I have contacted the company multiple times to explain that I am no longer willing to continue paying for a system that does not work and has required constant service. Instead of offering a real resolution, replacement, or meaningful accountability, they continue to push sending out yet another technician to "fix" the same problem again. After more than two years of inconvenience, wasted time, and frustration, it is clear this system is unreliable and the customer support process is ineffective. I expected a premium product and dependable service, and unfortunately RainSoft has not delivered on either. After speaking with the sales team and being assured their company would take care of the entire install, halfway through the install process their team notified me they would not actually be doing any of the real work under or around the house. I, a 69 year old senior, was forced to wedge into the crawl space beneath my house and finish the job myself, during the middle of summer, to get my water back to running properly. When I spoke with the company regarding these issues they admitted fault but refused to actually do anything to help the situation. I have numerous emails and other documented correspondence asking for help in resolving the install problems, to no avail. This is the first time in my life I have ever had an issue like this, or reviewed someone publicly. To all those reading, be wary: $8,000 for a semi-complete home install feels an awful lot like a company that practices deceptive business and preys on older citizens.
