Compressor went out after 9 months, so I called the previous company who did the repair - Texas Star Aerobic. They wouldn't do the repair even though it was under warranty...stating the reason was because it was "a different part of the compressor!" Not a happy camper. Have had three or more pumps go out. None warranted. And less than 6 months on several. They say my chicken coop that is close by is the reason no warranty. Amazing because it it clean and well maintained. And does not sit on any lines etc. I have come to the conclusion they just do not want to stand behind their work. I am so pleased with the service I received from A & M Septic. We purchased our current home about a year ago and had not had the tank pumped yet, so I was not familiar with how everything laid out and where the access points were. A & M was extremely patient in locating everything - including an abandoned tank that we didn't know about! They even had to drill an access hole in one tank because was not one in place. All in all, they were knowledgeable, professional and charged me less than I expected. I would recommend them to anyone looking for septic service. read more

Really disappointed in this company today. After using them for 40 years my husband contacted them regarding our Septic System. We received an email stating: "there have often been items on the system that we noted as needing to be fixed that you have chosen not to repair. With that being said, Mr. Malone elected to not renew the contract due to compliance issues." I responded yet got no response. When I spoke with Mr. Malone a few minutes ago I was told that they had decided not to service our ENTIRE AREA anymore. I questioned our "contract" with this company as now I have no clue how long we have not been under contract and was almost hung up on. So not only has there been to communcation about the "so called items that need repair" but it turns out that they are pulling out of Copper Canyon entirely. Sadly there was no communication by this company stating such to the homeowners. After 40 years of service and loyalty to this company I'm very disappointed in their lack of communication and apparent outright lying. It's sad when companies forget who has been their customers and have recommended them all of these years. read more

Excellent service! I highly recommend A&M Septic. They were able to locate the septic tanks on my property, added two access holes and installed new risers with lids. They are experts in this service and I will definitely call them when it is time to have my Septic pumped in the future. read more

Friendly reminder: Be careful about this company--A&M septic I hired them 9 month ago, and see what happened: 1st time check up, fine. but a few days later, the system red light was on. I called them about the light, and they came very quick, and told me that the long stick pump needs to be replaced, $750. I had no knowledge about that system, so all I could say was okay. Then, they said that they have the bump with them! And I saw the new pump box was hanging out side their truck. All ready, just exactly what was needed Looks like they could foresee what needed to be "replaced". So that was done. Well, not done! Then second time checked up, the left a note on the paper said that the system needs to be pumped, and I called to tell them, it was just pumped a few month ago, they said it did show need to be pumped and they can do it right away. I hesitated to do it, because it was really just pumped out not a year yet. And then 3 months later, which was last week, they did their 3rd time regular check up, and send me a letter said that the system needs to be pumped out. I decided to have a second opinion, so I got another company come to check out the system, which was referred by my neighbor good friend...and, there, this morning the new company checked out everything, spent more than an hour, said that the system is perfectly working fine, dose not need to be pumped, and he could see it was pumped out not very long time ago. OMG, thank you the new company saved from robbery. So, I think I should put my experience here in case you faced or will face the same situation, be careful about it---your money should not being flushed into the toilet like this. read more

We recently had A&M Septic out to do repairs on our system. We were told by several other companies, prior to having them out, that the system couldn't be repaired and would have to be replaced. The folks with A&M were very honest and straight forward about what could and couldn't be done. They completed the repairs on the system and it is working great! I've been paying good money to have this service for 8 years now. They show up once a year, pull a cover, then they're gone. Not a bad return on investment. I reported a problem with the pump not working. The sent a polite gentleman, Tom, to my house who looked and reported that he could not determine if the problem was with the pump, controller, or both. I received a call from the owner, Bob Malone, who automatically reported that the Pump -AND- Controller were not functioning. I asked how he report a pump has a bad controller -AND- bad pump without jumping/bench testing the pump. He immediately developed an attitude and said "Since you know so much about this, fix it yourself, and find another service." Wow !! My experience has been that they Collect premiums until they're required to work ! Good Riddance. I've already replaced them. As time permits: BBB, Town Hall, and Denton country are next on the Email list. read more
