He replied "I'm in Colorado, I'm trying to reach my service man but service is very poor.". That was the last I heard from him. I even offered to contact the technician myself if he provided the number. No response. July 15. I have sent numerous emails, left phone messages (that now go directly to voice mail) and many texts all to which there have been no replies since the "Colorado" text.
