exactly what the various readings mean on the detailed printout, & exactly what he adjusted. They took good care of my car, got me out quick and was priced competitively for the service.

It started off with a diagnosis of an issue where the car would struggle to rev and ended with me never trusting a shop with my car ever ! The car needed a tune that ended up getting figured out but took multiple months. I had them fix my rear main seal and the engine issue which was fixed with a tune. When i had received the car back. The technician "Eric" drove it like a mad man breaking the tires loose which shouldn't be part of the " simple repair ". Once the test drive ended i had took the car back home and before i even made it back the car had ignited brake fluid that was leaking from a clutch line onto the header that wasn't properly installed causing the whole entire car to catch on fire ! After i had to save my own car from the fire they were so eager to fix but i was given a car that had the power steering go out on me while I was driving it. After another 2 and a half weeks of the car being in the shop i got it back with only repairs that were "necessary" to get the car to run still had burnt hoses and lines in back of the intake manifold that i paid good money for burnt for me to repair on my own time. Once i got the car back i had countless phone calls of having the Owner/manager hang up the phone on me from another issue happening with the clutch after they had just messed with it my clutch was not wanting to engage properly and they refused to work on it i have audio recorded calls with this as well. I then had another shop "On-The-Go transmissions" diagnose the issue as them not bleeding the clutch properly. So thanks Curt's auto repair for absolutely torturing my car.

Locate that review on the Google review page for details, if interested. Today, I had the pleasure of an oil change and inspection on our Porsche 911 (Turbo), which is a personal treasure, performed by Manager, Gary and technician Daniel. I chose their Full Synthetic (Mobile 1) and their "branded" filter, which is highly rated. I plan on recommending this company to all our friends and neighbors along with the Officers where I volunteer at a local firearm range. Thanks again, Mike (Owner) and the staff at this Quality Establishment. Sincerely, Dave and Dianna M

I'm new to Arizona and didn't really…read moreknow where to start, so I found these guys on Facebook and went on a ride with them the weekend after I bought it. I had a blast. They even gave me a free inspection on the trail since I was new to all this. I stuck it in the glove box and didn't think much of it. Later I took the Jeep out on the same trail with a friend and something felt off. That Monday I took it in and had Josh look at it. He put it on the rack and found a ton of stuff I never would have known to look for. The undercarriage was shot. Long story short, we did a full build. They pulled the bottom half of the Jeep off and went back with a Metal Cloak game changer, Fox shocks, new Rubicon axles with lockers and a switch to engage them, RPM steering, and the works. They also did the differentials, the transfer case oil, brakes, and new wheel studs. I had Molle racks, decals, and a Starlink Mini put on too. Later I asked them to keep an eye out for a set of 17" beadlock wheels and they found me some for a third of the price. We put on 37" tires and regeared to 4.88s, and now she rides like a dream. It's my jacked up Cadillac on the back roads. Not only is the work exceptional, the service and communication were great too. The only hiccup was parts taking a while to come in, and that's on manufacturing, not them (I'm just impatient, lol). They've also helped me out on the trail. They wouldn't let me go on the big run before because they said I'd tear the Jeep up and needed a few things to do it safely. Now that it's done, for now, they invited me on the big boy run. These guys have been a huge asset to me and I consider them family. Great group of guys, great place to hang out, and phenomenal work. 5 stars.

Desk manager has a real issue with customer service and administrative management as witnessed while there. NOT adding names as anyone that goes there will see the issues. - NEGATIVE Stars if available. Retired US Navy and was incredibly disappointed in this entire process... DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION........ Has to be one of the worst customer service experiences i have encounter in years. Guess you cant trust a name without checking reviews - do the homework related to this location. The desk manager never calls with updates and or any info, I had to call in weekly for status to find out any updates. Do have all call logs too never an inbound call. The level of actual Jeep mechanical knowlegde there is VERY low if any... 1st week - Call in and unknown what issue is still checking. 2nd week - Call in and they say it does need a fuel pump. Which was delayed since they didnt order all required parts needed. 3rd week - Call in and told not fuel pump after brand new + install cost. Told need more diag time. 4th week - Call in told they order a MAP sensor to change out. 5th week Call in NOT sensor so they took out and then went on stating they have NO idea or time to diag the issue. Told I need to come in they are done with it.... Show up to find out why they gave up on working on my Jeep. Found out again they changed our parts with no authorization.... or call...battery was ran dead since hazards left on. The battery was under warranty and would have been easy to exchange again if called. Go to get battery to exchange warr out and they got rid of my core so had to wait again until they could retrieve. Finally battery back and had tow truck out to get it OUT of there... Tow was delayed since I had to get under Jeep to secure new fuel pump left hanging on wire loom. Also had to reattach fuel filter bracket...

Not so strange until that's exactly what needed to be fixed on my car for thousands of dollars....... a car that's having directionality issues. I'm no mechanic, but I wasn't born yesterday and can type things into google. They claimed that the housings for my strut and shock assemblies were cracked and needed replacing. That's a very specific claim. Anyways I took it to National Automotive down the road and actually got taken care of. It was the sway link bar. No issues with the housing of the strut or shock assemblies. The car drives like a dream now, no thanks to Japanese Auto Pros. Saved a few thousand dollars by not taking their word at face value. The funny thing is I might have trusted them if they treated me with more respect. One of their workers (presumably a manager) told me they don't have time to call my warranty company for me and started playing the world's smallest violin for completely avoidable staffing issues. So as the customer I had to deal with that all myself (whatever, but it's not standard). Long story short, y'all are weird. Also, lose my number and stop spam texting me please.
